“Highly customizable CRM”
Pros
Among all the options out there, this one feels like the top choice if the price works for your budget. It's incredibly customizable and connects well with just about everything.
Cons
Feature that really falls short is customer success. It's basically not there when you need it.

The interface is really well designed and easy to use.
Cons
It felt a bit slow at times though that was probably due to my computer.

“Flexible data management”
Pros
It lets you gather, manage, share and display as little or as much information as you need from your customer database. That data can also be connected with other applications and integrating outside tools with it is pretty easy.
Cons
Reporting side isn't as user-friendly as I'd prefer. It takes a while to learn how to build and run custom reports.

“Poor account management”
Pros
As a data storage tool, it did the job well enough for what we needed. The problem was that our account manager never got any kind of donation setup or donation integration in place even though that was something we expected.
Cons
Communication was basically nonexistent and we had no outreach from the account manager until they learned we were moving off the platform. At that point, they suddenly tried to charge us nearly $9,000. All of our subscriptions were on auto-draft yet they waited around 3 years and only after hearing we were leaving to go after what they claimed were past-due balances.

“Helpful reporting tools”
Pros
With this tool, you can handle an unlimited number of opportunities and given how many offices there are around the world, it really helps us keep track of everything. It's also very useful for generating reports and setting future strategies based on the data.
Cons
The part I find least appealing is that creating reports requires more than just basic-level skills.

“Customizable and supported”
Pros
The platform is highly customizable and as an admin, I can quickly locate support articles that help me make those customizations without much trouble.
Cons
Pricing is very high. To get better rates, we have to purchase blocks of licenses and a lot of them end up sitting unused. I'd much rather be charged only when a license is actually activated.

“Centralized customer records”
Pros
For loan applications, this system has been really valuable. I especially appreciate that it keeps a full history for each customer, including past applications and older credit reports. It also gives us one central place to store documentation for every individual and each piece of collateral which makes everything accessible across the company.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the ability to search applications by the employee who entered them. From a manager's perspective, it would be much more helpful if I could view all the applications my team members are working on from a single screen.

“Complete sales solution”
Pros
This tool really stands out for the breadth of features it offers across the entire sales cycle, from contact management and activity tracking to opportunities, marketing campaigns and forecasting. The interface feels simple and can be customized in a way that helps sales teams stay productive. Another big advantage is how easily it connects with other IT services and third-party applications which gives it a lot of flexibility and room to grow.
Cons
All of that functionality can be a bit overwhelming for smaller teams to get used to. On top of that, the total cost of ownership becomes quite high once you add up the many optional features and user licenses.

Pros
Its wide range of features and capabilities gives me the flexibility needed to support different areas of the business effectively.
Cons

Pros
Keeping my entire client database in one place is a major advantage for me. The platform also provides valuable insights into how well sales efforts align with customer needs and helps move clients smoothly through the appropriate departments.
Cons

Pros
The support team has been very helpful for me and the system stays well synchronized. I can also create workflows that closely match our business requirements.
