“Custom workflows that deliver”
Pros
After using it for just under a year, this product has been a big step up for us. Our previous system felt very awkward and didn't support mobile use at all so this has made a noticeable difference. It's helped our company manage talent prospects more effectively and our team can communicate within the platform while keeping track of every interaction. We also set up custom workflows so candidates get the best experience possible. The standout feature for me is the marketing side, we're able to create personalized, targeted messages for candidates and that has really helped us convert leads.
Cons
There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but we were able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly.

“Client and sales data together”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about using this is that it does more than just help me track the hours I spend training clients. It also connects directly with the sales team which keeps all of that information in one place and makes everything feel much more organized.
Cons
Getting around the system can feel a bit tough at times because there is so much depth to it although that is somewhat expected given how much it handles.

“Reliable SLA and alerts”
Pros
Running this tool in our 24x7 NOC workflow has worked out really well. Ticket management and SLA handling are both very effective and the timely email alerts and notifications help us stay on top of everything.
Cons
Only thing missing is Omni Channel support in the mobile app. It should be added there as well.

“Reporting and tracking”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this platform is its reporting especially since the move to the new version experience. It has become a valuable tool for companies that need to keep a close eye on business development activity. Sales funnel reporting, win-loss reports, call/meeting/email summaries, project lists, budgeting and customer contact tracking are all housed in one place so it really serves as a central hub for reporting. My team has also appreciated being able to subscribe to monthly emails generated from the reports they create. That has helped them stay ahead of progress, spot trends and catch issues before they grow. They have also gotten a lot of value from the email campaign tracking, particularly because it integrates with the Pardot platform.
Cons
Downside is that this is not very simple software and not everyone on my team has been able to learn it quickly. That has been the most frustrating part for us. On top of that, customer support has not been very helpful. There have been plenty of times when my team and I ended up searching Google or YouTube ourselves to solve problems that customer service could not address. It also takes a significant amount of training before users really understand the reporting features and data entry functions. Another concern is the price. For larger organizations, the investment can make sense but for smaller companies, I am not always convinced the cost is justified.

“CRM with deep integrations”
Pros
When it comes to CRM and sales automation, this is easily one of the top benchmarks out there. The platform is extremely powerful and offers more integration options than most businesses will probably ever use. Whether a company is large or small, the automation and aligned processes that come with a CRM like this can bring real value.
Cons
Customization can get pretty complicated and setting up process flows usually requires either a dedicated in-house person or help from an external consultant. The pricing is also on the high side. Even with the different licensing options available, this is definitely not a budget-friendly product and you'll absolutely find other alternatives on the market that are more affordable.

“CRM with flexible integrations”
Pros
This platform completely changed how I look at CRM and data storage. Picking it up was easy thanks to the online Trailblazer courses and tutorials and it connects really well with Outlook, Squarespace, WordPress and other website builders. The available add-ons for marketing and financial functions are also a big plus.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost since it definitely requires a financial commitment. Support also leans more toward online resources, with less help available over the phone.

“Packed with customization”
Pros
Across the two real estate brokerages I've worked with, both used this as their CRM and each team set it up differently in a way that really highlighted how feature-rich and customizable the software is. From the dashboard data charts you see as soon as you log in, to Trello-style boards for managing tasks, to email reminders for important upcoming dates, there's a lot built into it. I'm sure the backend is complex but from a user standpoint it all comes together in a very polished, convenient way.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the sheer number of features can make the interface feel a little crowded at times. It may have been partly because we weren't removing items we didn't need or things that only applied to certain team members but some pages definitely felt cluttered. That said, once you know where everything is, it's still pretty simple to navigate.

“Project visibility and email tracking”
Pros
Keeping the company owner informed and on schedule has been much easier with this. It helps us stay current on projects and track all communication in one place instead of relying only on long email threads. We can also attach emails directly to specific projects so anyone who opens a project can quickly see the full history and understand its current status.
Cons
We have run into a few bugs with the email connection especially when it comes to staying synced and updating messages as they arrive. The timeout while working on projects without updating tickets also feels too short. It would be much better to have a "keep me logged in" option so the pop-ups asking whether I am still working would stop appearing. I log out at the end of the day anyway but our workdays often run well past 8 hours and sometimes continue late into the night depending on the project or client.

“Sales and support success”
Pros
Using this with my sales team has been a huge plus and after we added the support side, it really helped our customer service team improve in a noticeable way. It also made my job as a manager a whole lot easier.
Cons
At the beginning, switching to a platform with so many features felt pretty overwhelming. They did their best to keep it user-friendly but there are still times when the software feels like a bit too much.

“Helpful integrations and lead tracking”
Pros
Being able to connect the program with our soft phones and Outreach has been really useful. It helps us stay on top of prospects and add notes about them directly within the lead view which makes follow-up much easier.
Cons
Most of my frustration comes more from how my company manages the data in the system but information can become outdated pretty quickly. There are also times when new features seem to make things more complicated for users, like splitting accounts and companies into separate tabs. In another role, those were treated as the same thing which was much simpler to manage. It can also be hard to tell whether an opportunity already exists in the system so I have to dig around to find that out. Overall, the usability could definitely be improved.

“Feature-rich CRM ecosystem”
Pros
Plenty of features are available if you're a larger company working within the recommended standard CRM model. And if the core system doesn't fully match what you need, there's a wide range of plug-ins, some free and others at a low extra cost, that can likely cover the missing functionality.
Cons
It definitely won't suit everyone and the price felt quite high to me. Support also has an old-school feel since the specialists who can properly administer and implement it are both difficult to find and costly. On top of that, configuring it to fit your specific needs can be very frustrating and there's a good chance you'll end up adjusting your own processes to match the way the software expects things to be done.

“360 customer platform”
Pros
The biggest advantage here is just how much you can do with it. It covers everything needed to get a full 360 view of a customer, starting from the lead stage all the way through ongoing support. If something isn't included out of the box, there's usually an app marketplace with plenty of free options to fill the gap which is especially helpful for smaller companies that can use free tools until they grow. On top of that, it also lets you build your own solutions for those very specific processes that are unique to your business.
Cons
There isn't anything fundamentally broken about it but there are lots of small frustrations that add up. Basic things like adding a BCC to an email alert or creating more customizable customer quotes are surprisingly hard to do with the standard features. When little requests like these have been sitting in the Ideas forum for so long, it really makes you wonder when the team is going to prioritize those quality-of-life improvements, if they ever do.

“Features and flexibility”
Pros
The new version feels very approachable for end users and it's fairly simple to tailor to your company's needs. There's usually an app or add-on available for almost anything you want to do although some of them can get really expensive. It also helps that there are plenty of developers out there with Salesforce experience if you need custom work done. On top of that, the platform comes with a lot of built-in features and functionality.
Cons
Even though the new version has a clean interface and is much more user-friendly, I still have to switch back to Classic for quite a few tasks. New version just doesn't offer all the features and functionality that classic does. There's also the community feature which is supposed to let customers log in and handle things themselves, like placing orders or checking past orders. It's a good concept but in practice it hasn't worked well because the permission sets conflict. Yes, a developer can usually find a workaround but it really feels like something this standard shouldn't be so difficult to set up.

“Features with broad integrations”
Pros
Across different companies and setups, this program really stands out as an industry-standard tool that's not too hard to learn. Its feature set and user interface are the biggest reasons it sells so well and the integrations with external programs add a lot of value overall.
Cons
New version looks excellent from a UI standpoint but it can feel noticeably laggier than Classic. The separation between Leads and Contacts continues to create challenges and having more reporting options would still be helpful depending on specific business needs.

“All-in-one business benefits”
Pros
Having almost everything under a single login is a big plus most of the time, whether it's traditional web pages, responsive single-page apps, web services, mobile development and more. From a developer's perspective, it's much more convenient to stay focused on building the application itself while the platform handles a lot of the usual headaches like security, connectivity, transaction management and similar concerns.
Cons
Downside is that all those benefits come at a high cost and the licensing fees can sometimes be too expensive for small and medium-sized businesses.

Pros
The screen flow is laid out really well. The way the windows are designed makes transitions between screens feel natural and it also makes handling documents much more convenient.

“Reports and integrations”
Pros
Right away, the reports were simple to navigate which made it much easier to understand both my historical data and my current pipeline. The integrations with email and marketing plugins work really well too. On top of that, logging activities is easy and I can even do it from the phone app while I'm out on the road.
Cons
Honestly, it covers pretty much everything I need. The only thing it doesn't handle for me is logging text messages although I'm fairly sure there's an integration for that, I just haven't used it.
