“Excellent team collaboration”

Pros

Using it felt very easy and the teamwork, coordination and task flow were all really well done. It helped us stay on top of thousands of leads and hundreds of clients without things getting overwhelming.

Cons

I'd love to see better interaction with other tools especially calendars and similar apps so it fits more naturally into the daily workflow.

“Clear sales visibility”

Pros

UX feels simple and thoughtfully built. It gives really good visibility across the entire sales process and it does a great job of mapping business opportunities along with the related products, revenue and GP.

Cons

A few products still rely on default features that feel somewhat limited and data compatibility issues sometimes make the information less clear than it should be.

Pros

Right away, the interface feels very user-friendly, the integration options are excellent and keeping track of lead data is simple and efficient.

Cons

Biggest downside is the high pricing especially for startups since adding multiple users can get too expensive.

“valuable app ecosystem”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages goes well beyond the CRM itself. Their AppExchange has been incredibly valuable, with tons of integrations and add-ons that have made our overall experience much better. From convenient email connections to strong analytics tools, we've been able to find solutions for a range of day-to-day operational challenges. Being able to connect it with other business applications has really improved our productivity and removed the hassle of working across multiple disconnected systems.

Cons

No downsides from my side.

“Helpful sales tracking”

Pros

It covers all the features I need and from a customer service standpoint it's really helpful for tracking sales.

Cons

Honestly, I like everything about it. There's really nothing not to like and if I didn't enjoy using it, I wouldn't keep using it.

“Advanced reporting tools”

Pros

Keeping an eye on customer online and offline status is easy and with just a few tools and modules, it's possible to monitor overall revenue generation effectively. The UI performs really well and reporting is powered by advanced systems such as Einstein Analytics. Data visibility and mobility are both excellent.

Cons

Reporting relies on Einstein Analytics which is quite advanced so some users may have trouble understanding it without proper training. It also lacks integration with marketing platforms and certain other sources. While it does connect with some applications, integration is not available across the board.

“Flexible and customizable”

Pros

Its versatility, customization options and interface have earned a lot of praise from users. People appreciate features like automation, reporting and analytics because they can help businesses align and improve their sales operations.

Cons

Some users mention that the pricing feels too high for smaller businesses and the platform can be slow or occasionally glitchy. There are also concerns about how complex it can be especially for new users who have to deal with a noticeable learning curve.

“Powerful sales platform”

Pros

It has been a really powerful and flexible sales management platform for us, helping to simplify our sales workflow and boost team productivity. One of its biggest strengths is the simple interface which feels easy to navigate and use even for people without much technical background. The reporting and analytics tools are also very strong, giving us useful visibility into sales performance so we can make informed decisions and refine our overall strategy.

Cons

My experience has been mostly positive but I have run into some challenges when trying to customize certain features around our specific business requirements. Even though the platform includes plenty of customization options, setting them up can be complicated and take more time than expected. On top of that, the pricing can be a hurdle for smaller companies or teams working with tighter budgets.

“Complete sales solution”

Pros

This CRM platform feels very complete and gives our sales team a lot of useful tools to manage the sales pipeline more effectively and work more productively. The features we value the most are sales pipeline management, task automation, contact and account management, team collaboration, analytics and reporting, plus integrations with other apps. We also really appreciate how flexible the solution is, how it can automate certain tasks and how it delivers detailed insights that help us make better-informed decisions.

Cons

As for the downsides, I personally haven't run into any particular usability problems with the software.

“Centralized record management”

Pros

Having Salesforce as a single place to store records for more than 950 of my farmers has been incredibly valuable. I can keep everything together, including contracts, farm condition photos, milk production numbers, farm addresses, billing addresses when they are different and plenty more. Since we're able to enter so much data, the system also gives me really useful charts and graphs that make it much easier to visually track production rates across farmers in the same area. That helps our company focus on the right market regions.

Cons

The one thing I'd really like to see improved is file uploading. A drag-and-drop option would be much better than having to manually upload each document one by one.

“Transforms sales management”

Pros

After using it for the last 8 months, I can honestly say it has completely changed how I handle sales. It connects really well with other tools like email and calendar apps so keeping everything organized in one place is much more manageable. The interface is clear and easy to use which makes it approachable even for people who are not very tech-savvy. It also comes with advanced analytics and reporting features that help sales teams review performance data and make better decisions. Another big plus is the strong level of customization so businesses can adapt it to fit their own workflow and needs. On top of that, the mobile app makes it convenient to check in from anywhere and stay updated on sales activity while on the move.

Cons

Getting started with the app can feel a bit overwhelming especially for new users who have not worked with sales management software before. It is also on the expensive side which can be a challenge for smaller businesses that are just getting started.

“well designed interface”

Pros

The interface is well designed and the way you can fill the databases with information works really well.

Cons

It would be better if the platform were more centralized and offered separate tools for each department connected to the sales team, such as after-sales service, updates, maintenance history and tracking how often clients are contacted.

“Easy for everyone to use”

Pros

It's simple to use and manageable for all kinds of people. Even someone with only basic knowledge of computer apps can learn how to use it without much trouble.

Cons

At times, it freezes and needs updates or maintenance. The interface could definitely be improved and it also needs better optimization so it doesn't drain the battery so quickly.

“Helpful team collaboration”

Pros

One thing that's been especially useful in our company is the "Chatter" feed which has turned into a really valuable space for sharing project updates across departments. It also covers things like seminar announcements and disability-related information so I can quickly see details I would normally have to look up on my own. Once it became available on smartphones, being able to check it while away from my desk made it feel even more convenient.

Cons

The downside is that the interface can be quite complicated because there are so many functions packed into it. It's common for existing members to have to explain how to use it whenever someone transfers in. From an administrator's perspective as well, the initial setup and customization feel like they come with a fairly high barrier.
