Perfect for us

Pros

Handling digital paperwork with it has been a huge help. The interface adjusts well and the signing process is very simple so sending or receiving documents gets done quickly and securely. It saves a lot of time and feels essential for anyone who regularly works with online forms and paperwork.

Cons

Great API integration

Pros

Getting this into our setup was simple and the API is open enough that we've been able to connect it really well with other third-party products.

Setting up templates for standard documents we use all the time was simple. It's also really helpful for traceability and the system is simple to move around in when configuring things.

Awesome tool

Pros

New contracts come through quickly and I can open and print them without any delay. It's also really useful being able to send documents to new hires and have them signed before orientation.

Cons

had a positive experience

Pros

Across team and department projects, it has been really helpful for keeping assignments moving when several people need to review or sign off. Uploading documents, sending them out for signature and making minor edits is very simple. Once the process is set up, everything keeps flowing without needing someone to constantly track or manage each step. During our organization's ERP implementation, it has also been valuable that it integrates with several of the systems we are bringing in. That includes our HCM system which lets us send and complete signatures directly through that platform.

Cons

Compared with some similar platforms, it does fall a bit short in how advanced certain features are. One example is document editing after upload especially when trying to customize forms, such as adding a company logo once the file is already in it.

Pros

Using this program has been very simple. It's especially helpful that it's so simple to work with since many residents need to sign documents.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into any issues with the software at all. Up to this point, I still haven't experienced a single problem with it.

Pros

Everything has been good overall.

Cons

There really aren't any major downsides. The only thing that bothers me is having to sign up or sign in every time the application loads which feels a bit stressful.

Perfect!

Pros

Handling secure document sharing and e-signatures with it feels very efficient and simple. It helps make sure no required field or signature spot gets overlooked which cuts down on mistakes and saves valuable time during important contract negotiations.

Cons

One frustrating part is how tiring it can be to find signed files later for the signer's records. This feels especially harder when you are using it as an individual rather than as a business or legal entity since tracking down completed documents for personal record keeping is not very convenient.

Pros

Getting documents sent out for signature with it feels very simple and it's simple enough to use without needing any tutorials. The whole process is quick which makes it even better.

Cons

The pricing still feels a bit high especially now that there are so many similar services out there. I did end up signing up for the annual plan with a discount code though.

Pros

A very user-friendly yet highly secure app for signing documents digitally. I really appreciate the built-in safeguards and security features especially since I've used it for mortgage and insurance paperwork where protection is essential. It also works well with almost any email platform or document software. Another plus is that you can draw your own signature, upload one or choose from the available pre-designed signature styles.

Cons

Adding signing fields isn't as simple as it is in some other apps, such as DocHub. Also, the trial only lasts 15 days instead of offering a limited free version.

Pros

It made it possible to create documents that needed signatures remotely. It also offers good value and is relatively simple to use.

Cons

remote signing essential

Pros

I like how handling contracts with several people in different locations would be almost impossible without it. It makes creating and signing documents remotely incredibly practical and it has become a tool I genuinely can't do without.

Cons

After using it for more than six years, I honestly haven't found anything to complain about. I've never run into any issues.

trusted signatures and secure sharing

Pros

This form works really well for timestamping legal or sensitive documents while keeping the information accurate. Most clients already see it as a secure way to send personal details and provide their signature which adds a lot of confidence when using it.

Cons

The service feels less user-friendly than it used to. It is also fairly expensive and even though I do not use it often, the times I need it are usually very important.

quick signing and clear navigation

Pros

Getting to the exact place where you need to sign is very simple. The navigation guides you right to the destination and the signing areas are clearly highlighted which makes the whole process very simple to use.

Cons

There is still a chance that a document might not be received because of a technical glitch or some other issue. Email delivery can also be delayed which may slow things down.

costly with misaligned fields

Pros

The online signature feature is really the only part that stood out to me. It does include strong security measures so if you handle sensitive or delicate information, that aspect could make it worthwhile.

Cons

For a small business, the pricing feels way too high. Every add-on comes with an extra charge and the document fields often don't line up properly after uploading.

reliable signing tool

Pros

Signing formal documents with this has been very simple. We use it a lot and it keeps the workflow moving without hassle. The pricing was lower than I initially expected so it feels like good value for the money. Alsoo, the support agents have been helpful whenever needed and I have not run into any bugs or issues at all.

Cons

If anything ever does come up, reaching out to customer service is a good idea because they are helpful. no cons yet
