“Centralized business information”
Pros
All the important information I need, including customer accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes and related details, is available in one centralized location.
Cons
To me, it doesn't feel simple enough although that may simply come down to not having enough training with it yet.

“Complete business solution”
Pros
For us, it provides a complete solution for managing leads, sales activities, contacts and customer interactions across multiple industries. The platform feels almost ready to use from the start while the strong integrations, customization options and extended functionality add even more value.
Cons
One issue we've run into is scaling premium features across a large number of users. When problems come up, it often feels like the solution is being pushed toward upgrading to a higher-tier plan.

“Complex and expensive”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how much customization and configuration it offers. The platform can be adapted to match very specific operational needs which makes it especially valuable for handling relationships with prospects, clients and partners. Trailhead is another major plus since the free learning resources help users get up to speed, improve adoption and make better use of everything the system offers. It also delivers strong, wide-ranging management features that act as a great backbone for organizations, helping teams manage marketing leads and other important business functions at scale. Its reputation as a leader in the CRM market also adds confidence and many users see its reliability and broad feature set as a key part of running the business effectively.
Cons
That said, the platform can take quite a bit of time to learn especially for new users who need training before they can use it confidently. Its complexity is a double-edged sword, it supports deep customization but it can also feel overwhelming, particularly for smaller companies or teams without much technical expertise. Pricing is another common concern since the cost can be fairly high and may put it out of reach for smaller organizations or those working with tighter budgets. There are also a few functional issues that users mention, such as difficulties sorting line items in a quote which suggests that some areas still need refinement.

“Excellent dashboards”
Pros
Keeping tabs on customers was really effective and the reporting and dashboard tools were excellent. Moving from sales into customer success felt convenient and compared with other CRM platforms I've used, this one delivers much better dashboards.
Cons
Everyone at the company knew the CRM setup was expensive and a few early implementation mistakes ended up affecting us for a long time. It also wasn't very simple to use.

Being able to manage leads and follow them through each stage is really useful. You can track a prospect from the moment it's created all the way to the final outcome.

There are still a few bugs from time to time and that can slow things down and keep you from moving forward as quickly as you'd like.

“All in one platform”
Pros
Having everything in one platform was one of the biggest advantages for me. It covered all my sales needs without forcing me to jump between multiple apps which made the whole process feel more organized and lead management much more efficient. I was also impressed by how well it fit the specific needs of my business, giving the experience a personalized feel that really matched the way I work.
Cons
Even with all the benefits, there was an issue now and then with leads being overlooked. A few would occasionally get left behind in the system which could affect follow-ups and slow down sales efficiency. The good part is that the problem was identified and improved in later updates which showed a real effort to keep making the platform better.
