Getting started with it was very simple and the whole experience feels simple and hassle-free.

Cons

The pricing is a little too expensive for a small business and the free plan is quite limited.

Mobile feature worked well overall but one section wasn't lined up correctly so it was hard to tell where I was supposed to sign or enter my information.

Closing a real estate deal felt much more manageable with It because signing and sending documents electronically was simple. Being able to monitor the status of documents in real time, whether from the sender's side or the recipient's, gave me a lot of peace of mind. The templates and reusable fields are also a huge time-saver when handling repetitive paperwork.

Cons

Pricing can be a bit steep for small businesses or individual users especially if you need advanced options like bulk sending or integrations. The mobile app is useful to have but it doesn't adapt as well as the desktop version.

No positives to mention here.. it was a terrible experience overall and I wouldn't recommend it.

I was quoted one price but they ended up charging me something different. After I submitted a claim, they eventually issued a refund but then a year later they charged me again and this time it was double. Now there's no way to get the refund back even though the account has already been closed.

It's helpful that the signer can read through the document before being taken to the next place that needs a signature.

Cons

What I don't care for is having to create an account just to keep track of the documents I sign. There are already so many digital signing platforms out there and I really don't want a separate account for every single one.
