powergul pipeline customization

Pros

Among the CRMs available, this is one of the most powerful options out there. It gives you full control to customize your sales pipeline, conversion funnel, metrics, reports and even how team members are managed.

Cons

User experience still needs a lot of improvement because it feels quite outdated. The mobile experience, for instance, is not very good. On top of that, the reporting tool is fairly complicated to work with and it's missing automation features that many other CRMs already include.

Smooth navigation and opportunity tracking

Pros

Navigating this application and adding opportunities feels very easy and the overall product comes across as well built and thoughtfully developed.

Cons

New version is really frustrating to use. It seems to slow down every step when moving around the app which is why I always switch back to the older classic view. The fields are much harder to locate and entering an opportunity takes far too long.

CRM with flexibility

Pros

When it comes to scalability and customization, this feels like one of the strongest CRM choices for a business. It includes plenty of useful features right out of the box and there's also a great user community around it whenever help is needed.

Cons

At the same time, it can be frustrating for power users. A lot of features that seem pretty basic still end up sitting on the roadmap and customizing the platform to fit specific needs can get expensive because it takes specialized skills to do it well.

Reliable with flexible customization

Pros

One thing that really works well is the customization even though it can be a mixed bag. Being able to choose exactly which fields I want is very helpful because it lets me focus on specific clients and their needs. The platform is also very dependable. It rarely goes down and when it does, the downtime is usually very brief. On top of that, the option to connect third-party apps makes it much more valuable and useful for the sales team.

Cons

Customer support really needs to be better for users outside of the Enterprise tier. This is a large enough company that support should be available across all levels, not just for top-tier customers. The pricing is also pretty high for a small business. I can understand the value for larger companies but when you combine the cost with limited customer service, it becomes harder for smaller businesses to justify staying. Storage is another concern. It works for now but as the business grows, staying within the available limits will likely become a challenge. Customization is also both a benefit and a downside. It would be better if the platform were ready to use right away from day one while still offering customization as an option instead of making it feel necessary.

Good pricing but confusing setup

Pros

The pricing is reasonable and the feature set looks like it will be useful down the line as my business grows.

Cons

Getting everything set up is pretty confusing and the Trailhead help hasn't been very useful.

Reliable mobile app and workflow

Pros

One thing that really works well with this software is how user-friendly it feels. It doesn't log you out after just a few minutes of being idle, the back arrow actually returns you to the page you were on instead of sending you to a home screen and the mobile app performs really well. It also makes mental health documentation simple to manage and lets you upload files so you can keep a complete electronic case record.

Cons

A few pages in the system seem like they could be organized better although that might be more related to how my company set it up than the software itself. For instance, when viewing a client's case profile, their contact information isn't shown there. You have to open a different page just to find those details.

Custom forms and exports

Pros

It gives you a lot of flexibility to build custom forms and there are plenty of export options once the final product is ready.

Cons

It can be used for donation receipts but the platform is clearly built more with traditional sales systems in mind. The overall user experience also depends heavily on how skilled your technical team is during setup.

Reliable cloud platform

Pros

Being cloud-based is a big plus since it can be accessed from anywhere. It also offers a wide range of integrations, including support through APIs and SDKs which makes it flexible for different use cases. On top of that, they keep acquiring other companies and adding new functionality so it continues to grow both as a business application for your own team and as something you can use for clients as well.

Cons

From the database side, it feels pretty closed off, almost like a black box. There's no real ability to modify the underlying database structure which can be limiting. Costs also rise quickly as your data volume increases and once you start customizing it heavily or pushing it beyond its main purpose, it can become very complex to manage.

CRM connectivity hub

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how incredibly well it connects with so many other software tools. Since it's basically the industry-standard CRM, adding a new platform or integration is rarely a problem. The reporting could definitely be stronger but for most everyday needs, it still does the job well enough.

Cons

Building reports in the newer version feels more drawn out than it was in the original version, with extra steps to reach the result I'm looking for. It also comes across as slower which is ironic considering the new version is supposed to improve both speed and efficiency.

Pros

It covers just about everything you'd want from it and feels very complete overall. The customization options are extensive which makes it really flexible to work with.

Cons

At times, it can feel a bit too complex and the price is definitely on the higher side.

Powerful analytics but dated interface

Pros

This is an incredibly powerful and capable sales tool. There's a reason it has a gold-standard reputation in the industry, the reporting, analytics and data capabilities are outstanding. It does take some time to get comfortable with but once you understand how it works, it becomes a very strong platform that uses automation and data intelligence to help sales teams get more value from CRM data and convert leads more effectively. It also handles large amounts of information well which makes it easier for salespeople to track every customer interaction and keep the sales process organized and professional.

Cons

The part I struggle with most is how unattractive and unfriendly the interface feels. For a product that's considered one of the top tools in the industry, I expected something cleaner and more modern. At the beginning, the amount of data crammed onto each page felt overwhelming which made the system seem cluttered and confusing. Even though I learned the basics fairly quickly, there are still features I can't fully figure out and moments where I'm left wondering what certain functions are supposed to do. A sleeker, more polished UI would make a huge difference to the overall user experience.

Flexible and highly customizable

Pros

With this tool, you can tailor things extensively and make it do just about anything you need. There's also a huge amount of helpful knowledge shared online by other industry users and peers.

Cons

It does require some technical understanding so it's not really suited for beginners or novice users.

CRM with real depth

Pros

Among CRM platforms, this is one of the most powerful ones out there. It comes with a huge range of features which can feel like a lot if someone jumps in unprepared. The real value comes from the data so if the team is not consistently entering information, you will not get much out of it. Once you know how to use it though, it becomes very easy for a power user and offers impressive capabilities.

Cons

Getting started can be the hard part. Because the system is so powerful, new users can feel intimidated at first but once your processes and workflows are clearly defined, it tends to work without much trouble. The bigger frustration is support which is pretty weak. Their system for routing requests to the right person or department does not fully work so too much time gets wasted just trying to figure out where to submit a case. Honestly, Google ends up being more helpful than their support team.

Scalable integration hub

Pros

Its scalability and extensibility are big advantages. It also does a great job of connecting with multiple applications through a wide range of APIs.

Cons

Pricing is definitely on the expensive side and seems likely to keep rising. Another frustration is that some user suggestions and recommendations still have not been implemented even after 5-6 years which creates the need to write custom code and adds extra bloat to the system.

Reporting and ROI insights

Pros

Across the company, this software offers some really impressive functionality that can bring value to a lot of different departments. The reporting and tracking tools are especially useful because they help clearly demonstrate the ROI of marketing and sales efforts.

Cons

Getting started can be tough because the price is a pretty big barrier to entry. On top of that, the onboarding process comes with a steep learning curve and the layout along with the different sections can feel confusing at first. Building reports also takes a great understanding of if/and/or logic which can be difficult for a lot of users.

Endlessly extensible platform

Pros

With plugins, integrations and customization, this platform can be extended in almost any direction. There's very little you can't get done with it if you're willing to do some problem-solving.

Cons

Using it can feel pretty awkward. Even the new version still seems dated and the interface is only mediocre at best. Honestly, it's just not very enjoyable to work in and too much time gets wasted clicking between windows and tabs just to handle basic tasks.

CRM with standout results

Pros

Right out of the gate, this has felt like one of the most capable CRM platforms available and it was also one of the simplest to get up and running. It worked immediately without much effort and over time we've kept expanding the features we rely on. One of the biggest advantages is the wide range of plugins which makes it possible to tailor the system to match the specific needs of our business. Since adopting it, our revenue has consistently doubled year over year and our customer satisfaction scores have improved significantly. My team would genuinely be upset if we ever decided to switch to another platform.

Cons

Licensing model is definitely more favorable for larger companies but even so, the cost has remained fair considering the value we receive from the product.

One source of truth

Pros

Across our organizational setup especially between sales, marketing and customer success, this has become the single source of truth we rely on.

Cons

Customization is difficult unless you bring in a consultant or spend a lot of time learning the platform in depth. It's also very hard, if not impossible, to connect it with our own data warehouse that's tied to our product.

Customization with fun training

Pros

Pretty much any business workflow can be tailored inside this platform. It already comes packed with features right out of the box but with a bit of customization, there's almost nothing it can't handle. On top of that, their training platform, Trailhead, is outstanding and genuinely makes learning the system enjoyable.

Cons

This is definitely a premium product and the pricing reflects that. Even with all the flexibility and customization it offers, we still run into moments where something feels like it should already be part of the subscription, only to find out it requires another paid add-on. That seems to be how their business model works so it's understandable but it can still be frustrating.

perfect CRM with flexibility

Pros

When it comes to the core Salesforce clouds like Service and Sales, excluding Marketing, it's an incredibly complete, powerful and highly customizable solution for just about anything related to customer relationships. The standard features already cover most of the challenges an organization is likely to face and the PaaS side of it makes it possible to extend the platform into almost anything you can think of. Security is outstanding, the usability is great now with the new version experience and the APIs are among the best available. Honestly, there's a lot more I could say because it does so much well.

Cons

All of those strengths come at a very steep price. On top of that, certain features can feel a little awkward at times although that's more the exception than the rule.
