“Flexible platform with support”
Pros
Flexibility, training, support and overall functionality are the biggest wins for me. After using a couple of other CRM platforms, I went in a bit skeptical but the platform has really exceeded my expectations. I've been especially impressed by how much the company does to support its clients.
Cons
There are times when the flexibility almost becomes too much. Once you have a lot of users and multiple business units involved, managing the system well can be tough without a sizable CRM team. On top of that, working through account managers for license changes can sometimes take longer than expected.

“easy workflows and unified data”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how customizable it is which makes it a strong fit for almost any company. It can be adjusted to match existing internal processes and workflows without forcing a complete change to how the business already operates. The apps in the Exchange, along with the many integrations available with other systems, also do a really good job of keeping everything connected in one centralized source of truth.
Cons
Reporting and dashboard features still need improvement and could be much more powerful. In the past, I've had to buy additional reporting tools that integrate with it just to get access to the level of data I needed. Getting in touch with support has also been frustrating, with some tickets sitting unanswered for as long as a week.

“simple workflow with handy tabs”
Pros
Getting started with it was pretty easy since the system feels simple and doesn't come with much of a learning curve. There have been a few recent UI updates that I'm still adjusting to and I'm not completely sure whether they've actually made things more efficient or improved the functionality. One update I do appreciate though, is being able to open multiple tabs within a single window.
Cons
Reporting is the weakest part for me. You can generate reports but the process isn't especially clear and there are times when the results don't feel fully consistent or reliable.

“Versatile team integrations”
Pros
It delivers exactly what you need it to do. The platform is customizable enough to support just about any integration with other software and it's flexible enough to work well for both customer support and sales teams.
Cons
Getting it set up exactly the way you want takes a lot of fine-tuning and tailoring it to very specific needs is not a simple process. Even experienced IT admins can have a hard time configuring it in a way that satisfies everyone involved.

“Integrations and visibility”
Pros
Having so many tools integrate into one place is a big plus and being able to see hierarchies, history and related details is really useful.
Cons
Because the platform includes so many features some of them feel redundant and end up making the product more complicated than it needs to be. It's also not very easy to view all key activities at a glance since you have to open items, click edit and read the notes from there.

“Easy start but costly setup”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very simple and the interface is simple enough that people can begin using it productively from day one.
Cons
The downside is that if you need to tailor it to specific business processes, the cost can climb very quickly.

“Customization and training”
Pros
Its biggest strength is how customizable it is. They've clearly put a lot of thought into offering plenty of out-of-the-box functionality but the platform is still flexible enough to be tailored to any organization using it, no matter the size or industry. On top of that, they provide an excellent, user-friendly and free library of tutorials and lessons so it really shouldn't feel intimidating for anyone getting started.
Cons
Because there's so much happening within the platform, it can take users a bit of time to get comfortable navigating it. That said, I'd place more of that responsibility on the organization's administrator or architect than on the platform itself.

“Team coordination platform”
Pros
When several departments have to work together, this software does a really good job of keeping the business organized and running in a structured, efficient way. It offers strong coordination features for multiple teams and usually doesn't require much configuration to get things working. There are also plenty of tutorials available online which makes it much easier to understand the system fully and get the most out of its capabilities.
Cons
Support for the software is decent overall but one part of the experience has been frustrating. Whenever an issue comes up, the support team usually starts by asking us how to reproduce it instead of first checking the logs already available on their side. Many times, I've had to repeatedly request that they review their Splunk logs and share useful details with us, when that should ideally come from them rather than from our side. There have also been cases where they could reproduce the problem but still couldn't identify the root cause which forced us to look for a different workaround.

“Dashboard with fast adoption”
Pros
Getting this up and running was quick and managing it day to day has been just as easy. Our team was already adding products to orders within the first week after deployment. On the admin side, the dashboard is extensive and packed with options which makes it really impressive to work with and highly customizable.
Cons
Pricing is the one downside. That said, at the enterprise level it still feels worth it because agents pick it up quickly, the check-in experience was excellent, the deployment followed a clear step-by-step process and it supports nearly every cloud solution we need.

“All-in-one tools that save time”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been really helpful for multitasking at work. The program gives me a better working environment, includes notifications and follow-up options and lets me update my profile when needed. Since it combines different tools in a single system, I have more ways to handle my tasks without jumping between platforms which makes the workday much more manageable. Overall, it's been a really great program for me.
Cons
There are still a few things about SFC One that I don't enjoy very much. It logs me out too often and creating a customer name takes more steps than it should. I've also had some issues with notification availability. That said some of this may depend on what my job requires and overall I still think it's a very good program.

“Nonprofit CRM that delivers”
Pros
After moving over to the Non-Profit Success Pack, we've been very pleased with it as our CRM. We also built a grant application in Formstack and having everything stored there natively has been a huge plus. It's made both our day-to-day work and administrative tasks much more manageable.
Cons
Only real challenge is not having enough time to keep up with Trailheads and continue learning more. It would also be useful if new-version reports showed full field values since right now you can only view complete information in Classic.

“Reporting and integrations”
Pros
When it comes to handling our accounts, contacts and leads, this works really well for the business. Being able to connect other tools and data sources, such as ZoomInfo or D&B Hoovers, is a big plus because it helps enrich our data and automate tasks that would otherwise take a lot of manual effort. The reporting and dashboard capabilities are also very strong once you've spent enough time learning how to use them properly.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve and it's not the simplest platform to pick up and fully understand. It offers so many features that I'm sure our organization isn't using a good portion of them, mostly because there's only so much time people can dedicate to learning everything. Considering the price, I really think onboarding sessions should be included for new users or teams so adoption improves across the organization and people can make better use of all the available tools and features.

“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
Our sales team has had really strong results with this CRM. It performs much better than Act and other non-cloud-based CRM tools we've used and it's easy to work with while still offering plenty of customization options.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost. The per-user pricing can get expensive and because there aren't many real competitors in the market, they don't have much reason to be flexible with pricing. It's not entirely on them but it still affects affordability.

“Best tool for sales tracking”
Pros
Having used this well-known CRM at my previous company, I can honestly say it's the best CRM I've worked with. It's an excellent business tracking tool and we were able to review sales reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Our sales team depended on it heavily especially during sales calls when I would walk through the visual representation of sales progress. That pictorial view made it much easier to understand the pipeline and identify which funnel needed the most attention.
Cons
Getting comfortable with this CRM does take some time because the learning steps and overall usage can feel a bit complex at first. It really helps to have someone guide you in the beginning so you can understand how to use it properly.

“Flexible admin control”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how flexible its functionality is. In my role, I have administrative access and the tools it gives me let me handle customer needs on my own most of the time. I rarely have to escalate anything to another team because I can usually resolve the issue directly within the system. On top of that, it's easy to learn and teach. A lot of people at the call center where I work had never used it before yet they were able to understand it and start using it pretty quickly.
Cons
The part I like least is that the system crashes whenever an update is rolled out. Each time a system update is released, it tends to go down for around two hours which is really inconvenient and hurts productivity. It would be much better if updates could be deployed in a way that keeps the system running consistently instead of causing downtime.

“Reliable workflow tool”
Pros
From day-to-day use, this software has proven to be very dependable and highly functional. It comes with plenty of features and tools that support different work procedures and processes. Where I work, we use this program to communicate with other departments, handle orders and receive and resolve customer inquiries. In the three years I've been using it, it has only been unavailable twice and both times were because of scheduled maintenance.
Cons
At first, the layout and overall design can feel a little overwhelming. There are a lot of options visible on the screen right away which is useful because it makes many functions accessible but it also made the learning process harder for me in the beginning. Once you become familiar with it though, you start to appreciate the setup and see how great the software really is.

“easy enterprise platform”
Pros
Across different organizations, this really feels like the standard enterprise CRM. It tends to work the same way from one org to another so the overall experience stays consistent.
Cons
Making changes to a template feels like it requires jumping through a ton of hoops though that mostly comes down to needing the right admin access which I don't have.

“Fast account management and integration”
Pros
Being able to quickly find and manage customer accounts was a big plus and it also connected well with other software we were already using.

“Excellent Trailhead community”
Pros
A few things really stand out to me here. First, the user training program is fantastic. The Trailhead tutorials are clear, free and simple enough that almost any user can work through them and learn the platform without much confusion or complexity. The badge system is also a nice touch because it makes the learning process more engaging and fun. Second, the community is massive which is incredibly helpful for system admins, developers and architects. When you run into an issue, it's usually possible to get help quickly from others who have faced the same thing. Third while the click-and-play functionality works fine for smaller needs, the ability to extend things with Apex programming is a big advantage when trying to meet more specific goals for larger businesses. On top of that, the product gets quarterly updates and that's another part I really appreciate.
Cons
From a QA team perspective, one major downside is how difficult it is to implement automation testing. Many of the elements tend to share the same locators and there often aren't unique IDs or classes available. That creates a real challenge for QA teams and makes automated testing much harder than it should be.

“Great global team integration”
Pros
Pretty much everything about it has been impressive. Having worked with several companies that rely on it, I've seen how well it brings centralized and decentralized teams together while supporting global customers in a really effective way.
Cons
Support can be sluggish at times and there are moments when the service representative doesn't fully grasp the issue. That usually leads to long waits while the case gets escalated or passed along to the department that can properly understand and resolve it.
