“scalable platform”

Pros

Whether a company is already large or still expanding, Sales Cloud works really well. It can handle a wide range of tasks and overall it feels like one of the best tools available.

Cons

There are times when the automation doesn't work as expected which can result in entered data being lost or inaccurate information showing up.

“Complete visibility”

Pros

Having each client's information available in a full 360 view is really valuable especially because everything needed for validation is right there without having to jump through different menus or options just to find the required details.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into any major downsides. Compared with the tools used before, this software brings a lot of positive improvements and only a few small things could maybe be refined over time.

“Customizable features”

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how customizable it is. It lets you send agreements and other documents to customers which makes it much simpler to keep track of every detail in the sales process. On top of that, you can generate a complete report at the end which saves a lot of time and manual effort.

Cons

There are times when the automation runs into problems and it's very hard to figure out where the error happened. That can delay our schedule quite a bit. The setup is also pretty complex so finding the right way to use the tool and build your skills with it can be frustrating. Another downside is the cost, if you want a larger team using it, the price increases very quickly.

“convenient integrations”

Pros

After working with plenty of CRM platforms over the years, this one stands out as the best I've used. The interface feels incredibly simple and getting around the system is very easy. It also comes with a wide range of integrations which makes connecting it to other applications really convenient. If you want a customer relationship management solution that delivers, this is absolutely one to consider.

Cons

One downside is that it can be fairly expensive to maintain although the value and benefits still outweigh the overall cost of the software.

“Innovative solution”

Pros

After years in the market, it still manages to keep evolving and adding innovative tools. The interface has become increasingly user-friendly over time and the level of security it offers gives a lot of confidence especially coming from such a well-established leader in the industry.

Cons

Interface has definitely improved but there's still a bit of room to make it look more modern and feel even more user-friendly.

“Feature-rich platform”

Pros

Packed with a wide range of features and the UI/UX feels polished and user-friendly. It's also flexible enough to adapt to different needs and workflows.

Cons

Biggest downside is the price. It's a costly tool and that can make it tough for startups to justify or afford.

“Reliable daily use”

Pros

Using this in my day-to-day work as a bank dispute analyst has been a really positive experience. The platform feels user-friendly and helpful and the overall design makes it simple to understand and navigate. All the data and information I need is available in one place which makes my daily tasks much easier. It's very easy to use and works well for my everyday needs.

Cons

Up to this point, I really haven't run into any major issues with the software. The only minor concern has been logging but it happens very rarely.

“Complex setup”

Pros

It's hard to find anything to like about it. The whole system feels far too complex.

Cons

Platform is extremely complicated, with too many steps and workarounds just to generate a simple lead or quote. It feels limited and limiting overall.

“All-in-one management”

Pros

Right from the start, it covers just about everything I need. It handles client management really well, keeps track of the opportunities connected to those clients and also lets me manage tasks, calls, activities and basically the whole workflow without much doubt.

Cons

One area where this solution could definitely get better is how it handles feature requests. It feels like a lot of things are still missing, like a dedicated navigator and a much more responsive system from their side. The answers I received to my questions were acceptable but not really good enough, I was expecting clearer and more detailed explanations but that unfortunately did not happen.

“Strong sales support”

Pros

Hands down, this is one of the best CRM tools I've used. I worked with SAP before and I'd still highly recommend this as a sales and CRM platform. It has made handling my sales leads and opportunities much easier.

Cons

There's not much to complain about though it would be even better if it included video calling and virtual meeting features.

“Powerful reporting”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is the brand reputation behind it and the support team lives up to that as well. The reporting and dashboard capabilities are excellent and add a lot of value to the product.

Cons

Newer Lightning view isn't as simple or as user-friendly as the Classic view used to be.

“Targeted insights”

Pros

Being able to evaluate detailed information about our clientele was essential for us. It let us run lead campaigns using very specific demographic targeting which made a big difference.

Cons

There's definitely a steep learning curve. Some of my team never fully got comfortable with the platform and it required a lot of initiative and self-teaching to really understand how everything worked.

“Popular CRM”

Pros

Among CRM platforms, this is one of the most widely used options. It helps automate the sales workflow, lead generation, customer service and business analytics and it also gives access to thousands of applications through AppExchange.

Cons

It can be a bit costly for people starting a new business and getting everything set up in the beginning takes some time. The loading speed can also feel slow at times.

“Highly customizable”

Pros

It has become a core part of our daily operations. It's very simple to use and the level of customization it offers for our business is impressive. If there's something we need, chances are we can build it in Sales Cloud. On top of that, support is available whenever technical issues come up and there are plenty of training resources that help with both implementation and ongoing learning. Overall, it delivers strong value for the cost especially since the per-license pricing can be much lower than many competing products.

Cons

the platform's capabilities can be so impressive that it's tempting to overbuild something that could have stayed much simpler. Because of that, it really helps to understand your business well and spend time learning the tools properly so you don't create unnecessarily complex solutions.
