Honestly can't think of anything. Perhaps the only minor downside is that I can't upload my actual signature and am limited to using one of their generated ones.

Pros

I had a deadline to sign and return my real estate documents to my realtor or I would lose the property. Thanks to DocuSign, I could upload my contract, make edits, e-sign, and send it back within minutes. I met my deadline and am now the proud owner of a beautiful property.

There isn't much to dislike about DocuSign. The free plan is very functional for most needs. However I wish the premium plan's features, like unlimited document scanning and signing, were available in the free version. That would make the app even better.

I loved using DocuSign. It's user friendly, allowing everyone to sign from the comfort of their homes. This has saved me time commuting just to sign documents. It was incredibly easy to navigate as a first-time user. The only downside was the occasional lag.

Cons

The only issue I have experienced is occasional lag and sometimes it takes a while to receive documents after they have been signed.

Overall my experience with it has been positive. It has met my needs and for the most part, has been very easy to use.

DocuSign is excellent. It keeps track of missing signatures on large documents, ensuring nothing is overlooked. The ability to review and sign important documents securely online, without needing to visit an office, is a huge benefit.

I have no complaints. I appreciate that it allows everyone to sign a single document online.

My overall experience has been positive. DocuSign offers a smooth workflow for signing documents, and completed documents are provided to both sides for archiving and compliance. The integrated workflow, contracts emailed before and after signing, makes the signing process clear with markers indicating where to sign.

Cons

We did have one supplier who had trouble retrieving the signed document, which forced us to resort to a manual signing process. Overall though, it works very well.

The fact that it's free and universally understood makes it really appealing and the functionality is genuinely awesome.

A lot of features are locked behind paid plans which makes upgrading feel a bit forced.

It's API is very capable when it comes to connecting with other tools and services. We use it alongside Zoho Desk and that integration has been really valuable for our workflow.

What I dont like is that it is priced quite high when you compare it with other available options.

Being able to create custom forms around our specific needs has been a big plus. The setup is fairly simple and using it day to day feels simple and manageable.

One confusing part is the prompt recipients see after finishing the document asking them to sign up for an account. A lot of them assume it's mandatory and worry the document won't be completed unless they register.

Creating templates from our internal documents for sending to patients is very simple which has been really useful for our workflow.

Cons

It can feel a bit outdated and repetitive at times and the pricing is somewhat high. It also would be better if there were a month-to-month option.

It's very simple to spot exactly where I need to sign on the document.

The text on the document appears fairly large which can make it easier to overlook some of the finer contract details while signing.

Getting familiar with how everything works can be a bit confusing at the beginning though that mostly comes from how much functionality they've built into the system.

Interface is very simple to move through as a user. It feels like a step-by-step guided process so you just follow along and being able to print everything at the end is really helpful.

Cons

I really don't have any concerns with it. It's an excellent product. Some people can be hesitant about signing electronically because of fraud worries but since this is a well-known platform, that usually isn't an issue.
