“built for teams”

Pros

This tool works really well for medium to large enterprises and feels very practical for that kind of business setup.

Cons

At first, it doesn't feel very simple or organic to use but in our case they provided support and a tutorial that helped us get comfortable with it.

“strong reporting”

Pros

The reporting and analytics tools are very comprehensive so they give us a clear big-picture view of how we're doing. On top of that, the platform offers a high level of customization which makes it a strong fit for tailored workflows and specific business needs.

Cons

It can feel a little overwhelming since there's a lot to learn at first. It also takes a fair amount of time and investment to get the whole system fully set up and running for everyone.

“clear pipeline view”

Pros

One thing that really makes this stand out is how clearly it lays out sales stages, deals and revenue forecasts. It also takes a lot of manual work off the table by automating repetitive tasks, offering predictive insights and helping with lead scoring.

Cons

Getting started can feel overwhelming for new users because there are so many features, menus and customization options to work through.

“simple interface”

Pros

Once everything is configured, the software is very user friendly. Entering client and case information feels easy and simple to manage.

Cons

Customizing it to fit specific data collection needs often takes an expert or a lot of training. On top of that, creating or locating reports can be difficult.

“mobile friendly”

Pros

“easy to customize”

Pros

Adding new functions is easy and it's honestly one of the best CRM platforms I've worked with.

Cons

The downside is the price since it's noticeably more expensive than many other CRM options.

“better teamwork”

Pros

Their built-in Chatter tool has been really helpful for working with internal teams since it lets me share updates and documents in one place.

Cons

Compared with other CRM platforms on the market, the per-user pricing feels higher. It would make more sense if they offered usage-based pricing instead of bundling too many features into a single package.

“saves time”

Pros

Sales automation has been a big win for me. It takes care of repetitive work like reminders, follow-ups and even lead prioritization which I really appreciate. That has ended up saving me a lot of time.

Cons

Learning curve is quite steep because there are so many features and customization options to go through. On top of that, the per-user license cost is higher compared with other CRM providers in the market.

“big improvement!!!”

Pros

Getting started with this tool was easy and it covers a lot while still being simple to tailor to our business needs. Keeping up with sales cycles is very manageable and I really appreciate that we can connect other tools like CPQ to it. My company took some time before finally switching over but I'm really glad we did because it has completely changed how sales works here.

Cons

There have been times in the past when latency issues and downtime came up.

“smart insights”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is the predictive analysis powered by Einstein. It offers a much more aligned way to monitor customer activity, including their likes, dislikes and overall behavior. That makes it a lot easier to shape marketing strategies and ads around what customers actually prefer. The API integration is also a big plus since it connects well with other products that rely on this customer data to deliver a more customized experience.

Cons

Pricing is on the higher side compared with similar tools on the market. The learning curve can feel slow at the beginning because the platform is fairly complex for beginners. The UI could also be more modular and better adapted to the overall customer experience.

“organized data”

Pros

Organization of client information in one place has made a real difference for us. It's simple to use and keeping important customer details on hand makes tracking activity and offering the right sales and products much more manageable.

Cons

Biggest challenge was that it took some time to get coworkers comfortable with switching over to the new software.

“pipeline control”

Pros

For sales teams, this feels like one of the best options out there for managing and keeping control of the pipeline. It handles CRM needs in an efficient way and the interface feels simple to work with.

Cons

Per-user pricing gets expensive fast which makes it hard for small businesses and nonprofits to afford even when special unit pricing is available.

“easy notifications”

Pros

One of the best parts of using it has been how well it integrates with Slack. I get notifications right inside the main internal communication tool I already use every day which makes everything much more convenient. Because of that, I can stay focused on my work without constantly needing to check the platform separately.

Cons

At this point, I really do not have any complaints about using it because it works exactly as expected. I have not run into any problems and it does the job well by integrating with Slack and letting me quickly keep track of our customer accounts and their ARR.
