“Accurate reporting tools”
Pros
After trying several CRM platforms, this one has been the best for handling review data. Creating reports and dashboards is really easy and the results are consistently 100% accurate.
Cons
Implementation process takes a little longer than I'd like. Also, when you go into the settings to make a few changes, you quickly end up facing hundreds of sections and options which gets pretty confusing.

“Helpful customer service”
Pros
The platform is user-friendly and simple to navigate. It helps a lot with our daily customer service tasks and makes it easier to assist our customers efficiently.
Cons
Only issue I can think of usually happens when the internet connection is poor.

“Complete activity tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of daily activity within each record is the standout part of Deals Cloud. It helps me stay updated on ongoing actions and gives full visibility into the progress being made in every record on a regular basis.
Cons
Feature I liked least about this tool is the pricing especially for smaller businesses. It can get expensive and some features are only included in the more advanced plans.

“Flexible business solution”
Pros
From basic CRM use to pipeline forecasting and even project management, it can be tailored to fit just about any organization.
Cons
Keeping all the customization maintained and up to date takes a lot of work. That's not really a flaw in the product itself but it can still make smaller organizations hesitant to adopt it.

This software helps track how activities are progressing across the company. The features we really appreciate include sales pipeline management, task automation, contact and account management and team collaboration.

In my opinion, it doesn't really have any drawbacks.

“Flexible and easy to learn”
Pros
Right away, the online community and Sales Cloud customization stood out in a very positive way. Setting up an account and adapting it to our specific needs was completely manageable especially with the help of the very responsive support team. There are also plenty of tutorials and demo materials available which makes learning the platform much easier. Another big advantage is the search function since it lets you look up records using different criteria like email, name, phone number and more. On our side, we use it heavily for sales tracking, managing marketing campaigns, following up on tasks and handling calendars. Our outreach team depends on it to make first contact with a specific audience and bring them in for scheduled appointments so the service and attendance areas both benefit from using it.
Cons
One area that still needs work is internal communication since the available options are fairly limited and could definitely be expanded. The CRM dashboard also needs a security review before an outside user can be added which adds another step to the process. And if the goal is to increase sales, the pricing really should come down.

“Convenient order management”
Pros
Handling customer online orders for pickup or shipment to other locations has been very user-friendly. The automatic billing once an order is picked up is also a really helpful feature.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues at this point since we've been using the system for less than a year. I'll be in a better position to comment later once it's fully integrated with our main customer data system.

“Easy reporting and updates”
Pros
Getting to the information I need feels very easy and the system is user-friendly overall. Creating reports, running them and updating those reports is also very simple to do.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't run into anything I'd consider a downside because the software is doing exactly what we need it to do.

“Organized opportunity tracking”
Pros
It's really helpful to have all of the opportunity details in one place which makes tracking everything much more organized.

The only downside has been that getting started with the implementation has taken longer than we wanted because of the project training involved.

“Helpful sales tools”
Pros
Sales pipeline management, reporting and task tracking are all very useful. The features feel simple and user-friendly overall. The apps are also convenient to work with although it does take a bit of time to get familiar with everything before using them to their full potential.
Cons
Most of the features are thoughtfully designed so there really isn't anything significant I would call out as a downside.

“Modern CRM solution”
Pros
Using this CRM has really shown me why it's so widely adopted. No more relying on Excel sheets and chasing down a thousand scattered documents left and right, now everything is finally organized and available in one place. The client screens are especially well done, with useful details on assets, profitability, deadlines and personal information like birthdays. It's a modern tool that has become an essential part of supporting my day-to-day work.
Cons
I honestly can't point to any real drawbacks, if anything, it could benefit from offering more remote training.

“Boosts customer engagement”
Pros
Its strongest point for me is the way it boosts customer engagement and on top of that, it feels very user-friendly to work with.
Cons
At this point, I really don't see any feature that needs improvement because I'm happy with how the software works. It's honestly one of the most helpful tools especially for work-related tasks.

“Powerful lead management”
Pros
Out of all the CRM platforms I've worked with, this one has been the best. Its lead management is excellent and it also takes care of marketing tasks like sending campaigns and personalized emails. We're able to connect it to our website without much trouble so leads come in directly. On top of that, the analytics are very strong and give us the kind of reports we need.
Cons
The downside is the pricing which makes it hard to justify for a small business. It also comes with a lot of features and many of them end up going unused.

“Convenient email automation”
Pros
Using it for marketing emails has been very convenient. The email automation tools are easy to work with and it's really useful to see whether a recipient received the message, viewed it or opened it.
Cons
At times, the platform freezes intermittently and pulling CRM data through the API can result in timeout errors especially when there's a large volume of data to extract.

“Customizable user experience”
Pros
Right away, the visual design of the program stood out to me. It's highly customizable so you can set it up to show only the information you actually need or want which is really helpful. That flexibility also makes it much easier to move through the different stages of a task or order without feeling lost.
Cons
Sometimes when certain issues or exceptions came up, passing information along to other people or teams was difficult and that sometimes led to patients slipping through the cracks. It also feels like the program could be a little more aligned. That said, I also think part of the challenge is that my company is using SF for a job function it wasn't really originally designed to handle.
