Closing a real estate deal felt much more manageable with It because signing and sending documents electronically was simple. Being able to monitor the status of documents in real time, whether from the sender's side or the recipient's, gave me a lot of peace of mind. The templates and reusable fields are also a huge time-saver when handling repetitive paperwork.
Cons
Pricing can be a bit steep for small businesses or individual users especially if you need advanced options like bulk sending or integrations. The mobile app is useful to have but it doesn't adapt as well as the desktop version.

I was quoted one price but they ended up charging me something different. After I submitted a claim, they eventually issued a refund but then a year later they charged me again and this time it was double. Now there's no way to get the refund back even though the account has already been closed.

What I don't care for is having to create an account just to keep track of the documents I sign. There are already so many digital signing platforms out there and I really don't want a separate account for every single one.
