Pulling any report I need on my own has been a huge win since I no longer have to wait on RevOps to create it for me.

Cons

They are clearly solving a real pain point for revenue teams and honestly I have not run into any complaints so far.

Handling sales data, pipeline analysis, dashboards and reporting has been excellent. The accuracy is impressive and everything works with real speed.

Pros

Maester has been saving me 10 to 20 hours every month without question. Before using it I was spending 2 to 3 hours each week putting together and reviewing sales reports, plus another 3 to 4 hours every month preparing an update for my leadership meeting. During the first few weeks, the founder worked closely with me to make sure everything was producing exactly what I needed. The support throughout has been outstanding. We trained the tool to handle these tasks the same way I used to full write-ups, relevant commentary, charts, tables and everything else. Now it can generate any of that for me whenever I need it. I am especially excited about the upcoming features that will let me schedule deliveries directly to others in the organization and even allow them to ask follow-up questions.

Cons

I have not run into any downsides at all. The team and their vision have been excellent and I am really looking forward to the next updates on the roadmap.
