I had a deadline to sign and return my real estate documents to my realtor or I would lose the property. Thanks to DocuSign, I could upload my contract, make edits, e-sign, and send it back within minutes. I met my deadline and am now the proud owner of a beautiful property.
Cons
There isn't much to dislike about DocuSign. The free plan is very functional for most needs. However I wish the premium plan's features, like unlimited document scanning and signing, were available in the free version. That would make the app even better.

Pros
I loved using DocuSign. It's user friendly, allowing everyone to sign from the comfort of their homes. This has saved me time commuting just to sign documents. It was incredibly easy to navigate as a first-time user. The only downside was the occasional lag.
Cons
The only issue I have experienced is occasional lag and sometimes it takes a while to receive documents after they have been signed.

Pros
My overall experience has been positive. DocuSign offers a smooth workflow for signing documents, and completed documents are provided to both sides for archiving and compliance. The integrated workflow, contracts emailed before and after signing, makes the signing process clear with markers indicating where to sign.
Cons
We did have one supplier who had trouble retrieving the signed document, which forced us to resort to a manual signing process. Overall though, it works very well.

Being able to create custom forms around our specific needs has been a big plus. The setup is fairly simple and using it day to day feels simple and manageable.
Cons
One confusing part is the prompt recipients see after finishing the document asking them to sign up for an account. A lot of them assume it's mandatory and worry the document won't be completed unless they register.

Interface is very simple to move through as a user. It feels like a step-by-step guided process so you just follow along and being able to print everything at the end is really helpful.
Cons
I really don't have any concerns with it. It's an excellent product. Some people can be hesitant about signing electronically because of fraud worries but since this is a well-known platform, that usually isn't an issue.
