Across all kinds of documents, this tool has been dependable and efficient for handling digital signatures. The template feature is especially useful for keeping processes consistent and cutting down time on repeat agreements. Sending documents out tracking their progress and getting them completed is simple and the audit trail adds a lot of reassurance from a compliance and governance standpoint.
Cons
Certain areas of the interface feel a bit less easy especially when working with the more advanced features. As new functionality gets added both administrators and end users have to deal with a learning curve so extra guidance and training are often needed. Pricing can also climb as usage increases and more features become necessary.

I like how fast its now to get documents signed so very convenient. Even when multiple people need to sign and the finished files are always readily available afterward.
Cons

Pros
Ever since I've been using this software, it made the whole signing process feel much faster and more convenient. The platform is simple to use feels secure and lets contracts and agreements get signed quickly from anywhere. That saves a lot of time and helps keep the workflow moving efficiently.
Cons
A part I liked least was the pricing especially for smaller teams or people who only use it occasionally. Some of the more advanced features can also seem a bit too complicated when all you really need is basic document signing.

Pros
It is very simple clear about whats required and simple to implement. I especially appreciate how effortless it is to actually sign documents which is the part we use most often and have the most experience with.
Cons
Preparing a request for others to sign took a bit more time but thats pretty understandable. I wouldnt say I disliked the process at all its just the least enjoyable part of using the platform.

In all honesty there wasnt anything positive that stood out. I paid a lot and after using the product just one time I saw no real value in it at all.
Cons
The billing practices felt very questionable. Canceling was made unnecessarily difficult and the subscription plans are far too expensive for what they offer.

The whole process is simple to follow and using it is also quite easy. I've used it both to sign documents myself and to send documents out for signatures and every time it has made getting paperwork completed much more manageable for each collections workflow.
Cons
I found something a little frustrating.. it was that when a document link expires because I then have to request or send a new link before the signing can be finished.

Sending and signing documents electronically with it is really simple and that alone saves a huge amount of time compared with dealing with paperwork manually. The platform feels very user-friendly even when someone is using it for the first time. Its also really useful being able to track where a document is in the process and receive real-time notifications as updates happen.
Cons
Biggest drawback is the pricing which can seem a little expensive especially for smaller teams or people who only use it once in a while. There are also moments when notifications arrive late or documents take a bit longer to load than expected. While the interface is strong overall so me of the more advanced settings can be confusing at first.

Chasing down parent signatures used to take weeks especially for things like field trip forms and now they come back in about a day. The audit trail showing exactly when parents opened and signed documents has already helped us protect ourselves in two liability discussions in the same year. Another big plus is that teachers can send their own employment verification documents instead of everything having to run through my office.
Cons
Pricing starts to climb once you go beyond the basic features. We wanted to send report cards in bulk but that pushed us into the next pricing tier. There are also times when parents call because they are confused about setting up an account even when they only need to sign a single form. It would also be better if it integrated with our SIS but right now it does not.

Cons
Compared with Adobe Sign this one feels less user-friendly to me. I preferred Adobe Signs layout although it still gets the job done.

The e-tracking feature has been the most useful part for me because it lets me see exactly when someone has viewed and signed my documents.
Cons

It proved to be very dependable and is simple to use... it speeds up the signing process a lot compared to dealing with documents manually. Everything stays well organized theres a clear audit trail and its simple to send monitor and finish agreements without having to chase people down over email.
Cons
Interface works well enough but parts of it could look cleaner and feel more up to date. Some pages seem a little crowded especially when handling several documents or workflows at once. Id also like to see stronger anti-phishing measures and better security awareness around suspicious signing emails since fake DocuSign-style messages are pretty common.

Handling documents with it is really convenient. The platform is simple to use keeps everything organized and Ive been able to manage and track my documents without any trouble. I havent run into bugs or technical issues at all and Ive never even needed to contact customer support.
