“powerful customization”
Pros
The thing I appreciate most is how much customization it offers, along with a complete set of tools to handle sales processes. The Process Builder features are especially useful for sales work.
Cons
It does feel a little pricey for startups and small businesses. Also even though it's highly customizable, you do need some technical training to use it properly.

Pros
It is an incredible platform that really boosts communication across teams and helps move things along faster which makes it much easier for us to deliver a high-quality experience to clients.
Cons
There's barely anything negative to say about it. I'd absolutely recommend it to any company or team looking for a high-level sales experience platform.

“useful notifications”
Pros
There are a lot of useful features in it and with a great book of business, the Service Alerts & Notifications have been especially valuable. They help me stay organized and make it easier to review rate increases with clients which supports retaining my book of business.
Cons
Creating filters has been the hardest part for me. I'm still not very clear on how to set them up and would benefit from a better explanation or more guidance on how to use that feature.

“keeps work organized”
Pros
From day to day, this really helps keep work aligned. It's an excellent organizer that makes everything at work feel simpler and more manageable. With all the features it offers, it's very effective and helps employees get through more tasks than they normally would.
Cons
A feature I liked least was having to go through all of the training videos required with Salesforce.

“all data in one place”
Pros
Having all the metrics and customer information in one place was really helpful and it was simple to locate what I needed. I also appreciated that the cloud access was available to everyone on the team which made collaboration much better.
Cons
Some parts of the interface felt less user-friendly compared with other software I've used in the past.

“clear dashboards”
Pros
The user interface feels clean, the dashboards are clear and it's simple to find what I need without wasting time.
Cons
Only thing that could be improved is the way lists are found and customized since that process could be made more easy.

“flexible configuration”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the range of configuration options. A lot of software products offer settings, features and workflow adjustments and this one gives enough flexibility to align things with the way your business already operates.
Cons
The pricing structure can be a downside since it's usually charged on a per-user basis.

“easy to use”
Pros
Right from the start, it felt very easy to use and the layout was organized in a way that made it simple to find whatever you needed.
Cons
Every now and then, it would crash without warning which can happen with software occasionally. There were also times when a page couldn't be found because it would return a 404 error.

Pros
One thing that really stood out was how much flexibility it offers with customization, along with its detailed reporting tools. We were able to adapt the platform to fit our specific business requirements really well.
Cons
Sometimes, the interface feels a bit overwhelming especially for someone just getting started. There's definitely a steep learning curve and the occasional performance lag made things a little challenging too.

“easy ai insights access”
Pros
A feature that really works well with this product is how customizable it is while still feeling user-friendly. The AI-driven insights are genuinely helpful and having mobile access makes it convenient to use from anywhere. On top of that, the analytics are strong and the support team has been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
The price is on the higher side and the initial setup can be a bit complex. Still, the support team is excellent so getting help through that part has not really been a problem.
