“Comprehensive scheduling tool”
Pros
Having my calendar and appointments connected makes it much easier to stay on top of the day. There's still a lot for me to learn about the software but it feels very thorough and covers a lot.
Cons
Logging an activity takes more steps than I'd like. I wish the calendar linked directly with activity tracking so I could record it right away instead of backing out, searching for the company, signing into the account and then logging the activity.

“Renewal tracking that works”
Pros
Keeping tabs on hundreds of accounts would be tough without SFDC but it helps me stay on top of exactly where each one is in the renewal process. Adding or removing products on an account is easy and contact details are organized in a way that makes them quick to locate.
Cons
The Zuora integration has been a real headache. Building quotes in SFDC through Zuora takes a lot of time and quite often the process does not let me reach the final result. I end up having to go back and enter extra information that does not really matter for the account.

“Too complex for sales leaders”
Pros
A big plus is the strong ecosystem around it, with plenty of complementary products that integrate well.
Cons
From a sales leader's perspective, using it feels like taking a Boeing 747 just to run to the store for groceries. It's far too tough and overly complex for the basic job it's supposed to handle.

“simple tracking and reporting”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels user-friendly, with simple navigation that makes it simple to move around. The email and calendar integration is helpful and having a history of customer interactions in one place makes follow-up much better. It also does a great job of tracking implementations effectively and the custom report builder adds a lot of value.
Cons
Only frustration I've had is with the email integration. I wish there were a more convenient way to use that feature without needing to attach individual emails or calendar events just to have them logged in Salesforce.

“Pipeline visibility that delivers”
Pros
Keeping track of prospects and opportunities in the pipeline works really well. It's also very helpful that the quoting software can be connected directly to the product and having a place to log activity adds a lot of value.
Cons
Reporting features can feel a bit awkward at times and would benefit from being more simpler to work with.

“Customization for sales teams”
Pros
This has been top-notch for us. The customization options feel almost endless which makes it really simple to set up and monitor both the sales process and marketing campaigns.
Cons
Sheer number of available options can feel overwhelming. It can be stressful trying to determine which settings and features are the right ones so it may be worth planning for outside support to get the account properly set up and performing the way you want.

“Benefits of a leading CRM”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform feels well structured, fully integrated and packed with connected features that actually communicate well with each other. It's become widely recognized across just about every industry and there's a reason it's seen as a market leader. Whether used as SaaS or PaaS, it has genuinely transformed the CRM landscape. Companies that adopt it end up saving a huge amount of time and money while being able to focus more on their real business potential.
Cons
At the same time, having too many customization options can create duplicate work. The product also rolls out new versions very quickly and that sometimes pushes clients into updates that don't really feel necessary.

“All applicant notes together”
Pros
Having everything centralized is a huge plus. As soon as I log in, I can quickly see the notes my co-workers have added for a specific applicant, along with the kind of interaction they had, whether it was a phone call, text, video or something else.
Cons
A few parts of the note-creation process could be more simple. Once the notes are entered, they're clear and easy to review but getting them input correctly can feel a bit more complicated than it should be.

“great itegrations and tracking”
Pros
Across a wide range of technologies and stacks, it works really well as an integration tool. Everything connects in a very convenient way across different areas and it comes with plenty of useful features that help keep track of a lot of moving parts.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve with it. Getting started can be frustrating and the installation process takes the idea of "fitted gaps" to another level. On top of that, bringing all users on board is its own challenge because it can be pretty tricky to get everyone comfortable with it.

“Helpful reporting and migration”
Pros
Getting our existing customer database replicated into the system was fairly easy and the activity reports have been really useful for showing how quickly we respond to customer needs and how our team engagement changes over time.
Cons
One thing that could definitely be better is the crowded interface. It often makes even simple tasks feel more complicated than they need to be and I honestly think that part should be improved.

“Overcomplicated and costly”
Pros
The workflow and process builder is useful but it's nowhere near as simple as ActiveCampaign or Maropost.
Cons
There's a long list of problems here. For an average user, the platform is far too complicated. We keep running into issues with the third-party apps you basically have to rely on to complete certain tasks and many of those apps come with a high extra cost. When something breaks, support is mediocre at best. This really feels like software built for larger companies that can afford to have staff specialize in learning it. It's not user-friendly at all and the UX is poor. Dealing with fixes or workarounds almost every day drains staff time and ends up wasting money. On top of that, bringing in specialist IT companies for help adds even more expense. If you need a CRM, it's better to look at platforms that are specifically designed for that purpose. Industry fit matters too, Not for Profit organizations would be better off with a dedicated CRM like Kindful or DonorPerfect. And if your focus is sales and lead management, a specialized tool like Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot makes a lot more sense.

“Simple layout with integrations”
Pros
Right away, the contact management interface feels really well designed. It's very easy to use, the layout is logical and everything makes sense when working in it. It also connects with a lot of external resources now which makes finding new leads, adding them and reaching out to contacts all possible without leaving the system.
Cons
Email tracking still doesn't feel as clean or as convenient as what I've seen in CRMs like HubSpot or SugarCRM. The integrations can also be harder to work with than they should be since a lot of the features seem to require someone with strong technical skills.

Pros
Using it day to day feels very easy and I really appreciate how much the system can be customized to work the way you want it to.
Cons
One downside is that a Chrome extension is needed to open multiple lead pages at the same time. That mostly comes up when we want to use the chat program.

“Essential across every team”
Pros
Across every company I've worked for, this has consistently been a key part of how teams stay successful. I've relied on it in several roles, sales rep, recruiter, trainer and now customer success manager, and it has been valuable in every one of them. Even though each department may use additional tools for its own specific needs, this is the platform used across the whole company which keeps everyone aligned and on the same page.
Cons
Since the newer update, the system feels a bit more click-heavy so it now takes more steps to get to certain places than it used to. That said, the interface does look much cleaner and after spending some time with it, it becomes manageable. It's also highly customizable and has a section for just about everything, sometimes even more than one place for the same item, which can make it feel overwhelming and a little difficult to find exactly what you need.

“Customer journey platform”
Pros
There's a lot packed into this platform and it can support the full customer journey from marketing all the way through account management. When it's set up the right way, it becomes incredibly valuable and can really help you get the most out of your business opportunities.
Cons
The tradeoff is that it takes a lot of time, commitment and ownership to get it working well because the platform is so flexible. On top of that, the support is fairly weak so when problems come up, it's hard to get the help you actually need.

“Reporting and integrations”
Pros
Pulling information together from multiple accounts works really well with this software. It lets you generate reports without needing to use a SQL program which is a big plus. There's also plenty of detailed training available, both through paid options and on YouTube. On top of that, with help from their customer service team, you can integrate capabilities from several other software tools into it.
Cons

“powerful support and reliability”
Pros
There's a reason this platform leads the market. It's powerful, highly customizable and still manages to stay user-friendly. On top of that, it's backed by an amazing community and some of the best documentation and support available. The Trailblazer community really sets the standard when it comes to training and learning resources in the tech industry.
Cons

“Flexible cloud contact tools”
Pros
Right away, the cloud-based setup and contact management stood out as really useful. It also offers plenty of extension options which makes running searches quick and takes very little effort.
Cons
One frustration is that the phone tool doesn't function within the platform the way it should with Intuit. Because of that, we have to rely on separate phone tools and that can sometimes cause delays connecting the phone system to the software while a customer is waiting on the line.

“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
Working in financial advising and insurance sales, I can tell this CRM has been designed with a lot of care. Communication with prospects and clients is absolutely critical in my role especially since everything has to be documented properly for compliance. It does an excellent job of simplifying those interactions while also making sure calls, emails and meetings are recorded correctly on each contact's page. Sales pipeline visibility is another big deal when you're handling a large number of leads and this system makes that part very clear and simple. The kanban-style deal management is especially useful because it lets me organize opportunities like cards and quickly see where each prospect stands. Another thing I really appreciate is how complete the platform feels. There's a place for just about everything, whether that's setting up workflow automations, adding notes about a client or customizing the CRM to fit the way I work. It feels flexible and well built for a sales-driven business.
Cons
My only real complaint is the price especially for someone running a business solo. To get the features I actually need, I have to move up to a more expensive plan and that can end up costing several hundred dollars a month. When you compare it to more affordable CRMs like Zoho CRM which offers many of the same capabilities, this platform doesn't seem especially friendly to small or mid-sized businesses that are just getting started.
