impressed with the results

Pros

Filling out forms takes very little effort and the software brings me straight to the exact spots where I need to sign. It also lets me create my own signature or use one of the pre-made options and those actually look pretty decent.

Cons

The part I dont care for is having to upload an ID. I get why that step might be necessary but it still feels a bit intrusive from a privacy standpoint.

Multi-signer works well

Pros

Handling documents that need several signatures is really convenient with this tool. It makes it simple to choose everyone who needs to be included and adding the signature and date fields for each person can be done very quickly on the document.

Cons

Signature template setup hasnt felt very user friendly to me or I may just not have fully learned how it works yet. It seems to pull in a template from an older report that doesnt line up properly with the new one even when the boxes are the same and only the information is different.

trusted signing that just works

Pros

Sending documents through this tool is one of the simplest parts of the process. Its very simple for me to send something out and just as simple for the recipient to sign it. Another big plus is the name recognition its a trusted platform so people are much less likely to hesitate or question a document when it comes through this tool.

Cons

If theres one downside its the pricing. It costs a bit more than some of the other competitors weve used so it does come at a slightly higher price point.

Pros

As a user it works really well for signing documents and keeping copies saved under your personal login.

Cons

The reminders ensure completion but feel spammy.. a snooze option could reduce friction while maintaining effectiveness.

Pros

A secure tool for signs

Pros

Sending documents to clients for their signatures with this software has been something I really enjoy and the secure handling of everything is a big plus. Its a very useful tool to have.

Cons

After getting familiar with it and using it regularly I honestly dont have much to complain about. It makes sending documents out for signatures very simple .

online forms made effortless

Pros

I like how signing official forms is very simple and the fact that everything can be handled online or through email is a huge help. It makes it much simpler to stay organized and keep track of everything without dealing with the hassle of paper forms.

Cons

Fast turnaround

Pros

The interface is clean and even people who arent very technical can usually figure it out without much trouble. Fast turnaround times are a big plus and being able to track signature status in real time makes the whole process more convenient. The security and legally binding nature of the signatures are also things users really value.

Cons

Cost comes up most often as the downside especially for small businesses or anyone who doesnt send a high volume of documents. Their customer support can be slow to respond and there have been frustrations around subscription renewals or getting refunds handled properly. also.. a few technical issues are noted like emails sometimes ending up in spam and the more advanced automation features can take time to learn.

Pros

It has been excellent for signing and sending documents electronically. It saves a lot of time and cuts down the usual back-and-forth in the process.

Cons

The advanced features are locked behind the more expensive plans and the interface felt a little complex when I was first getting started.

Had a good experience

Pros

Using it feels very easy from the start. Sending documents out for signature is simple adding recipients doesnt take much effort and making edits inside the platform is efficient. The whole process flows well and makes handling signatures and distributing documents fast and hassle-free.

Cons

Only real limitation Ive run into involves the dropdown categories. On a business account as a non-admin user I can't add or edit those categories myself so I have to depend on an administrator to update them which can slow things down.

helpful signing alerts

Pros

What I really appreciate about it is that it lets you know as soon as the other person or people have signed the document. Its also convenient to make changes on your own without needing to contact customer service every time.

Cons

It doesnt adjust very well across different mobile devices especially phones which is frustrating since I often use it to handle contracts while I'm on the go.

signing from home is fantastic

Pros

Handling signatures now feels much more convenient with this software since I can do everything from home without having to go anywhere. Its simple to use helps a lot with document management and lets me keep track of everything I sign.

Excellent!

Pros

Signing documents through it is still the best option especially with how accessible everything is. The instructions are clearly written and the plug-in features make the whole process even more useful.

Cons

The only awkward situation was getting added to someone elses personal account but it was resolved.

Overall great !

Pros

Its a huge help for us, over the years, both at my previous job and in my current one to use a software like this. The platform is very simple to work with and it speeds up the whole signing process compared with mailing paperwork or handling signatures in person. Another big plus is that it verifies the signers email which serves as a legal signature.

Cons

Don't like how noticeably more expensive and the plan options have changed quite a bit over the past few years weve been using it. That has definitely been the biggest drawback.

good organization

Pros

Something that really delivers with this tool is the way it organizes the e-signature process. Sending documents keeping track of them and getting agreements signed securely can all be done from anywhere without much hassle which makes the whole workflow feel very efficient.

Cons

Pricing is the con... it can get quite expensive as usage increases especially for individuals or smaller teams. also so me of the more advanced features take time to learn and the interface can start to feel somewhat complex when handling detailed workflows or integrations.

Pros

Love how it makes the whole signing process very quick and user friendly both for the contractor and for the customer on the other end.

Cons

This is really just a minor nitpick but if I had to point out one downside it would be that the manual signature option isnt set as the default.

fantastic software

Pros

There are plenty of customizable options you can add to documents and that really helps when managing multi-step workflows. It makes contract tracking much more organized and easier to handle overall.

Cons

The integrations with existing software feel somewhat limited and getting connected with third-party tools can take more effort than it should. A few features also require too many clicks which seems to be the tradeoff that comes with having so much customization.

Pros

The account set up went well because customer support was very helpful during that process. Now that I understand how it works using it is simple.

Cons

Initial setup support is helpful but ongoing support access declines.. they can consider dedicated account manager for continuity.
