“So far so good”
Pros
It has greatly improved the efficiency of our ordering and delivery process making it more user friendly for both internal and external use.
Cons
There were a few bugs at first but thats normal since we started with Insitu DSD a couple of years ago and it is amazing to see how much the platform has evolved. Our route delivery drivers use it, the sales team benefits from it, our customers place orders through the automated portal and we are hoping the warehouse team will start using the inventory system soon.

“Amazing tool with Exceptional Support”
Pros
The support and management team is amazing! They always work hard to resolve even the smallest issues we are facing and they are open to suggestions and new ideas.
Cons
We've been using the software for our business for over five years, and it continues to improve. Our only wish is for better integration with Quickbooks desktop, as it currently only offers a web connector, unlike the integration available with their Quickbooks Online product
