Beautiful UI and reports

Pros

Right away, the interface feels polished and simple. The platform is highly flexible and can be customized to fit the needs of almost any organization. The reports are visually appealing, very detailed and can be adjusted to create custom reporting exactly as needed. It also connects really well with many of the popular tools we already use. On top of that, the mobile app is thoughtfully designed and simple to navigate which makes working on the go very convenient.

Cons

Because the platform is so flexible and feature-rich, the learning curve is quite steep. Another downside is the support team's response time which really needs improvement since it can be slow at times.

Custom fields that fit

Pros

Being able to tailor the fields shown for my sales has been really helpful. I can set it up to display exactly what I need, like customer names, dates, addresses and whether there were any upsales which makes everything much more useful.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating in my current job is that we can only view cases from the last 30 days which is a bit of a downside. I'm still not sure whether that limitation comes from how my company configured it or if that's just how the software works for everyone.

Tools for market growth

Pros

Right from the start, it came with really useful features like email marketing social media integration and document storage. It has helped expand our reach and since we began using it, I've seen a noticeable increase in our business's market growth.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any real complaints about it. If I had to mention one thing, I'd say the pricing could be lowered a bit so that medium-sized businesses can afford it more comfortably.

Team collaboration and integrations

Pros

Sales and marketing teams can work together and share activity around leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities all in one place. The platform is extremely powerful and the App Exchange ecosystem adds a lot of valuable partner integrations so everything can be handled within a single system.

Cons

With so much customization in place, managing permissions has been a real challenge. As we've kept testing and rolling out new features and functionality, handling the increasing number of user permission types has become more difficult.

Client management platform

Pros

Running a business that deals with a high volume of clients becomes much more manageable with this platform. When I was working in real estate, it helped a lot with organizing large groups of clients by location and several other categories. That data-focused approach is a huge advantage for any business and one of the biggest benefits is the wide range of integrations available which makes it possible to tailor the platform and really get the most out of everything it can do.

Cons

A drawback is that the platform can be pretty complex. Even though it is a very capable tool, it is not especially simple to handle from an admin perspective. To really take full advantage of it, you need at least a moderate understanding of coding. The good part is that the customer success team is reliable and helps you learn the basics and the built-in courses are also useful for getting up to speed.

Cloud services that work

Pros

As a certified IT developer, I've been using this platform for more than six years and it offers a wide range of services for users. A few of the key ones are Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. With Sales Cloud, the tool can be configured for sales tracking, reporting and related processes. Service Cloud is helpful for setting things up for call center agents and it also includes features like email-to-case functionality and interactive reports.

Cons

Pricing is the downside. Compared with other competitors, this product is on the more expensive side.

Flexible workflows and integrations

Pros

One thing I really appreciated was how simple it was to modify features, fields and objects. There's also a lot of training available for administrators which made learning workflows and coding much more manageable. The API integrations were easy to use and having that level of control over the data was a big plus. My team connected it with a SQL database to update and add data and the integration was very simple to set up and maintain. It also worked well with a wide range of tools so adding new ones or removing ones that didn't fit was never a problem. We were even able to test plenty of integrations in the sandbox before pushing anything to production and that whole process went very easily.

Cons

A challenge came up when we started rolling out new features. Even though users were trained on how to use them, we didn't get the level of adoption we expected. A lot of the tools and workflows we built were bypassed in favor of simpler workarounds people were already comfortable with. Since there are so many different ways to accomplish the same task, we ended up with inconsistent data and results that didn't match what we were hoping for.

Frontend builder

Pros

Building front-end apps feels very easy especially with the Android connectors available for the back end. The prebuilt features really speed up development and help cut costs compared to creating everything from scratch. It's also a big advantage to have the option to publish the app or plugin on the Salesforce application store.

Cons

At the time I was testing it, a few features were still missing, such as PATCH support on REST APIs, along with some limits around request time and payload size.

Strong foundation for our team

Pros

Right out of the gate, the platform offers a great structure that can be tailored to match your business processes and helps both you and your team get what you need with all the right information in one place. We use Sales Cloud and Service Cloud along with TalkDesk and Pardot and overall we're happy with how the full tech stack works together. It really serves as the backbone of our business and the single source of truth for data and reporting. Trailhead training and the knowledge base are also very useful for self-guided learning and ongoing support.

Cons

On the downside, backend changes and customizations can be a bit challenging and you really need a capable Salesforce Administrator with strong platform knowledge to accomplish a lot. It can also be hard to reach an actual support representative when issues come up since they tend to push users toward their online self-service help resources first.

Fast rollout and learning

Pros

From the start, this product has been excellent. Our sales team got comfortable with it in just a week which let us go live much sooner than we expected. They figured out how to create orders and use the shopping cart within a couple of days and it helped us resolve a lot of customer issues.

Cons

The licensing does require an upfront investment but the return came back in just a couple of months. We also saved a lot on training since the team picked up how to use it so quickly.

Flexible dashboard and CRM

Pros

Having everything in one cloud-based CRM has been a big plus for us. It covers deal management, customer service, marketing automation and partner relationship management while also giving access to business data anytime and from anywhere even on mobile devices. The platform helped us organize our process better and keep a record of every conversation with customers and applicants so it was always clear what had already been discussed and where things had been left off. Its contact management system is also very useful because it lets users save a lot of detailed information, including account or client details, addresses and other relevant data which makes reviewing records much more complete. The dashboard can be customized to match what a client specifically needs for a given process. It is also fairly easy to navigate especially for people who have already worked with cloud-based platforms before.

Cons

At the same time some of the more advanced features can be a bit much for smaller businesses and may not always be fully used which can make the system feel overwhelming at times. The pricing can also be on the higher side for a small company especially if they are looking for something with more flexibility. Our team needed a while to fully learn the platform and figure out how to tailor it to our specific needs. Understanding what was already available to us and what could be planned for later took months of discussion, collaboration and deeper review with the team. Reporting issues can also be somewhat challenging especially when trying to determine who is actually responsible for a technical problem, whether it is the internal IT team or a connected third-party application.

easy setup and search

Pros

It gives you a lot of flexibility so customizing it to fit different needs is definitely a plus. The search engine also works really well.

Cons

Interface isn't always very simple and getting around the system can feel confusing at times. It's also not very simple to integrate with existing database applications.

Unified data platform

Pros

This platform and its ecosystem are incredible tools and they're really only limited by imagination or capacity. Nearly everything we do across our organization ties back to it which gives us one central source of truth for all of our relevant client data.

Cons

Standard support level is frustrating to deal with. I don't need to open tickets very often but when I do, it often feels like I'm the one explaining to the technician how to handle their side of the issue.

Organized client tracking

Pros

After getting familiar with it, navigating the system becomes very simple and it keeps all client information neatly organized in the database. Tracking details and staying on top of follow-ups is very easy with this software. I'd definitely recommend it. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Cons

First few times using it can feel pretty overwhelming but once you get past that learning curve, moving through the system becomes very simple.

Platform with deep integrations

Pros

Right from the evaluation stage, the technical reps I spoke with were knowledgeable and respectful. They gave me the information I needed quickly without being pushy or constantly following up and the whole process felt like I was dealing with capable people from start to finish. The core product itself is incredibly powerful and flexible. Its API integration is very tight and the plugin ecosystem is broad enough to handle almost any business integration need I can think of. That part is genuinely awesome.

Cons

That same flexibility and power does come with a tradeoff. It's a large platform and definitely not basic. If you're planning to scale a bigger business or have ambitious long-term plans, it fits well. But for a smaller company or an experimental trial setup where things are still being figured out, it could feel too heavy or tough for some teams.

Great CRM with dashboards

Pros

After using this CRM for more than three years, I can say there is very little not to appreciate. The interface looks excellent and the platform is simple to use while still being effective, fast, reliable and secure. The mobile app is also impressive and just as user-friendly. I really appreciate how it helps us manage our database, build campaigns and track every single account in one place. The dashboards are packed with useful features and provide a clear, complete view of exactly what an organization needs.

Cons

My only real complaint is the pricing since this CRM is a bit more expensive than some other options on the market. Even so, I still feel the platform delivers enough value to justify the cost.

Complete tool

Pros

One of the biggest advantages here is how broad the feature set and integration options are. SFDC has really become its own ecosystem, with plenty of products like Aviso and FinancialForce building on top of it which makes it possible to use SFDC as the single source of truth. The core CRM capabilities definitely do their job well but the real value comes from the larger end-to-end solution you can assemble around it. Rather than juggling data across multiple systems, we keep everything inside SFDC. We've even added our own bash and Python scripts to push the automation further and get more out of the platform.

Cons

Gap between the Classic and new interfaces feels much too wide. A lot of users still stick with Classic because certain things either don't function properly or just don't look right in new version. At the same time, there should probably be a full transition at some stage because constantly moving between the two versions makes for a poor experience. The new version also tends to be slower than Classic and that's frustrating.

All-in-one communication hub

Pros

This platform comes packed with a ton of built-in capabilities. It's honestly impressive how helpful it is to track and store all company communications and information in one central place.

Cons

At times, it almost feels like there's too much in it. Using it can seem like it requires a college degree just to figure things out. Even so, I'm still able to pick up new features fairly quickly even when they're hard to locate.

Pros

It gives you a simple way to keep the client portfolio organized. The platform is set up so everything you need is easy to find and arranged in a very organized way.

All-in-one lead tracking

Pros

Having all client information kept in one place has been the biggest advantage for me. This tool helps us identify leads and close deals more effectively than other tools we have used. The conversations within the platform feel very secure which improves communication between the client and the agent. It also supports better customer service which is a key focus for future business growth. On top of that, the analytical data it provides helps me make sure deals are moving toward closure. A lot of companies depend on this tool for lead generation and for communicating with clients at a larger scale.

Cons

A few things could still be better. It needs more customization options and compared with other software, the pricing feels high and could definitely be lowered. Cloud deployment is also limited which is another drawback.
