“Saves time with Salesforce and Navigator”
Pros
Using it together with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator has been a real win. It saves me a ton of time and helps keep duplicate records out of my CRM which makes everything much more efficient.
Cons
One small thing I have noticed is that it doesn't automatically update a contact record when someone changes companies and updates their profile. That said it's a very minor issue compared with how valuable the product has been overall.

“Finds high-intent leads quickly”
Pros
Salesbolt brings Breadwinner leads that are actually relevant to what we offer and it works as a strong alternative to relying only on outbound outreach. The leads coming in are high quality and clearly show intent to solve the kind of problem our solution handles. Because of that it's much easier to start conversations that are productive and genuinely useful with those companies, while also saving both sides a lot of time.
Cons
Since it is still a fairly new product, there's a lot of room for growth in how deeply it can integrate within organizations that rely heavily on Salesforce. At the moment the interface is fairly simple and it could offer more visibility into the incoming lead funnel.

“Already saving us massive time”
Pros
Even though I have only recently started using it and I am probably tapping into just a small part of what it can do, it has already saved me hundreds of hours of work.
Cons
It still cannot record LinkedIn messages or create tasks in Salesforce.

“Capturing leads faster makes winners”
Pros
Most people won't bother adding a contact or lead to the database unless they need it right away especially if the process takes too much effort. It cuts that down to just a couple of clicks which makes it much more likely those records actually get entered and helps the database grow faster.
Cons
Some of the terms used for the different fields can be a bit confusing.

“Updates CRM in just seconds”
Pros
Salesbolt has been a huge time saver for me. I can create accounts and add contacts directly into my CRM from it in just seconds which cuts out a lot of manual work. It also suggests likely contact details for people so I don't have to spend time searching around for an email address every time I need one.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. I have been happy with everything about it and really don't have anything negative to point out.

“Creates contacts fast, emails miss”
Pros
The tool is user friendly and it lets me create new contacts in Salesforce pretty quickly.
Cons
The biggest downside is not being able to fully trust the email addresses it provides as there are quite a few bounces unless I run them through another tool to verify them first.

“Tracks customers and delivers results”
Pros
It keeps me up to date when customers change jobs and shows me where they end up. That's incredibly valuable because it gives me a chance to reconnect, ask about needs at their new company and often get a warm introduction to the person replacing them at the old one. It really helps prevent those situations where a company loses sight of why they bought your subscription in the first place because the previous admin never handed that context over.
Cons
No real downsides for me. It's a good product, very useful and my whole team uses it regularly.

“Salesforce extension cuts daily workload”
Pros
Using it is very user friendly and being able to add leads to Salesforce straight from the Google extension saves me a lot of time.
Cons
It does freeze from time to time. Sometimes keeping fewer LinkedIn tabs open helps and other times you just have to wait for it to start responding again.

“Finds prospects faster, data is cleaner”
Pros
Creating a Salesforce contact, lead or account only takes a few clicks and that has noticeably sped up our prospecting and everyday data entry. It has also helped reduce data entry mistakes quite a bit which has been a big plus for our team.
Cons
I really have not run into any problems with the product itself. The only thing I'd point out is the pricing since there's a pretty large jump from the free plan with just a handful of records to the unlimited plan at $50 per user each month. It would be nice to have a lower-priced paid tier available down the road.

“Salesforce integration cuts our time”
Pros
Working with Salesbolt alongside Salesforce has been really convenient. It fits right into my workflow and updating records or adding new contacts to existing accounts takes a lot less time than it used to.
Cons
The downside is that missing email data can make things harder. In those cases I still have to do some of the manual work to track the information down and verify it with another source like Zerobounce to make sure it's accurate.

“Keeps getting better and better”
Pros
Getting it up and running was quick and using it day to day is pretty easy and dependable. It works consistently, gets regular updates and there are plenty of promising new features currently being developed.
Cons
Because updates were coming out so quickly, it was pretty easy to end up with multiple versions installed and not always be sure which one was which. That may have been more of an issue from being an early adopter and using beta versions so it might not be a problem anymore.

“Cuts data entry time significantly”
Pros
It saves me a lot of time by taking data entry off my plate. It also does a good job of catching potential duplicate records most of the time.
Cons
One frustrating part is the long delay when I add a new profile from LinkedIn into Salesforce. Also when there's already a matching record for that LinkedIn profile, it doesn't update the LinkedIn URL field.

Pros
Salesbolt is easy to use and saves me a lot of time. I have brought it with me into two different roles and it has continued to be a solution I am really happy with.

“Contact data feels too limited”
Pros
Getting it connected to my Salesforce lead workflow was fairly easy.
Cons
It really needed much better data coverage especially for email and phone details. I would look up a name using its extension and most of the time it wouldn't return any useful information. Eventually it got to the point where I couldn't rely on it.

“Connects to Salesforce the right way”
Pros
From day one it has felt simple, practical and genuinely well built. It saves me a lot of time, works efficiently and the Salesforce integration is especially strong. I tested all of your competitors and after months of using them, it is the only one I have stuck with. I even wrote a draft LinkedIn post to thank a few tools that changed my sales life in 2021 and it was the first one that came to mind. Huge congratulations to the team as well for actively asking users how the product can improve. You can really tell it was created with care and by people who know this space well.
Cons
There are two things I'd really like to see improved. First I'd love more colors in the interface. It helps break the ice, brightens the workday and simply makes the whole experience more fun and pleasant. Second whenever I use it as a full column detached from the browser which gives me better visibility, I often end up doing tasks twice and that's the biggest drawback for me right now. It also looks like I still need to check information on other pages quite often and enter it manually.
