“Custom automation tools”
Pros
One of the best parts of this platform is how flexible it is. I really appreciate being able to customize it the way I need especially since the pages are fully customizable. It also offers plenty of automation options which adds a lot of value. On top of that, the cloud service has been extremely reliable and powerful.
Cons
Only downside is that the default data storage limits feel pretty restrictive and buying additional storage gets expensive very quickly.

“Task planning made easy”
Pros
Once you get familiar with the tool, it feels very user-friendly and simple. It takes a lot of the hassle out of my work and has really helped me organize my day and keep my tasks structured.
Cons
Even though it's user-friendly overall, it can take some time to learn all the features and figure out how to fit it naturally into your everyday workflow.

“Complete account management”
Pros
Opportunity and account management feel very complete and the tool fits nicely into an already well-structured business environment.
Cons
Getting it implemented can take a while and usually involves some adjustments. If your data isn't well organised, the platform can become complicated to work with day to day.

“All-in-one sales control”
Pros
Having all client and sales details gathered in one place really helps. It makes lead tracking, relationship management and keeping up with opportunities much more efficient and a lot easier to stay organized.
Cons
At times it feels a little complex especially when you're new to it and learning all the features takes some time. Once you get familiar with it though, it becomes a very powerful tool.

“CRM with automation”
Pros
Having leads, accounts, opportunities and parts of customer interactions managed in one place makes this platform feel very complete. The automation features are especially useful, like notifying the admin whenever a new lead is created and sending personalized emails to clients and other users in just a few clicks. It also connects well with other tools in the IT ecosystem and helps teams collaborate much better.
Cons
It's a really great platform but the initial setup and some customization work can take quite a bit of time especially for a new organization. On top of that, the licensing cost can be quite high compared with other options.

“All-in-one convenient tool”
Pros
This tool stands out because it is so simple to use. Having all the information stored in one place makes it really convenient to navigate everything and keep the data up to date without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly, I have no complaints about this CRM at all. I especially love how easily it connects with other tools like LinkedIn, Outlook and Ringover.

“Clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
It is perfect how flexible and in-depth the platform is. Workflows, reports and dashboards can all be tailored to match just about any sales process and it connects nicely with other tools as well. Once everything is configured properly, it turns into a very powerful system for managing pipelines, monitoring activity and giving leadership strong visibility into the full sales process.
Cons
The biggest drawback is the complexity and price. It's not especially simple when you're just getting started and the setup can take quite a bit of time and effort to do properly. If the admin side isn't handled carefully, the interface can also end up feeling cluttered with too many fields and workflows.

“Helpful support but complex features”
Pros
One thing that worked well was the customer service. They respond pretty fast and whenever there's an issue, they're ready to step in and help.
Cons
Program felt like too much for what I needed. It isn't very simple to use and with so many functions packed in, it can get overwhelming pretty quickly.

“Deep CRM customization”
Pros
This feels like the most powerful CRM out there. The amount of customization, configuration, automation and now AI is honestly hard to believe. When it's set up properly, it can run just about your entire business especially with the added value of App Exchange products.
Cons
One complaint I hear pretty often from users is that the interface can feel a bit bland. That said, when I use App Exchange apps, they're usually customized and look much more polished. I also recently switched my view to Lightning for Sales Cloud and that has definitely been a step up.

“Pipeline visibility that helps”
Pros
More than just a CRM, it works like a complete sales engine. Lead tracking, opportunity management and forecasting are all organized in a way that gives clear visibility across the entire pipeline.
Cons
The tradeoff is the complexity. It's extremely powerful but that also means there's a learning curve. Without the right training or admin support, it can be overwhelming for new users.

“Great for sales pipelines”
Pros
A really useful program especially for businesses that need to keep a close eye on the sales pipeline, sales cycle, opportunities and contracts.
Cons
It's not always simple and at times it can feel a bit too tough in the basic version especially when it hasn't been customized for the company.

“Organized pipeline for growth”
Pros
As a salesperson, the biggest advantage for me is how neatly and conveniently it helps me organize my book of business which really supports growth and long-term success.
Cons
If I could add one thing, it would be an AI assistant. That said, it already comes with plenty of tools that still set you up for success.

“Clean interface with powerful tools”
Pros
Right away, the clean design and user-friendly layout stood out. We use a wide range of features every single day and having everything brought together in one interface makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
With so many features packed into it, it's possible to feel a bit lost if you're not sure which page you're supposed to be on. Proper training on how to use it in your workflow is really important but once you get the hang of it, it becomes much more manageable.

“single source of truth”
Pros
It's become our ultimate "single source of truth." The level of customization is on another level and we've been able to create complex workflows and custom objects that match our sales cycle exactly. The reporting and dashboards give us real-time visibility that our sales team relies on constantly. I'm in it every single day.
Cons
Getting up to speed with it is definitely challenging. It's not the kind of platform you can learn in a day and in most cases you really need a dedicated admin to keep everything running properly.

“Tracking and reporting tools”
Pros
It keeps all customer details and the entire sales process organized from beginning to end. The integrations with other apps and programs are really useful and the reporting and dashboard features are powerful with a high level of customization.
Cons
One limitation is that formulas cannot be used when the referenced field is also a formula and very long formulas or scripts become difficult to work with. Because of that some metrics still need to be calculated outside the system.

“Customizable and valuable platform”
Pros
Getting the not-for-profit discount has been a big plus for us especially since it gave us 10 free licenses and made the platform feel like excellent value for money. It's also a very customizable tool and even though it's easy to use, there's still a lot of functionality that can be adjusted or added behind the scenes so it can be tailored to work exactly the way you need it to.
Cons
That same level of customization is a major advantage but it can also create problems after the initial setup is finished especially when third-party apps from the app exchange are involved. Something to keep in mind is how difficult it can be to make larger changes once everything has already been configured. The interface in certain areas, like email templates and forms, also isn't the most user-friendly and feels fairly basic.

“Great value and usability”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me has been how much value it offers for the cost, along with how simple it is to use. I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used the platform before but I was pleasantly surprised by how user friendly it is. I was able to learn it quickly and start using it right away.
Cons
To be completely honest, I still haven't come across any downsides. It has been efficient, user friendly and the setup and implementation were very easy.

Pros
Working with it has been excellent. The system is very easy to navigate and there are plenty of tutorials available whenever something isn't immediately clear.
Cons

“Reliable tracking but dated interface”
Pros
It does a dependable job of storing sales leads and keeping track of each sales stage and the dynamic dashboards are genuinely useful. Uptime has also been great, with hardly any downtime at all.
Cons
The interface feels a bit awkward at times. Adding notes especially is not very user-friendly and that part could definitely use some improvement.

Pros
Having all our communication channels in one place lets us keep track of every interaction with each guest, whether it happens by email or phone and nothing gets missed even during the busiest season.
