Across team and department projects, it has been really helpful for keeping assignments moving when several people need to review or sign off. Uploading documents, sending them out for signature and making minor edits is very simple. Once the process is set up, everything keeps flowing without needing someone to constantly track or manage each step. During our organization's ERP implementation, it has also been valuable that it integrates with several of the systems we are bringing in. That includes our HCM system which lets us send and complete signatures directly through that platform.
Cons
Compared with some similar platforms, it does fall a bit short in how advanced certain features are. One example is document editing after upload especially when trying to customize forms, such as adding a company logo once the file is already in it.

Handling secure document sharing and e-signatures with it feels very efficient and simple. It helps make sure no required field or signature spot gets overlooked which cuts down on mistakes and saves valuable time during important contract negotiations.
Cons
One frustrating part is how tiring it can be to find signed files later for the signer's records. This feels especially harder when you are using it as an individual rather than as a business or legal entity since tracking down completed documents for personal record keeping is not very convenient.

Cons

A very user-friendly yet highly secure app for signing documents digitally. I really appreciate the built-in safeguards and security features especially since I've used it for mortgage and insurance paperwork where protection is essential. It also works well with almost any email platform or document software. Another plus is that you can draw your own signature, upload one or choose from the available pre-designed signature styles.
Cons
Adding signing fields isn't as simple as it is in some other apps, such as DocHub. Also, the trial only lasts 15 days instead of offering a limited free version.

Signing formal documents with this has been very simple. We use it a lot and it keeps the workflow moving without hassle. The pricing was lower than I initially expected so it feels like good value for the money.
