“Best CRM, but it's also quite expensive”

Pros

We've been happy with Salesforce but we find it too expensive and technical to fully utilize its potential.

Cons

It's way too expensive especially when you factor in the implementation and ongoing maintenance costs.

“Loved to use it”

Pros

I've had a great experience with it. After training, navigating different pages and uploading documents is easy. I love Salesforce, it's an excellent system for selling products to the general public and I have used it across multiple companies.

Cons

I can't think of any real cons, the only issue I have is probably just user error, not the product itself.

“One of the top Sales CRMs available”

Pros

I have been using Sales Cloud for over three years and I can confidently say it's one of the best CRM suites out there, if not the best. The ability to manage opportunities along with the sales strategy and lifecycle is fantastic. I love the intuitive design and updates are non-intrusive, letting me manage opportunities smoothly. New features are introduced frequently, which is great for managing a customer portfolio.

Cons

You really need a solid sales ops team to get the most out of it and see meaningful results.

“It's the best”

Pros

As someone well-versed in modern technology, I love Salesforce. There's no better platform especially if you have the resources to build your own. From program management to fundraising, it's unmatched when it comes to keeping your data clean and organized.

Cons

It's expensive and not the easiest to use especially if you're not super tech-savvy.

“I have mixed feelings about this”

Pros

My overall experience is mixed. Some aspects, like the listing feature, are great but it can be confusing to navigate at times with all the different tabs. The itemized list is a plus, as it makes each item easier to find.

Cons

Salesforce can be a bit confusing, especially with some tabs and functions that aren't all that userfriendly.

“Integrations and dashboards”

Pros

One of the best parts of this product is how well it connects with other services. It also comes with advanced features that really support companies as they grow and scale. On top of that, it fits my specific needs very well especially through the dashboards and reporting tools.

Cons

Getting started with it was pretty challenging because the product and its features feel very complex at first especially when it comes to navigation. I really wish there had been some kind of training available for customers. Overall, there was a lot to learn and the whole system felt complicated in the beginning.

“Flexible CRM workflows”

Pros

Having sales, deal reviews and client service all in one cloud-based CRM gives the platform a lot of flexibility. It also comes with a powerful workflow system that automates a number of tasks that used to be handled manually by Sales and RevOps teams.

Cons

The rollout of AI Agents was a bit slower than expected.

“easy reporting”

Pros

Reporting tools and forecasting features are really useful. After getting through the training, the system feels fairly user-friendly and is simple to navigate.

Cons

For basic tasks, the software becomes user-friendly once you're trained but the training process is quite extensive and can feel tedious at times.

“better customer experience”

Pros

This platform really changed how we interact with our customers by giving us the tools to strengthen relationships and improve the overall customer experience. It works well for companies of any size, whether you have 10 agents, 100 agents or a much larger team. They even offer AI agents which adds even more capacity when it comes to handling customer interactions.

Cons

No complaints. We've been using it for around two years and it has been a real plus for our team. The agents adapted to it very quickly and the option for each person to create personalized shortcuts makes communication with customers even more efficient.
