“Reports update fast and clear”
Pros
Updating things is very easy and pulling reports is just as simple. It's user friendly and makes changes quick to handle.
Cons
Every now and then it throws an error and when that happens, the work I have already created doesn't always get saved.

“Integrates well”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of RPM is how well it integrates with our Master Agents platform and our internal CRM. It lets us automate the monthly uploads which saves a lot of time and cuts down on manual effort. On top of that when something does go wrong, the issues are usually easy to fix.
Cons
I'd still like to see more information included in the uploads we already receive. At times it's hard to tell exactly which service is being referenced because some key details are missing. Things like the site address or more specific service information, such as circuit type and bandwidth, would make it much clearer.

“exports work fine”
Pros
Using this product has not been a hassle and I especially like how simple it is to build views and download the data I need.
Cons
Working in Telecommunications, the one thing I'd change is the per line item data pricing because as our business grows, the cost keeps increasing too.

“Reminders keep me on track”
Pros
The reminders have been incredibly useful and the search features are just as helpful.
Cons
The only improvement I'd suggest is when adding another wire from one lead, they don't remain separated.

“Turns opportunities into orders smoothly”
Pros
From opportunity creation all the way through orders and commissions, the process is very simple and works well.
Cons
I'd still like to see more customizable fields for opportunities, fewer steps when moving something to order status, stronger options for formatting fields, a clearer picture of how it can integrate with other CRMs and better integration with the larger master agent RPM platforms.

“Platform adapts to how we work”
Pros
The platform is very user friendly and offers a lot of flexibility in the way it can be used.
Cons
The only challenge is that some of the software fields are fairly basic at the standard level although they are still easy to customize.

“Handles commissions without any fuss”
Pros
What really works well with this software is how flexible it is which lets our organization adjust processes quickly whenever needed. The Commissions module is powerful and user friendly and the open API architecture makes automation quite hassle free.
Cons
As per me the downside is that commission data sits in silos which makes BI reporting more difficult than it should be. On top of that new features tend to take a while to roll out.

“Customizable but lags at times”
Pros
Reviewing items is pretty easy and I like that the system can be customized to fit different needs.
Cons
The downside is the constant lag when downloading data and filtering through large amounts of data can be frustrating.

“Syncing commissions automatically is a win”
Pros
One of my favorite parts is having commissions sync automatically from other masters. It saves me time every month when I need to run commission reports.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning took a while. That was mostly on me but it still took some time to understand how the software works and build a monthly process for running commissions.

“Tracks commissions well”
Pros
Running monthly commissions is a lot more manageable with this software and I use it as my CRM as well to stay on top of progress across opportunities. It also lets you tag RPM so there's a record of emails connected to those opportunities.
Cons
My previous CRM did a slightly better job when it came to lead tracking.

“Setup felt natural from the start”
Pros
Getting around the platform is very easy and the overall usability is excellent. It's user friendly in a way that just makes sense right away.
Cons
A frustrating part is that it doesn't automatically handle AT&T imports and it also doesn't work with our wireless services. Considering how expensive it already is, giving access to all of our salespeople would drive the cost up so much that I'd seriously question continuing to use it. Another big issue for me is the data pricing as storage keeps getting cheaper so charging more for extra data really doesn't feel justified.

“Dashboards built for telecom needs”
Pros
One of the best parts is how much you can customize the dashboards and widgets. It fits our industry really well and performs exactly the way we need it to. The platform is highly flexible so adding plenty of widgets to monitor a wide range of KPIs is very manageable.
Cons
Pulling reports can be frustrating when there isn't already a widget set up for them. Building a new widget also takes quite a few steps and requires entering a lot of information.

“Keeps communication history easy to find”
Pros
Keeping every communication in one place has been extremely helpful. I use it mainly for quoting but it also gives us the ability to track commissions and orders. Any interaction with a partner gets logged in RPM and being able to drag and drop attachments is really convenient.
Cons
There are a few features we don't really need although that seems more tied to the internal development side. Also when changes get made, it throws off your muscle memory a bit and you have to relearn where things are.

“Tracks leads and KPIs effectively”
Pros
From lead to install this software lets us keep track of every opportunity through each stage, including follow-up to close, closed deals, install pending and fully installed accounts. It also handles commission uploads, helps capture missing commission accounts and payments that are due and calculates commission payouts for subagents. On top of that I can set KPIs and use widgets to monitor quarterly and yearly progress which has been really useful.
Cons
Early on we had to work through a process whenever customized software changes were needed. Since Intelysis acquired it though that process has become much faster and more organized.

“Runs reliably from morning to night”
Pros
The tool runs reliably most of the time which is a big plus since I am using it all day, every day.
Cons

“adapt to our needs well”
Pros
Being able to customize nearly everything has been the biggest advantage. The templates and forms can be built out and adjusted to handle a wide range of needs.
Cons
That level of flexibility does mean the initial setup takes some time since you have to configure things to work the way you want. Still we felt the effort paid off in the end.
