“Strong sales visibility”
Pros
After using it in our sales department for about two years, I can say it has been a great system overall. Users generally speak well of it and it does a very good job of giving clear visibility into every sales opportunity. The dashboard is one of its strongest features because it lets you create and view real-time analytics. The reporting side is also very helpful for management especially since once the reports are set up, they need very little input to keep using them. On top of that, customer service has consistently been reliable across product support.
Cons
Setting up customized reports and features at the beginning can be difficult. If you want their team to handle that work for you, the quotes they provide can be very expensive.

“Easy setup and integration”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the layout stays organized. It offers plenty of useful features and functions that work well for all kinds of users. Adding and using integrations with other apps has also been simple to set up.
Cons
Sometimes the system slows down if you move too quickly or try to save while working. In some areas, if your work isn't saved in a specific way, it can wipe out other information you've entered on the page. From what I understand, this may be getting addressed since administrators can now block the ability to copy information from within the platform.

“Unified business platform”
Pros
Having customer service and sales together in one platform has been really valuable. It also gives the marketing team a full 360-degree view of business operations and account management which makes everything much easier to track and coordinate.
Cons
The way some fields are categorized can be a bit confusing although that feels more like an internal organizational issue than a problem with the platform itself.

“Simple sales operations”
Pros
Using this product feels very easy. The filters are simple to work with, it hardly takes any training to get started and it has been especially effective for handling sales operations.
Cons
There isn't much I'd change about it though on rare occasions it does slow down for a few minutes.

“Expensive and difficult”
Pros
It does allow a good level of customization, including the option to create new fields when needed.
Cons
This system is extremely expensive and still requires hiring third parties just to make it work. It is not simple at all, the IT support team provides no real help and there is basically no room for negotiation.

“Complete customer view”
Pros
Having everything about a customer in one place makes a big difference. It gives a complete picture of customer data, from contact details and communication history to purchase records, support tickets and more. As a Customer Success Manager, that centralized view helps me understand customers better and deliver more personalized support. I can keep track of interactions, plan follow-ups, set reminders and work with teammates without missing important tasks or touchpoints which really helps improve customer engagement and overall success. The workflow automation features, including process builder and workflow rules, are also very useful for handling routine tasks, notifications and escalations automatically. That cuts down on manual work, aligns our processes and gives us more time to focus on higher-value activities. It also integrates well with Gmail and Mailchimp which helps us track communications at both the contact and company level.
Cons
Although the UI and UX have improved a lot over time some parts of the platform still feel less simple than they should. Moving between modules, locating specific information or customizing the interface can sometimes take extra effort and a bit of familiarity with the system.

“Slow and awkward interface”
Pros
It keeps all customer and prospect information in one place and lets me follow them through every stage of the sales pipeline. I'm also able to attach emails and notes to each lead or opportunity which helps keep everything organized. Having reports readily available is a nice bonus too.
Cons
Interface feels very awkward. At times, it becomes really slow when I'm trying to manually create a new lead or opportunity. I also wish it were more flexible and made report building and data entry much simpler.

“Comprehensive business insights”
Pros
From tracking every kind of movement, including income and costs, to recording the full customer journey, this application does an outstanding job. It keeps adding new features without hurting performance which is a big plus. Teams across marketing and finance rely on it to get valuable insights into customer behavior and history. Every detail is carefully documented, from the initial lead generation to the latest updates and edits. Visitor tracking also helps us better understand customer preferences and interests. The dashboards are especially effective, offering real-time access to databases, user productivity and online/offline user status. The only slight inconvenience is that this particular method requires more clicks than the more efficient classic version. There can also be occasional sync issues when exporting or importing data from Marketing Cloud and the large amount of information can sometimes create duplicate leads and tickets though filters usually help fix that.
Cons
Reporting feature has the potential to be extremely useful and powerful but right now it still comes with a few bugs especially when using the drag-and-drop function to add fields into reports. Also, lead and contact items may seem unnecessary to users who are not familiar with why those features are there.

“Reliable server performance”
Pros
Although we only used the service for under three months, the server performance was excellent. There was no lag, no downtime and I don't remember running into any speed or maintenance problems at all.
Cons
Product felt overly complicated whenever I think back on using it. There were tons of options, menus, sections and settings that all seemed to affect one another. I'm sure it becomes very powerful once you know your way around it but the learning curve was just too steep.

“Helpful opportunity management”
Pros
CPQ has been a big win for us especially when it comes to managing opportunities. It gives the sales team much better control over active jobs and potential ones in the pipeline. There's also a lot of room for citizen developers to do well here, share knowledge with others and help grow what the overall system can do.
Cons
Getting it implemented is definitely challenging. Not everyone can step into a citizen developer role right away and when new features need to be built out, you usually still need someone with technical expertise involved.

“Boosts sales productivity”
Pros
Its biggest strength is how well it aligns sales workflows, boosts productivity and helps drive revenue growth. The mix of comprehensive features, flexible customization options and powerful analytics makes it especially valuable.
Cons
A possible downside is the pricing which can feel fairly expensive for some businesses especially smaller companies or teams working with tight budgets. That said, the benefits easily outweigh that concern.

“Easy deployment process”
Pros
Getting this deployed was easy and the platform keeps improving with a steady rollout of new features. Day-to-day administration is simple to handle and the reporting capabilities are more than decent for what we need.
Cons
Support quality has been disappointing, the pricing feels high and the "Lightning" UI runs slowly enough that I still prefer using the older interface.

“feasible client management”
Pros
Having all of our client information gathered in one platform has been a big help for our sales team. It's also very user-friendly especially for people who aren't particularly tech-savvy so getting everyone comfortable with it hasn't been difficult.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about, aside from the save function. If you don't save your work as you go, there's a chance you can lose information you've entered if it isn't saved properly or in time.

“Useful knowledge base”
Pros
Using it mainly as a knowledge base worked out really well. Once I got the hang of how everything works, it became very easy to use. It helped me present things in a simple way while still making everything look polished and professional.
Cons
Only frustration was that there was a box you always had to check to make the inventory status available so we ended up needing a workaround for that.
