“Helpful contact management”
Pros
It does a great job of helping organizations keep their contacts and accounts current and well maintained.
Cons
For a brand-new business that's just getting started, the cost might feel a bit too high.

“Successful data migration”
Pros
Even though the migration itself was tough, the way it handled and organized our customer data turned out really well.
Cons
Custom reporting is restrictive since it only lets us track four metrics which narrows the overall reporting scope.

“Excellent contact management”
Pros
Among sales CRM SaaS platforms, this still feels like the original and the benchmark others have followed. A lot of products in this category seem built from ideas they introduced first. While a few features could be improved, it really shines when it comes to contact management and forecasting.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price since it can get really expensive. It also falls short of offering the most complete set of user-friendly automated outreach tools.

“Organized contact database”
Pros
Using the database as a CRM has been really helpful especially for managing contacts across multiple locations and keeping everything organized in one place.
Cons
It takes a lot of manual effort to use this database effectively. Users really need to be detail-oriented and careful with every step for it to function properly. On top of that, the reporting for daily activities feels too scattered across different dashboards.

“Flexible CRM features”
Pros
From lead management to powerful sales processes, the platform covers the essentials really well. The integration options are strong and the level of customization makes it adaptable to a wide range of business needs.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the approval process setup. It should be more easy to configure and maintain because many customer requirements are complex enough that implementing approvals ends up needing a lot of Apex logic and customization.

“Centralized sales management”
Pros
Having everything for our sales team in one place has really helped us stay more organized. It's easy to use once you're in it and being able to keep all of my leads together makes tracking much more manageable. Another big advantage is how widely adopted it is since almost every other tool either already integrates with it or is actively building an integration.
Cons
Getting started takes time because there's definitely a steep learning curve especially for new users who may not find it very simple at first. The pricing can also be a challenge, particularly for startups and smaller businesses that may find it too expensive.

“Flexible workflow”
Pros
Every morning starts with a much clearer picture of what needs to get done and which steps to follow and that has really aligned the way I run my business. I can also tailor the workflows to fit exactly how I work which makes the platform feel very flexible instead of restrictive. Another big plus is that it's user-friendly and doesn't require any coding knowledge so getting things set up and managed is very approachable.
Cons
At the beginning, there is definitely a learning curve. It can take a while to get comfortable with everything and I had to spend time searching for answers, reading help articles and doing a fair bit of my own research. Once it starts to make sense though, using it becomes much more easy.

“Powerful configuration options”
Pros
When it comes to setting up fields and objects, this software is incredibly powerful and capable.
Cons
Getting everything configured and managed can be a bit challenging. We've also had to buy additional add-ons that work with SF because of how deeply it's leveraged across our organization.

“convenient system integration”
Pros
Connecting it with other systems was easy and that has saved us a lot of time while cutting down on manual mistakes. Having multiple departments linked in one place also makes day-to-day work much simpler for everyone and reduces the need for extra back-and-forth through other communication channels.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into anything I dislike since the tool seems to cover our daily work needs well.

“Feature rich CRM”
Pros
Among the CRM platforms I've used, this one offers the broadest set of features and integrations. I've worked with several CRM systems and this has easily become my favorite by a wide margin.
Cons
Based on what I know, the per-user cost is quite high compared with other CRM tools. If a company doesn't actually need advanced integrations, I wouldn't suggest choosing it for CRM work.

“Supports business growth”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me was how much it helps with lead management, product management and customer relationship management. It also supports other management processes in a way that gives businesses a real competitive advantage.
Cons
Features are well designed and understandable even for someone new to the platform. That said, it still takes a bit of time to fully learn everything it offers but overall it's a very good product for handling business processes.

“Powerful search functionality”
Pros
Right away, the standout part of SFS Cloud is its incredibly broad search functionality. Just about any object you need has already been indexed so finding it happens very quickly. A lot of end users probably don't see how much work went into making that possible but when you're trying to locate a lead, those few seconds can absolutely decide whether a deal moves forward or not. From an engineering perspective, I really value that and compared with other options, the cloud search capabilities in SF are on another level.
Cons
Once you start diving deeper into the visualization and reporting APIs, the learning curve gets pretty steep. The good part is that the documentation is strong and the community is very helpful so answers are usually out there but it's still pretty easy to get turned around in that area. On top of that, SF seats come at a high price.

“Helpful integrations and support”
Pros
Connecting it with other programs has really helped improve our processes and make daily tasks more efficient. The reporting feature works very well and the customer support team has been outstanding.

“Extensive app ecosystem”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of Sales Cloud is how quickly you can extend it through the AppExchange. If you need things like payment processing, electronic signatures or a computer telephony integration, there's a good chance an ISV partner has already built a solution for it.
Cons
Downside is that licensing and implementation are expensive especially since qualified specialists are difficult to find. On top of that, the company often feels more focused on closing the sale than actually helping customers succeed with the product.

“Needs better compatibility”
Pros
The work gets done quickly and the follow-up is precise throughout the process. It also gives a real sense of achieving results and the program includes an innovative approach that stands out.
