“Connected business operations”
Pros
Having all of the company's sectors brought together in one place makes a big difference. The software delivers the essential tools needed to speed up service and improve overall performance while also connecting the institutional client, suppliers and the end customer in a very fast and efficient way.
Cons
Training part especially around system integration, can be difficult. Getting started takes effort and the initial learning curve is not very simple.

“Boosts sales productivity”
Pros
After using it for several years, I'm still genuinely impressed by how much this software supports my sales work. It's an excellent sales automation tool that helps me manage customer contacts, track opportunities and build reliable revenue forecasts. I'm happy to share the experience I've had with it. It is a cloud-based CRM platform with a lot of practical features for sales teams. For example, I can keep all customer and lead information in one central database and access it whenever I need it. I'm also able to set up automated workflows and approval processes which makes daily routine tasks much simpler. On top of that, I can create and track personalized quotes and orders. One of the strongest parts of the software is its built-in AI which gives me valuable insights into my sales process. I can quickly see how my pipeline is developing which deals are most likely to close and which activities deserve the most attention. The real-time reports and dashboards are also very useful for measuring and improving performance. This software has helped me increase my productivity by 29% and generate more revenue. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to make their sales process more efficient.
Cons
Price of this software is quite high.

“Built for large teams”
Pros
This CRM really covers just about everything and then some. It feels built for large companies that need a full-featured solution.
Cons
There are a lot of extra bells and whistles and it comes with so much information about features that many users probably won't end up using.

“Centralized information management”
Pros
Having everything collated into one centralized, system-wide repository is the biggest advantage. It saves a lot of time and effort while also improving overall productivity. Another really useful part is the added functionality for prioritizing important client support queries through email integration which helps bring urgent and critical issues to attention quickly.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the integration with internal tools which could be made more user-friendly and efficient. Other than that, I don't really see much else that needs changing.

“Secure and accessible”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how customizable it is. Since it's cloud-based, I can access it from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection. It also comes with a mobile app which makes it even more convenient and the security features are strong. On top of that, the customer support is excellent, with helpful online resources and training available when needed.
Cons
Getting started can feel pretty complex and overwhelming especially for new users who are not familiar with the platform. It can also get expensive over time because it requires continued investment in training, customization and support.

“Feature rich platform”
Pros
There's a wide range of features for managing sales, marketing and customer service and it's user-friendly while still offering plenty of customization. It also lets you build custom reports and dashboards to track performance and the integrations with other apps and services are very useful.
Cons
It can be expensive for small businesses or startups with limited budgets and the large number of features can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Access also depends on having a great internet connection so a poor connection can be a problem.

“Improves sales performance”
Pros
This platform works really well as a sales management solution, giving businesses the tools and visibility they need to improve sales processes, increase revenue and deliver better customer satisfaction.
Cons
Even though AppExchange includes some free apps, most of the options are paid so subscription fees can quickly become another added cost on top of your overall CRM budget. On top of that, having too many integrated systems can noticeably slow down the organization and the entire setup while also creating more bugs after each release or new integration.

“Needs better screen layout”
Pros
Tracking down contacts and leads is pretty easy and the software doesn't get in the way if a registered character is a little different from what I'm searching for.
Cons
The screen feels a bit overloaded with information and using a few more shades of blue to separate or highlight certain fields might make it easier to navigate.

“flexible CRM foundation”
Pros
It provides an excellent foundation for building a CRM environment for a client, with almost unlimited tools to tailor it to the specific needs of the project. Having a starting point is easy but that doesn't take away from the more advanced possibilities.
Cons
Not really a flaw in itself but SFDC does require a high level of expertise to take full advantage of everything it offers. On top of that, there are some overlaps between tools that can make certain approaches feel a bit confusing.

“Helpful team collaboration”
Pros
This software does a really good job of helping businesses stay on top of customer relationships. The two features I appreciate most are Lead and Opportunity Management which makes it easier for sales teams to monitor leads, opportunities and accounts so they can concentrate on the most promising prospects. Another big plus is the collaboration aspect since it gives sales teams a shared space to work together, exchange information and keep up with customer interactions.
Cons
I honestly do not have any complaints about this software.

“Powerful reporting tools”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM has felt like a very powerful and full-featured tool. The interface is user-friendly, the workflow makes sense and navigating day-to-day tasks feels simple. On top of that, the reporting tools are strong and have helped us gain much better insight into our customer base.
Cons
One downside is that the pricing is fairly expensive and some features are left out of the basic package. Also, a few of the more advanced tools can be fairly complicated when it comes to setting them up and using them effectively.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
Whenever questions come up, there's a way to get them resolved which I really appreciate. It's very simple to learn and even teaching yourself how to use it doesn't take much effort. The communication tools are fantastic and the editing features are easy and convenient.
Cons
Search function and back button could definitely be better. While editing, it gets frustrating because the page reloads each time which makes it harder to keep moving down the list.

Pros

“Flexible and accessible”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility built into it and it fits just about any company that has a sales team. The real-time data view makes it much easier to stay on top of business activity as it happens. It handles contact management, marketing automation, client tracking, sales reporting, task scheduling, customer databases and plenty more. Since it's cloud-based, I can get to my data anytime and from anywhere, including on mobile devices.
