“Easy after training”
Pros
I use it every day and it works well for me. After just one or two training sessions, it becomes simple to navigate.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that the layout seems to change on its own sometimes.

“powerful business platform”
Pros
It is a pretty powerful platform that lets us manage a big part of the business in one place. We use it for sales forecasting, tracking opportunities and their progress and building different reports and dashboards that show productivity metrics, lead registrations from specific marketing events and even our installed base by country or product. The Einstein add-on is especially useful because it connects with Outlook and Teams and gives a quick snapshot of every activity tied to a particular account. It also works well for contact and communication management and LinkedIn Navigator leads can be saved directly in Salesforce.
Cons
One drawback is that contact roles for a specific account still have to be assigned manually.

“Helpful workflow automation”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the automation it provides for everyday work, like approval processes and workflow rules which saves a lot of time. It's also really impressive that client information is available through the mobile app so working on the go is very convenient. Connecting it with third-party applications is easy and it comes with plenty of features that make managing and tracking client interactions much more convenient.
Cons
The only downside I can point to is the data storage limitation since going over the allowed limit means paying extra.

“Essential reporting features”
Pros
Running GTM Operations would be a lot harder without this tool. Keeping track of notes from customer calls is very manageable and the templates make that process even more efficient. I rely heavily on the reporting features and being able to clone reports or save them as copies saves me hours every week. It lets me take an existing report and quickly adapt it to whatever my leaders need even when the turnaround is tight. I also regularly export data into spreadsheets so I can keep working with it there and that flexibility is something I use all the time.
Cons
Feature that really gets on my nerves is the login process. I wish there were a way to use multifactor authentication without having to involve my phone since I prefer not to keep it next to me while I work. Having to authenticate multiple times in a single day can be pretty frustrating. I have also noticed that after certain fields were removed, there is no good way to review dependencies before someone hides a field.

“Simple task management”
Pros
Accessing and updating tasks is really easy and assigning them to other team members is just as simple. It also does a very good job of helping me keep track of my sales cycle.
Cons
It's missing one thing compared with CRMs I've used before which is dedicated email marketing tools and there are also quite a few duplicate records in the system.

“Improves customer communication”
Pros
This tool comes with a lot of features that make it easier to stay in touch and communicate with customers. It also helps shorten service resolution time which improves overall efficiency. Another big plus is that the platform can be customized to fit different needs.
Cons
The platform could definitely be more user-friendly. On top of that, the cost can be a barrier when it comes to getting access to some of the features.

“Advanced enterprise platform”
Pros
From a technical standpoint, this CRM feels far ahead of anything else on the market. It's easily one of the most advanced platforms available. That said, it's also highly technical, hard to use and very expensive to maintain so I'd really only suggest it for large enterprise organizations.
Cons
Biggest downsides are the cost and how difficult it is to use. It can also feel slow, overly complex and just too much to manage overall.

“Well organized dashboard”
Pros
As a very satisfied user, I'm glad to share my thoughts on this software. The dashboard is neatly organized, with everything placed exactly where it should be to match user needs. Moving through the system feels easy and simple and the dashboard remains enjoyable to use every time. The notifications work really well and it provides a wide range of useful information.
Cons
It has been super cool to use. I honestly haven't come across any downsides and I'm completely satisfied with what it offers.

“Centralized business management”
Pros
Having everything tied to the business in one system is really useful. It lets you keep all your information organized in one place, including opportunities, accounts, contacts and more.
Cons
A few parts of the platform can be glitchy and sometimes you have to complete one step before you can get something else done. There's also a lot of floating information on the screen which can get in the way of the practical day-to-day business tasks. I wish it were more stripped down and it's frustrating that you have to rely on support just to update something like an account name or address. It would also be much better if it included a proposal generation feature.

“Flexible enterprise solution”
Pros
This CRM works really well for large companies especially since it doesn't require a lot of IT resources to run. The part that won me over most is how flexible and versatile the platform is, with customization options that can be adapted to specific needs. Thanks to this tool, my client's sales team has been able to increase sales significantly.
Cons
Being cloud-based is definitely a strong advantage but customizing the CRM system can take quite a bit of time.

“Easy to learn and use”
Pros
One thing that really sets it apart is how widely used it is which makes learning it much easier. Reliable information is easy to find and there is plenty of it available almost everywhere. The software is easy to use and understand while integration and implementation are also simple. On top of that, the customization options and dashboard are built well enough to meet different needs.
Cons
Haven't run into any issues with this software. It has been extremely reliable and seems to work very well across most industries.

“Simple lead tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of calls, leads and prospects feels very easy with this and it also does a great job from a manager's point of view.

“Feature rich platform”
Pros
Having a feature for practically every part of an event is a big plus since it means you do not have to rely on workarounds or shortcuts. The availability planner is also something I really love because it makes it very easy to check which spaces are on hold, confirmed or booked for events.
Cons
Getting comfortable with all of the features was quite complicated and that made the learning process take a lot of time. With so many options included, it is not the kind of product you can pick up quickly or learn to use without some effort.

Pros

“Easy data management”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels effective and easy to use. Having multiple pages integrated into a single window cuts down on time and avoids confusion and the data management and privacy features are handled properly. Compared with Upright Left, this platform feels more familiar and comfortable to work with.
Cons
Only downside that really comes to mind is that the categories are somewhat limited. Aside from that, it helps reduce stress, supports a wide range of tasks and delivers better output than other platforms.

“Improves application processing”
Pros
Handling licensing applications in the healthcare sector has become much more efficient with this software. We used to rely on a paper-based application system but after it was introduced, our processing time dropped noticeably. It's also much more convenient now to monitor and manage applicant data because everything is stored digitally.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the report generation tool since it could be more easy to use.

“Complete CRM solution”
Pros
This CRM software gives full support for managing sales processes and customer relationships in both B2B and B2C environments. Since it can be used online, it lets you handle leads, set up sales automation workflows, build future sales forecasts based on historical data, review both received and fulfilled orders and create detailed reports on sales performance to share with stakeholders, all in a quick way with very simple features. On the customer relationship side, it Sale Cloud allows you to store relevant customer and prospect contact details in a contact database and keep track of every interaction through a clear, easy-to-check history which helps a lot when managing communication and the overall sales cycle. The software also integrates with company processes even when they rely on third-party applications, through RESTful and SOAP APIs. Integration is generally more easy when using tools from the same ecosystem, such as Marketing Cloud.
Cons
Most complicated part is the integration process with third-party applications through RESTful and SOAP APIs especially when those systems support business processes that also manage information needed inside Sales Cloud. Handling that fairly tough integration setup, along with the required maintenance and any level of customization needed to match the specific needs of each business, can significantly increase the overall cost of using the software.

“Scalable CRM platform”
Pros
It offers a comprehensive CRM platform with a user-friendly interface and it scales well as the business continues to grow.
