“Helpful cross-platform visibility”
Pros
The integration with the platforms our team already uses has been really helpful for us. Getting around the system is easy for me and it makes it easy to stay updated on what my teammates are doing.
Cons
Getting everything set up has been challenging. When my company first rolled it out, the idea behind it was great but it has taken quite a bit of time to adjust it so it actually fits our day-to-day task needs.

“amazing records and campaign tracking”
Pros
Managing my daily responsibilities has become much easier because I use this platform regularly. I can easily access past records and review campaigns linked to prospects which is very useful for me.
Cons
Overall, I'm happy with it. At times, the way the data is displayed could be a bit clearer but aside from that I really don't have much to complain about.

“Reliable CRM with integrations”
Pros
As our primary CRM solution, it stands out to me because of how easily it connects with the other applications we depend on for data management.
Cons
Integrations with our other applications do break fairly often which leads to regular troubleshooting and interruptions in the data flow.

“All customer data in one place”
Pros
Using a single platform to manage leads, contacts, accounts and the entire pipeline has been a huge advantage for me. I rely on it as the central source of truth for everything related to my customers.
Cons
Because it's such a massive platform, it can feel a little too complex at times. It also tends to be slow now and then and the UI doesn't feel the most up to date anymore.

“Highly adaptable CRM”
Pros
A major strength for me is the level of customization available which helps build a CRM environment that fits both individual user needs and broader organizational requirements.
Cons
Neither our sales team nor I have come across anything to dislike about Sales Cloud yet, mainly because it adapts so well to the way our business works.

“Useful marketing but complicated”
Pros
From my perspective, it does an excellent job of helping me track and measure the return on marketing investments which is extremely valuable in my role.
Cons
It can be quite a complicated product to understand and bring into a business. There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to using it.

“Strong CRM feature set”
Pros
Having all the essential CRM tools in one place makes customer data management much more efficient for me.
Cons
This tool can be a little laggy at times and the search function doesn't always feel accurate. Finding certain plugins or features isn't very simple and the pricing can end up being quite expensive.

“Milestone tracking and team alignment”
Pros
Coordinating milestones, updates and action items across multiple teams has become much easier for us with this platform.
Cons
We did have to rely on middleware to connect with several proprietary systems. That's not really a it problem but it was still something we had to deal with every day.

“Pipeline dashboards that help”
Pros
Being able to visualize my accounts, leads, contacts and overall book of business in one place has been incredibly valuable for me. The reporting tools and dashboards help me stay organized and improve my productivity significantly.
Cons
The interface could definitely look better and feel a bit more simple to navigate. That said, it hasn't caused any major issues and overall I really don't have any real complaints.

“Customization with full visibility”
Pros
One of the first things that impressed me was the level of customization available especially when adapting pipelines to support complex sales cycles. The detailed account, contact and opportunity views provide deeper insights for me while integrations with marketing, BI and customer service tools help create a complete customer view.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it takes time because the learning curve is fairly long. The platform is powerful but it can feel complex at the beginning. Some basic tasks also take longer than expected to configure without technical support and the interface can occasionally feel less fluid than it should for everyday front-line sales use.

“A tool that keeps improving!!”
Pros
Each new release brings meaningful improvements for me. The additional features, faster performance and dependable support are major reasons why I still consider IT Cloud a leading CRM solution.
Cons
Admin side and even some of the development work, can feel pretty awkward and overwhelming at times. It would also be really helpful if the mobile app included an offline mode so users could still work in the platform with limited service and have everything sync once they're back online.

“Reliable access across devices”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the platform's reliability. I can access it from smartphones, tablets and other devices without running into compatibility issues.
Cons
Area that could be better is the data loading speed. Sometimes it hangs while trying to retrieve data which is definitely not ideal.

“Comprehensive platform with steady progress”
Pros
Over time, I've seen the product continue to evolve and improve. It still stands out as one of the most complete enterprise platforms available to me.
Cons
As the platform has expanded its range of offerings, the quality of support has become uneven and a few features feel neglected because they rarely receive updates.

“Flexible CRM customization”
Pros
There are a lot of strong points especially when it comes to how far you can take CRM customization. The capabilities are really impressive. You can dig deep, tailor many processes and generate a large number of reports.
Cons
To produce accurate reports and automate a lot of tasks, it helps to have a it expert or internal go-to person on the team. Ideally, that person should know at least a bit of coding so they can build an approach that is effective and specific to your business.

“Sales tracking in one hub”
Pros
Having all sales opportunities organized in one place makes the whole process feel much more aligned and the integration with other software works really well.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that it can crash fairly often and if the browser is closed without refreshing first, it sometimes fails to save the history from earlier sessions.

“Integrations across the stack”
Pros
It connects really well with marketing platforms, ERP systems, customer service tools and thousands of other third-party apps through AppExchange.
Cons

“Reliable performance overall”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how stable the app has been. Crashes or lockups almost never happen and I rarely have to restart the program because of any issues.
Cons
Feature I'm least happy with is the limited customization. I'd really like more control over the color scheme especially options to change the background and font.

“Constant lag and redraws”
Pros
Honestly, I didn't come away with anything positive to say about the product. It may have been related to how the company was using it but I really don't have any pros to mention.
Cons
From the start, it was consistently slow and every time something was saved, the page had to redraw itself. That created constant delays and, on top of that, plenty of headaches.
