“Steep learning curve”
Pros
The platform lets you build just about anything which is really valuable when you're setting up new business lines or creating new processes.
Cons
A big challenge is that you either need to bring in an expert for help or invest a lot of time learning how to build within the platform yourself.

“Great value and integrations”
Pros
Really good value for the price, simple to use and it connects well with Outlook, Slack and Gmail. I'm also very happy with how the mobile app works.
Cons
Support response times can be inconsistent at times and getting additional premium support costs extra.

“perfect for client communication”
Pros
Without a doubt, this is one of the best CRM tools available. It makes staying in touch and communicating with both clients and prospects much more manageable for our team. We also rely on it for creating tickets which is really helpful when it comes to tracking any issues or concerns they bring up. The interface is clean, simple and easy so pretty much anyone can start using it without trouble. Honestly, it feels completely worth the investment.
Cons
There really is nothing negative I can point out. This stands out as one of the best CRM platforms I've used and it includes everything I've wanted in a CRM tool.

“Flexible workflows and customization”
Pros
There's a lot of room for customization and the workflow generation tool is easy and simple to use.
Cons
One limitation is the SOQL cap on how many queries can run at the same time. At times I have to write fairly complex test classes and it would really help to go beyond those limits, at least in that context.

“Constant freezing and broken forms”
Pros
I used it both as an autodialer for my business and as client management software. Not having to manually dial 600 numbers was a huge help and having customer details right at my fingertips made the work much more manageable.
Cons
Too often, the platform would freeze up. I'd be on a call and see customer information from five calls earlier and the forms I relied on to collect information would throw 404 errors whenever users tried to submit their answers.

“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
This CRM covers a lot and comes packed with powerful tools for managing sales efficiently. The interface is customizable, the setup is easy and it offers strong overall value for teams that need a great sales management system.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it takes time because the learning curve is pretty steep. It can also feel expensive especially for smaller teams and the occasional bugs along with slow customer support make things more challenging.

“simple interface and useful metrics”
Pros
Right from the start, the simple design and terrific interface made it enjoyable to work in. Everything felt easy and using it was actually fun instead of frustrating. On top of that, the information it generated gave me valuable metrics that helped me keep a close eye on my sales progress.
Cons
Feature I liked least wasn't really about the software itself. As a sales professional, the bigger issue came from our organization requiring us to complete certain data fields every day and some of those data points just didn't add much when it came to tracking meaningful sales progress.

“Excellent results !!”
Pros
After hearing so much about it, I finally gave it a try and the results were even better than I expected. It's an exceptional product and the customer service has been excellent as well.
Cons
There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning and it took some time to get comfortable with it. Once I got the hang of it though, I was able to really take off and make use of all the resources available.

“Custom dashboards and reports”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how customizable the platform is, along with the strong set of tools it provides for handling leads, opportunities and customer information. The reporting and dashboard features are especially useful for keeping an eye on KPIs and projecting sales performance. Its integrations with tools like Outlook and various marketing platforms add a lot of value as well.
Cons
System can feel a bit overwhelming because there is so much to it and getting everything set up usually takes help from an admin or even a third-party consultant.

“Worthwhile tools and responsive support”
Pros
It's definitely an investment but the payoff shows up in the tools it provides and the time it saves. Once you start using it fully, the value becomes pretty obvious. The support team has also been wonderful to deal with, fast to reply and genuinely helpful anytime we've had questions or needed direction.
Cons
Interface can feel a bit overwhelming because there's a lot happening on screen but after some time with it, it becomes much easier to find your way around.

“perfect customization that works”
Pros
Managing customer relationships has become much more organized and efficient with this software. It offers a lot of flexibility, from building custom dashboards to automating follow-ups and tailoring workflows around the way your team already works. The reporting and analytics are another big plus since they provide clear visibility into sales performance and help identify opportunities early on.
Cons
Getting started with it can be challenging because the software has a steep learning curve. New users usually need some training and the large number of features can feel overwhelming at the beginning. It is also on the expensive side which may be tough for smaller businesses to justify.

“Meta Ads tracking made easy”
Pros
Using the Meta Ads integration has been really helpful because it lets us use the Conversion API to optimize lead campaigns based on which leads actually convert. The integration setup works very well for that.
Cons
Some integrations that involve the Meta Conversion API can still need intermediary tools which adds extra steps. Native integrations would be better if they offered more flexibility.

“excellent sales tracking tools”
Pros
Among CRM platforms, it stays at the top for good reason. It gives a clear view of sales, leads and opportunities through written data as well as visual metrics which makes tracking everything much more manageable.
Cons
It holds a huge amount of information and I'm not comfortable with how easily large sets of data like accounts or opportunities can be removed with a simple delete action. Mistakes happen and I wish that information had stronger protection. Another frustration is the amount of cache it keeps and requires. I may be entering 20 or more cases, opportunities or accounts in a day and even though each one is different, the system keeps saving previous information and suggesting it for the next entry. That kind of feature is useful in personal settings but in it it becomes more irritating than helpful so I end up clearing my cache constantly.

“Responsive support but frequent lag”
Pros
One thing I appreciate is how responsive the support team has been. Whenever there was an outage, they jumped on it quickly and got things resolved fast.
Cons
We kept running into glitches and slow load times on a regular basis. The delayed updates also affected data integrity which became a real concern.

“Flexible fields and reporting”
Pros
Best feature is how much you can tailor it to fit the way you want to work. You can add whatever fields or details you want on the pages, label them however makes sense for your team and then run reports based on those fields without much trouble.
Cons
Getting everything set up is a nightmare. From conversations with colleagues, it seems pretty common to need outside IT help just to get things configured properly. We ended up hiring someone on staff so changes could be made whenever needed.

“Lead storage platform”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how effective the cloud system is for bringing in prospects and potential clients. I've been using this software for years and it has been amazing as a central place to keep leads and contacts organized. For any business owner, it works like a gatekeeper for valuable sales information that can support a stronger sales approach and help increase revenue significantly. It's also user-friendly especially when you're not trying to use the platform to store a lot of heavy or unnecessary information.
Cons
On the downside, the platform can honestly get very expensive. Every organization really has to be careful and clear about what they want it to do. Costs can climb quickly if you try to implement too many things across the business using the platform. The best way to manage that is to stay specific, tailor it to your actual business needs and make thoughtful decisions so the investment feels more comfortable for the organization.

“Deep CRM customization”
Pros
From small teams to large organizations, this CRM can grow with just about any business. The level of customization is outstanding, you can shape workflows, dashboards and automations to match your exact sales process. Reporting and analytics are another big strength, offering detailed visibility into pipeline health, rep performance and forecast accuracy. It also has a huge integration ecosystem so connecting it with marketing automation, customer support and plenty of third-party apps is very doable.
Cons
The downside is the price which is definitely on the expensive side and a lot of the most valuable features are only available through extra paid add-ons.

“Scalable and flexible platform”
Pros
As our business expanded, Sales Cloud kept up really well thanks to how scalable and flexible it is. We were able to adjust the system over time and add new features and fields as our needs became clearer through the growth of the program.
Cons
This tool comes with a lot of very specific, nuanced features and that can feel overwhelming for end users. It really helps to have an empathetic administrator who stays in close contact with users so the platform is set up in a way that supports daily operations instead of disrupting them or slowing growth.

“CRM with strong APIs”
Pros
This platform is much more than just a CRM. It's dependable, powerful and highly customizable. I've watched teams use it in all kinds of different ways and I still haven't come across another CRM that matches what it can do. On top of that, the object architecture and APIs are incredibly well built, honestly some of the best I've worked with.
Cons
I really can't think of any downsides. The product has been excellent overall and the support they provide to our organization has been outstanding.
