clear signing and integrated workflow

Pros

The integrated workflow works really well as a user especially with contracts being emailed to us both before and after signing. The signing process is simple and the markers clearly show exactly where to sign.

Cons

There was one case where a supplier had trouble retrieving the signed document so we had to switch to a manual signing process. Aside from that, it has been very good overall.

Pros

Being able to review and sign very important documents securely online without having to visit the office has been really convenient.

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to mention. I also appreciate that multiple individuals can sign a single document online.

fast signing in a few clicks

Pros

Signing documents with it is quick and hassle-free which is the part I enjoy most. I can sign and send paperwork in just a few clicks without needing to print, scan or mail anything. The platform is very simple to use and it also makes it simple to request signatures from other people.

Cons

At this point, I honestly have not come across anything that makes me say I dislike it.

professionally built and highly adaptive

Pros

Out of all the signature and document management tools I've used, this one feels the most professionally designed and flexible. It's particularly useful for very large documents since it clearly highlights every place that needs initials or signatures making sure nothing gets overlooked.

Cons

A frustrating part of it is trying to revisit an older document after the link has expired.

reliable e-signature workflow

Pros

it has been a top choice for electronic signatures and it provides a dependable, efficient way to move document processes into a digital format. The platform is simple to use and its legal compliance and security features make it a very valuable tool.

Cons

One thing that comes up quite often is having to click "sign" multiple times within the same document. It would be much better if there were a "sign all" option to handle that in one step.

Getting started is simple and it's convenient to be able to choose between a monthly or annual payment plan.

Cons

The payment structure could be better because the number of documents you can send for signing on the monthly plan is much lower than on the annual plan.

Fantastic tool

Pros

Very simple to get through this tool and I didn't run into any glitches while using it. It also automatically moved me to the next place that needed a signature which made the process faster.

Cons

I didn't care for was that it would occasionally skip past important contract details just to take me to the signature section.

The instructions were very clear for a first-time user uploading and signing a document. The whole process felt polished and professional.

Better organization

Pros

Being able to sign documents electronically with that extra layer of security has been a big plus. It also makes it much simpler to keep documents organized when they come back signed from multiple staff members.

Cons

Its downside is that adding it into the other software we already use has cost more than I expected or would have liked.

Pros

Compared with other e-signature tools out there, It has the strongest interface and the most polished signing flow on the market right now.

Cons

Pricing can feel high if you only need small volumes. That said if you are not sending documents out for signature yourself, you can still open a free account.. which is worth doing.. to keep all the documents sent to you for signing stored in one place.
