I just started using it for my mail merges and it's been really easy to work with. The tutorials are there whenever I need them which has been a big help. Since I include links in my emails, the campaigns dashboard is especially useful because it lets me see who opened the message and who clicked the link. That makes follow-ups much easier to handle.

Running bulk email campaigns right from the Gmail browser window has been incredibly convenient for our small business and organization. It works well for all kinds of users, whether someone is low-tech, a beginner developer or more advanced and it still offers a powerful set of features at a much lower price than tools like Mailchimp. The Google Sheets integration is especially valuable and getting everything set up through the Gmail extension and add-on is easy. Keeping our contact list in Google Sheets was essential for us. The online documentation is detailed and the examples they provide seem to cover just about any scenario you might need. On top of that, tech support has been fast and helpful. We reviewed a lot of similar platforms and we keep choosing this solution over and over again.

This is less of a GMass issue and more of a Google limitation: you're still bound by Gmail's daily sending caps which are 500 for personal accounts and 2,000 for Workspace accounts. GMass does offer a few suggestions for getting around that but it's still smartest to plan your sending within those official limits.

We needed a lightweight option for sending small batches of emails to test users and this fit perfectly. It was up and running in less than 10 minutes and our first campaign went out without any issues. Definitely a tool we plan to keep using for a long time. Absolutely worth trying.

The follow-up emails feel a little basic. It would be nice to have the option to send more customized follow-ups but it's not a dealbreaker since the current setup works reliably and is simple to get running.

After trying the free trial, I only needed one completed campaign and its report to realize how useful this service was so I subscribed right away. The bcc feature working alongside merges was especially valuable and I also really appreciated being able to merge replies to specific recipients within the original campaign thread. Since the first bug I ran into, I haven't come across any other problems and after using it for at least 5 campaigns in a month, it has already saved me a huge amount of time.

At the beginning, there seemed to be a bug because the campaign would not send even though I clicked the correct button multiple times. I kept getting the same error related to the mail merge tags I was using which made me think it might not actually be compatible with Gmail. Once it finally went through though, I was extremely happy with how everything turned out.

A really valuable tool to have: it saves me a lot of time, makes marketing my business much more efficient and helps me get more done in less time.
