“All-in-one business essential”
Pros
Running day-to-day operations feels much more manageable with this all-in-one platform. It covers sales, inventory, client management, B2B analytics and pretty much every other tool you'd expect to need for everyday business tasks all in one place.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about this platform.

“Useful tools for daily work”
Pros
There are a lot of strong capabilities here and when it's used the right way, it can take a lot of the hassle out of everyday tasks and make routine work much simpler.
Cons
To really get the most out of everything it offers and set it up the right way, you pretty much need a dedicated expert who knows how to build and manage it properly.

“Helpful context sharing but slow admin tasks”
Pros
Keeping track of information clients share has been really useful because it helps maintain context across conversations, whether it's about ongoing projects or details I may need to reference later. It also made sharing content with colleagues much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that was frustrating was not being able to update the relevant information on my own. Only the team administrator could make those changes and that sometimes slowed down my workflow.

“great client insights tool”
Pros
It's a useful program for accessing different kinds of information, such as getting more details about a specific client from a particular company and not only that. The platform feels simple and easy to use.
Cons
Website homepage could use a bit of reworking in my opinion.

“excellent lead filters but awkward routing”
Pros
One thing that works well is the amount of leads available and being able to narrow them down with specific filters is really helpful.
Cons
There are still a few missing pieces that would make the software more user-friendly. Saving routes is also awkward since you have to click save in two different places which doesn't really make sense.

“Lead tracking done right”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is its automation. It handles lead tracking from the prospect stage all the way to the sale which makes it much easier for sales teams to spot the most valuable opportunities. On top of that, the platform is simple to use and getting it implemented was just the icing on the cake.
Cons
I haven't come across any major issues or loopholes with the tool to point out.

“Flexible fields across devices”
Pros
There are plenty of useful options for entering information, including custom fields that let you tailor everything to your specific needs. It also works well across different devices, whether you're using a laptop, phone or iPad.
Cons
A few fields can be a bit confusing because they require certain questions to be answered before you can move on. Those required areas are not always clearly highlighted so it can take a while to figure out exactly what needs attention.

“Sales insights and teamwork”
Pros
This tool has a really strong set of features that has helped us move through sales faster. The collaboration tools, in particular, have been excellent because our team can share updates and information in real time without having to leave the software and that makes a big difference in our daily work. It also does a very good job of helping us manage leads organize customer information and group contacts into categories so it's easier to track them and create more personalized content for them. On top of that, the analytics tools are very useful for visualizing our data and uncovering insights that could easily be missed. The forecasting feature has also helped us plan future sales and decide which direction to take and even the AI recommendations have been very valuable for our team.
Cons
One issue is that it definitely is not very user-friendly. When I first began using it, the platform felt overwhelming and it took me quite a while to get comfortable with all the tools included. Understanding each feature in detail and learning what everything does requires a lot of time and that can slow down actually putting the software to use. I also feel the platform's own customization options are fairly limited and there is a lot more they could do to make customization broader and more accessible especially for beginners.

Pros
What I appreciate most is being able to tailor it to my company's specific needs. It also helps that I can add notes and upload items whenever necessary which makes it very practical to use.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints about the software. I've enjoyed using it and think it performs really well.

“Sales customization suite”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how customizable and scalable it is. It comes with a full set of sales tools, along with automation, analytics and reporting which makes it very capable as needs grow.
Cons
The downside is that there's a steep learning curve. Customization can get pretty complex, the user interface is not always the most simple and performance issues do come up at times.

“Consistent account lookup”
Pros
Whenever a customer calls, the account pops up immediately which really helps and the system also keeps everything very consistent.
Cons
Removing emails or phone numbers can be frustrating because the system expects it to be done in a very specific way and if it isn't, it sometimes fails to recognize it and throws out a flood of error messages.

“Sales customization tools”
Pros
Keeping a sales team organized and productive is where this software really shines. One of its biggest strengths is how customizable it is so you can adapt it to match the way your business works. The interface is user-friendly which makes handling leads and customer relationships a lot more manageable. It also connects well with other tools, including email and marketing platforms and that saves a lot of time. On top of that, the reporting features provide useful insights, letting you monitor your sales team's performance in real time.
Cons
On the downside, it can take some effort to learn especially if your team is not very tech-savvy. There are so many features included that it may feel overwhelming in the beginning. Pricing is another factor since it can become expensive once you start adding extra functionality. Some users have also reported slower performance when working with large datasets and customizing the system can take time to fully understand. To top it off, customer support is not always as fast or as helpful as you might expect from a premium product.

“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
One thing that has made a real difference is the strong CRM functionality this platform provides. The customization options and integrations have helped simplify our sales workflow quite a bit and they've also made collaboration across the team much better.
Cons
Getting started wasn't very easy though. The interface feels a little overwhelming in the beginning especially for new users and there's definitely a learning curve. It took me a while to get comfortable and use all of the features effectively.
