“Easy navigation”
Pros
Navigating our day-to-day operations feels much more manageable with this tool. Since we work in sales, being able to move through our claimants' information quickly really matters and this system makes that information very accessible.
Cons
This tool can be a little sensitive at times. It doesn't happen often but if some information is entered incorrectly, it won't save.

“CRM with flexible automation”
Pros
Compared with other systems in this space, the CRM features here feel far more capable. Being able to tailor it to fit our specific needs and automate a lot of our workflows is a big reason I enjoy working with this product.
Cons
This platform does lean toward the expensive side. The setup and customization process can also get pretty involved so it really helps to learn the platform ahead of time and expect some trial and error along the way.

“Flexible platform with integrations”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this software is how flexible and adaptable it is. The AI features are a valuable addition and while they still need to prove their full usefulness in practice, the potential is definitely there. Once you're already familiar with Salesforce, the interface feels user-friendly enough to work with comfortably. The integration across different apps is also a big advantage and makes the platform more useful overall.
Cons
At the same time, the overall complexity can feel overwhelming especially at first. The aligned interface is also not very simple and can be difficult to use.

“Lead insights that help”
Pros
From managing leads to surfacing AI-driven insights, this platform gives our sales team the tools to prioritize opportunities and close deals with clients more effectively. The customizable dashboards are especially useful because they let us focus on the information that matters most.
Cons
Getting the most out of the platform takes dedicated training and proper onboarding so there is definitely a learning curve. On top of that, the higher cost compared to other CRM options can be a drawback for smaller businesses working with tighter budgets.

“Pipeline visibility and automation”
Pros
As a frontline salesperson, this has been the perfect tool for keeping up with my pipeline, sales opportunities, contacts and tasks. The dashboards that come preinstalled are simple to tailor which makes it easy to review and analyze my team's performance. The newer AI integration also takes care of certain tasks automatically and helps me update and assess my accounts much faster.
Cons
Reporting feature is definitely powerful but customizing it can get pretty complicated. I can usually pull the data I need though there are times when I have to check the help files to figure things out.

“Flexible CRM for sales teams”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how much you can customize the platform to fit your organization. Even when something is not available out of the box, there is usually a way to make it work, either by finding a third-party solution on AppExchange or building custom code for your specific use case. The training resources on Trailhead are also a big plus especially with the badges and valuable certifications you can earn there. On the sales side, it gives you everything needed to manage the full sales process in one place. It also feels very simple for beginners and is simple to work with.
Cons
Only real drawback to me is the pricing. It is definitely one of the most expensive CRM options out there although I can understand the reason behind it. If someone only looks at the cost without knowing what it offers, it will probably seem overpriced. But once you see the value it brings through sales automation and reducing manual work for sales or support teams, the price starts to make a lot more sense.
