“Flexible integration platform”
Pros
This is a very powerful and flexible tool and it connects well with almost any third-party service you need to use.
Cons
The flip side is that implementation and maintenance can be pretty difficult since you have to build nearly everything from the ground up.

“Easy team adoption”
Pros
Whether the sales team is small or large, this software works really well. The interface is simple, clean and easy to pick up so people actually use it instead of avoiding it. Because adoption is high, it ends up delivering great value for the money.
Cons
Getting the CRM segmented correctly was challenging at first until we properly mapped the properties on our side. That's definitely something worth planning out internally before launching the product.

“Flexible workflow management”
Pros
The workflow options and API-based data integrations are a huge plus and the platform is flexible enough to build just about anything you can clearly define in the requirements.
Cons
It does take several dedicated people to manage the CRM, handle bugs and make ongoing changes which pushes the total cost well beyond just the software itself.

“Reliable and connected”
Pros
Using it felt very easy thanks to the clean interface and the wide range of integrations was a big plus. It regularly came through when other platforms were being unreliable.
Cons
Frustrating part was the occasional downtime that could last a day or so because of glitches which was definitely inconvenient. That said, I appreciated that planned maintenance shutdowns were usually communicated in advance.

“Helpful sales insights”
Pros
Right away, the user-friendly interface and powerful tools made a big difference. Managing customer relationships and tracking sales pipelines felt much more manageable. The customizable dashboards and reports delivered really valuable insights which helped me make better decisions and improved overall sales efficiency.
Cons
Biggest downside for me was the pricing, particularly for smaller businesses. It can get quite expensive and some features are locked behind the higher-tier plans.

“Useful business tool”
Pros
Having used it for more than three years, I can say it really helps simplify company management thanks to its many features. As long as the internet connection is reliable, the platform works flawlessly. It has made a lot of tasks much easier for me and has been a very useful tool overall.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the application works much better once you learn how to use the shortcut keys. At the beginning, that was a bit challenging for me because the process felt somewhat long and less simple. Still, after I got used to using the shortcuts, I felt like I was able to take much better advantage of everything the application offers.

“Quick information access”
Pros
Getting around this tool feels very easy and pulling up information on all kinds of objects, like opportunities, accounts, implementations and more, is quick and convenient.
Cons
Reporting feature could be a bit more user-friendly and modifying objects by changing or adding fields feels pretty tough.

“Modern user experience”
Pros
The interface feels modern and simple to use. It also gives you the option to switch between classic and compact mode, along with other customization settings that make the overall CRM experience more convenient.
Cons
A few fields are difficult for me to understand although that may be more related to user access limitations. For example, one field pulls data from another but when I update the first field, it is not clear where those changes carry over.

“Organized client records”
Pros
One feature I really appreciate is the ability to create a "suitcase" inside each client profile. It lets me keep all my notes from client conversations in one place, attach supporting documents for the case and also manage follow-ups with reminders.
Cons
The learning curve was a bit tough at the beginning but it became much easier with repeated use and the professional, courteous support that was available.

“Helpful sales forecasting”
Pros
Being able to clearly view my book of business and forecast it, plus run reports, was a big advantage. Once I fully committed to using the platform, by around the third month I had automated a lot of my daily work.
Cons
Call logging and keeping up with unmanaged actions often took more time than I wanted. I also had to rely on my admin pretty regularly whenever changes needed to be made.

“Easy for new users”
Pros
It's very easy for both end users and administrators. Whenever a new employee joins, they're able to start using it right away without needing any training.
Cons
Support can be a bit inconsistent at times. When problems come up, we're occasionally told the issue is on our end even when that isn't actually the case.

“Highly customizable CRM”
Pros
There's a reason this is considered the top CRM, it's powerful, extremely customizable, connects with countless other tools and apps and has a product for pretty much every customer scenario. Over the five years we've been using it, we started with a very basic sales-only setup with just a few users and eventually expanded to an Enterprise plan that now serves nearly every department in our company. At this point, it's completely central to how we operate. One of the biggest advantages is the level of customization. The limits for custom fields across objects are very generous and the Flow feature makes advanced automation possible without writing code. I'm an accountant, not a developer and I was still able to build out what we needed with a little help from a consultant and support. They also provide regular webinars, ask-an-expert sessions and a huge help database, along with plenty of useful external blogs. When I can't track down an answer, the Trailblazer community usually comes through within a couple of days. The self-training platform is updated all the time and the modules are especially useful when you're just getting started. On top of that, every release brings a lot of new functionality three times a year. The AppExchange is another big plus, with a huge selection of apps from free to expensive that you can test and install. We use several third-party apps that solved a few frustrations we had with the system and they've worked really well.
Cons
The downside, like with many SaaS platforms, is how quickly the cost can climb. Any time you want to add another module or feature, the pricing is usually charged per user. Some add-ons let you buy only a limited number of licenses which helps but others require you to pay for every user whether they'll actually use it or not. Even with certain third-party tools, you can end up paying twice, once for the software subscription itself and again for the integration fee. Pricing tends to be more negotiable near the end of their fiscal year but outside of that they're fairly limited and reducing your number of user licenses is basically not an option.

“Essential reporting tools”
Pros
Customizing reports and exporting them for analysis outside the platform is a crucial part of my work. It helps me track trends, sales and customer behavior and also gives me access to customer contact details so I can follow up with surveys and similar outreach. Honestly, my job would be impossible without the customer database since it keeps the details for every customer and opportunity in one place. The ability to connect with other tools, including competitive intelligence platforms, is also incredibly important.
Cons
Working efficiently can be frustrating at times especially when I'm reviewing multiple opportunities and have to click through the same options over and over just to find the information I need, like pricing details or which products a customer has purchased. I'd also really like to export that kind of information without going through manual processing or all those extra clicks but that doesn't seem possible. In the end, it feels like the platform is missing some automation, out-of-the-box analytics and features that would make high-level trend data for very specific fields much easier to access beyond standard account management and regular reporting.

Pros

“Single source of truth”
Pros
There's a reason this tool is so widely used, it delivers. To really get the most out of it though, companies need to spend time learning how all the features work. Its biggest strengths are the dashboards, reporting and having a single source of truth for revenue. Those reporting tools and dashboards give teams much clearer visibility into revenue performance and future projections.
Cons
One downside is that the platform isn't especially simple or beginner-friendly. Once someone walks you through the details and you get familiar with all its capabilities, it becomes an excellent tool. But it's definitely not the kind of system that's easy to pick up on your own and mistakes can be expensive. Putting time into formal training or bringing in a third party to train the team is really the best way to unlock its full value.

Pros
It's a tool with a lot of potential for managing and controlling large sales teams.
Cons

“Complete CRM solution”
Pros
This really feels like one of those complete solutions. Switching CRM makes you cautious at first but once you get fully into how this one works, there's no way you'd want to go back.
Cons
It's a large platform so it can feel overwhelming. The best approach is to shape it around your company's needs from the beginning. Once that's done, you'll love it and your internal users will too.

“Powerful automation tools”
Pros
The extensive customization and automation options are a big plus. Having a tool that can take over so many labor-intensive tasks and reduce the need for constant human judgment really helps since it lets the team focus more on their actual responsibilities.
Cons
Having to log in every single time is frustrating and I'd much prefer a multifactor authentication option that doesn't require using my phone. On top of that, after we switched to Lightning, performance dropped significantly and became extremely slow.
