“fast signatures and organized documents”

Pros

Getting signatures handled without in-person meetings is one of the biggest benefits of it. Setting up signature fields is simple, it lets me track changes, highlight specific spots for initials or acknowledgements and keep documents organized under the right project.

Cons

it's customer support has been disappointing. I've had several situations where I needed help editing documents or resolving issues my clients were having and the assistance I received was consistently lacking.

The downside is that envelopes have to be paid for upfront so if you end up sending fewer than expected, you've already paid for a service you're not fully using.

The software itself is excellent and it's very simple to use.

Dealing with the contracts and customer support was really confusing. Changing our contract was very difficult and it was nearly impossible to talk to the same representative more than once. On top of that, it was extremely expensive.

It can feel a little intimidating for clients who aren't very tech-savvy since they may not fully understand what they're doing but aside from that, it's been excellent.

Has a clean, user-friendly interface that makes it simple for just about anyone to use. It lets me create a reusable e-signature which speeds up the whole document signing process. The platform also comes with advanced security features that keep signed documents and their data protected. On top of that, saved signatures are kept secure and safeguarded against forgery. I also appreciate the task planning tools which help me stay organized with my signing work and the automated reminders do a really good job of keeping pending signature tasks on my radar.

I really have not run into any difficulties with it. The experience has been consistently pleasant and up to this point, there is nothing about it that I dislike.

It automatically pulls in my previous signature which is really convenient and saves me time.

No complaints. The only minor thing is that I can't upload my real signature and have to choose from one of the generated options instead.

Being able to use it from practically anywhere is a huge plus. As long as you have your phone and a Wi-Fi connection, you can sign documents and send them out almost instantly.

There really is not much to complain about with it. The free plan already covers just about everything most people typically need. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the premium plan includes extra add-ons and unlimited documents you can scan, upload and sign each month and I wish some of those features were also available on the free plan. Aside from that, the app is amazing.

I honestly don't have any major complaints, aside from the occasional lag and the short wait to receive documents after they've been signed.

Its a big plus that i can create or upload a real signature.. compared with those standard calligraphy-style signature fonts. It makes the signing experience feel more authentic and professional.

One thing I'd change is the interface especially the controls and navigation when working across multiple pages since it feels a bit outdated.
