“Easy for everyone to use”
Pros
It's simple to use and manageable for all kinds of people. Even someone with only basic knowledge of computer apps can learn how to use it without much trouble.
Cons
At times, it freezes and needs updates or maintenance. The interface could definitely be improved and it also needs better optimization so it doesn't drain the battery so quickly.

“Helpful team collaboration”
Pros
One thing that's been especially useful in our company is the "Chatter" feed which has turned into a really valuable space for sharing project updates across departments. It also covers things like seminar announcements and disability-related information so I can quickly see details I would normally have to look up on my own. Once it became available on smartphones, being able to check it while away from my desk made it feel even more convenient.
Cons
The downside is that the interface can be quite complicated because there are so many functions packed into it. It's common for existing members to have to explain how to use it whenever someone transfers in. From an administrator's perspective as well, the initial setup and customization feel like they come with a fairly high barrier.

“Organized and efficient”
Pros
The interface feels clean and well organized, with clearly laid-out tabs that make information simple to locate. It helps our engineers work more efficiently because I can pull the relevant details from a customer's account quickly and get them the answers they need faster.
Cons
We also rely on this system for incoming calls and at times those calls do not come through after we've previously emailed customers while working cases. That creates problems for our support team because it can look like there's no queue at all when in reality a large queue is building up behind the scenes.

“Complete business platform”
Pros
It is a full business and industrial solution set that covers products, sales and customer processes in one place. It comes with ready-to-use features that support companies through a variety of automation tools. There are standard objects like campaigns, trade shows, leads and price books that can be used right away to store and organize data. It also includes sales automation tools such as workflows, Process Builder and flows which help automate tasks like updating records or sending emails to customers automatically. On top of that, we can build Lightning components to create a user interface where customers can enter their details and areas of interest. Leads can be generated through different campaigns when a customer signs in and shows interest in certain products. Those leads can then be assigned to a queue or a specific team through lead assignment rules so the team can work on them and convert them efficiently.
Cons
It is definitely a feature-rich platform but even though it is web-based, it does not really feel like a basic client, honestly.

“Fast and reliable”
Pros
Even with a large number of employees on payroll, it runs very quickly. Transactions are processed right away and the system has been dependable overall.
Cons
On some of my employees' phones, the app can feel a bit choppy but those devices aren't very good to begin with. On my end though, it works fine.

“convenient Google integration”
Pros
A big plus is how well it syncs with Google Suite which keeps everything connected without extra effort. The templates are really useful, the sales reports give clear visibility into performance and the option to disqualify leads helps keep the pipeline clean and focused.
Cons
This really isn't the kind of platform for someone who just wants to log in and get to work right away. It's much better suited as a productivity tool for larger companies that are managing employees and handling a high volume of sales leads. For a smaller business with around five employees, it can feel bulky and a bit overwhelming.

Pros
Right away, the platform felt simple to use and move around in. Everything is laid out in a very user-friendly way so getting familiar with it didn't take much effort at all.

“Simple and reliable”
Pros
The interface is very easy to use and having separate tabs for different things keeps everything organized. It works really well and has been consistently reliable.
Cons
One thing that feels missing is support for day-to-day productivity especially for outreach-style work. A task feature would be really useful. It may already exist but if so, my team probably doesn't have it set up.

“Improves sales visibility”
Pros
Switching from Excel, Google Sheets and similar tools to this has made our sales contacts and process data much more accessible. The advanced reports and detailed dashboards have really helped us improve how the business operates and it has turned into a very valuable system for our team.
Cons
Pricing can be expensive especially during the implementation phase when costs tend to be higher. Still, it offers more powerful features geared toward large enterprises so it fits bigger businesses very well.

“Feature rich CRM”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this CRM is how widely adopted and reliable it feels for businesses of all sizes. The interface is clean and fairly simple so getting around the system and finding what you need usually doesn't take long. I also appreciate the customizable dashboards since they make it much simpler to track sales activity and spot areas that need attention. The automated workflows are another big plus because they handle repetitive tasks like lead assignment and follow-up emails which gives sales teams more time to focus on higher-value work. The mobile app is also useful for checking data on the go and staying connected with the team. On top of that, it connects well with a lot of third-party tools, including marketing platforms, email systems and social channels. Customer support is another strong point, with plenty of documentation, tutorials and training resources available. Overall, it's a full-featured and user-friendly CRM that can help companies organize sales processes, improve efficiency and support growth.
Cons
There are a few downsides that can be frustrating. The learning curve can be pretty steep especially for people who are new to CRM systems or don't have much technical experience. Pricing is also a common concern, particularly for startups or smaller businesses and it can feel like you're paying for features you may never actually use. Even though the platform offers a lot of customization, there are still limits and more advanced changes often require a developer or someone with technical skills which adds extra cost. The interface can also feel cluttered at times because of the number of menus and options available making it harder to quickly locate certain things. And like any software, occasional technical issues or downtime can happen which is frustrating when your team depends on it daily. Even with those drawbacks, these issues usually aren't enough to stop businesses from using it as their main CRM.

“All in one marketing tool”
Pros
Everything feels very user-friendly and it's easy to use while keeping all client information organized in one place. Having it function as an all-in-one marketing tool is a big plus.
Cons
Sometimes there are hiccups when integrating it with other software. We ran into an issue where duplicate accounts were being created every time a new order came through our site. It was eventually fixed but it's definitely something to keep in mind.

“Centralized sales dashboard”
Pros
Having all of my sales pipeline details in one concise dashboard has been fantastic. The cloud syncing keeps everything accessible and up to date which helps me stay productive and focus on actually selling instead of getting stuck doing admin-heavy, paper-pushing work.
Cons
I've heard others say the system can be a little confusing but that really hasn't been my experience. Compared with other tools I've used and the alternatives I know are out there, this one feels well put together so I honestly don't have any real complaints.

“Easy search and customization”
Pros
Searching in the system is easy and adding new fields when our company needs them is simple too.
Cons

“Accurate sales forecasting”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits has been the forecasting feature which gives accurate projections of future sales based on current performance. The pipeline management tool is also very useful because it offers a clear, simple visual view of the sales process making deals much easier to monitor and manage. On top of that, the contact database and lead management features do a good job of keeping customer details organized and helping us stay on top of potential sales opportunities. It also fit into our existing business processes without much trouble. The simple interface and powerful API made integration with the other software tools we use feel very easy.
Cons
Although the platform comes with a broad range of features, the search and filtering functionality could be better. At times, it takes longer than I'd like to locate the information I need. Still, it's a fairly minor drawback and hasn't had much effect on the overall experience.

“Supports business growth”
Pros
It comes with lead management, contact management and forecast management which are really useful features. It's one of the best cloud platforms for helping a business grow faster compared to other tools. The CRM also lets us store client information properly, with account and contact objects available to keep everything organized.

“Powerful CRM platform”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM felt incredibly powerful and comprehensive. The interface is user-friendly, the workflow makes sense and the reporting tools are especially impressive because they give us much deeper insight into our customer base. It also helps us stay more connected with customers which has strengthened relationships and built better loyalty over time.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since it's fairly expensive and quite a few features are left out of the basic plan. On top of that some of the more advanced tools take time to configure and can be tricky to use effectively.
