“Flexible automation tools”
Pros
One of the strongest things about this platform is how customizable it is and how much automation it offers. It gives you great control and clear visibility across the entire sales cycle, from automating lead workflows to tracking pipelines in detail. On top of that, the app marketplace and third-party integrations make it possible to extend it deeply into marketing, service and operations.
Cons
Sometimes setting up can be complicated and the learning curve is pretty steep which can delay how quickly teams start seeing value especially smaller ones. A lot of the more advanced admin customization also needs technical know-how or certified support so it can end up adding both extra cost and dependency.

“Pipeline forecasting and visibility”
Pros
something that really helps with Sales Cloud is the clear view it gives into the sales pipeline and customer relationships. It makes tracking leads, managing opportunities and building more dependable revenue forecasts much more manageable.
Cons
The customization options are extremely powerful but they are not always simple to work with. If the setup is not done properly, the platform can end up feeling too complex for mid-sized teams.

“amazing platform with integrations”
Pros
Across different organizations, it stays pretty standard and familiar so there's a nice level of consistency that makes it easier to get up and running quickly. The integration ecosystem is also broad enough to customize the platform around specific business needs.
Cons
It still feels slower than it should at times and you can tell there's some technical debt and leftover legacy issues behind the scenes. The UI is at least consistent and familiar but it's not especially impressive and you usually need extra add-ons if you want it to feel more modern.

“excellent for tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of COVID vaccine doses for patients across Ontario is pretty easy with this software and it's generally very simple to use. The pricing is reasonable too and the support team has been good to deal with whenever help is needed.
Cons
Logging in can be frustrating because the authentication process takes quite a while. I get why the extra security is there but having to remember passwords all the time is still a hassle.

“Organized accounts and reporting”
Pros
Everything stays well organized and the system can be tailored to match the company's reporting needs. It covers ownership tracking, contact and account details, plus pipeline management like activities and call logging.
Cons
At times some instances can feel pretty confusing and overly complex. My company is still dealing with system changes after an acquisition so I'm working across two different instances right now. One is easy but the other is much more difficult to navigate.

“Flexible and thorough setup”
Pros
From the end-user side, the system is very self-explanatory so getting new representatives trained doesn't take much effort. It also transitions well from one company to another which makes it really convenient. On top of that, it's quite thorough and can be customized well to fit each business's specific needs.
Cons
The downside is that the price can be a barrier for a lot of small businesses trying to bring this software into their workflow. Back when I used it, it was also really difficult to get help as a regular employee when something went wrong. Access to tech support seemed to be limited to higher-level staff and that created a lot of frustration for me at the time. That said, it's been years since I last ran into those problems so I can't say for sure whether that's still the case now.

“Workflow that fits us”
Pros
Keeping everything organized is what I love most about it. The interface is simple to navigate and even someone using it for the first time can get comfortable with it quickly. Our company has also been able to customize it around our needs and preferences which really helps keep the workflow running well.
Cons
My only real complaint is that there are times when my coworkers and I can't tell if we're picking up the same case at the same time.

“Unified dashboard that delivers”
Pros
It feels centralized and user-friendly. The dashboard gives a quick, clear view of organized tasks and the key metrics the organization needs at a glance.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. It's simple to work with, offers a lot of benefits and I've enjoyed using it across several organizations where I've worked.

“great sales tracking”
Pros
having all our customer records in one place, following deal progress and handling contracts is really helpful with it Cloud. There's definitely still room to improve but overall it works well as a platform for my sales needs.
Cons
One frustrating part is that in the 4 years I've used it at my current company, the platform has barely changed at all. The UI looks exactly the same and could really use some improvement. Performance is also an issue, I've lost plenty of days just staring at the it loading screen even with very fast internet so the platform speed definitely needs work.

“Strong workflows and visibility”
Pros
From handling data and workflows to keeping customer relationships organized, this platform is incredibly capable. It's highly customizable and does a really good job of supporting complex processes which makes it especially useful for a growing business. Once everything is properly set up, it adds a lot of structure and gives clear visibility into day-to-day operations.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit intimidating because the learning curve is pretty steep. The amount of customization is useful but it often takes extra time, training or outside support to get things working the way you want. Pricing can also climb quickly depending on how many features and users you need.

“CRM for tracking conversions”
Pros
This tool has been incredibly valuable as a CRM for handling sales activity, leads and different customer workflows. It helped a lot in my student recruitment role especially when I needed to monitor conversions and keep everything organized.
Cons
Because the platform is so extensive, it does take a bit of time to learn at first. That said, it's absolutely worth the effort since once you understand the basics, you end up feeling much more in control of your work.

“Lightning-fast UI and support”
Pros
What I enjoy most is how much it can be tailored to even very detailed sales processes. The customer service team has been excellent as well, quick to respond and proactive about reaching out. Setup was fairly simple and I really enjoy the Lightning interface.
Cons
A few areas still don't offer as much flexibility as I'd want, such as account plans although I'm hopeful future updates will open that up more. I'd also love to see custom buttons support a small pop-up window on the screen since the options on the creation page make it seem like that should be possible. Another improvement would be adding support for dynamic URL filters on dashboards.

“Sales insights that deliver”
Pros
Using this platform is very easy and it's an excellent tool for handling and organizing sales processes. The statistics section is especially impressive because it's well structured and really useful. It helps a lot when it comes to spotting bigger opportunities and making better decisions.
Cons
It is a bit expensive depending on how you plan to use it but if you take the time to understand the platform and learn how to get the most out of it, the cost feels justified.

Pros
Getting started is easy for the end customer and the setup process is simple to manage. Nearly everything can be done through configuration changes alone which makes the no-code approach a big advantage.

Pros
Switching from Excel sheets to having everything centralized in a web portal has been a fantastic change. It gave us much faster access to information and made the whole process feel more organized and efficient.
