“Essential CRM platform”
Pros
From a customer's point of view, this CRM software feels incredibly important and offers a truly critical feature set.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across anything significant enough to mention as a con.

“All-in-one sales view”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been really useful. We can keep an eye on daily sales anytime, add notes to unfinished applications that need a callback, set reminders and review call histories whenever needed.
Cons
My only real concern is that it seems to need a very strong internet connection. If the connection isn't good, it may not load properly especially while you're speaking with a customer on another line.

“Highly scalable system”
Pros
It connects with almost anything and can handle just about whatever you need from a technology standpoint. It's a very advanced platform which is a big plus but it also means you really need someone with the right skills to manage it properly.
Cons
Certain features can be difficult to work with and some parts of the system don't feel very simple.

“Enterprise integration capabilities”
Pros
Honestly, this CRM raises the standard for everything else on the market. The lead management is excellent and the way it connects with Pardot, Marketing Cloud and even HubSpot makes it feel like a complete solution for sales teams.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price which is extremely high especially when there are more affordable CRM options for small startups. That said, Sales Cloud is just that good. I'd love to see a startup plan so smaller companies could actually give it a try.

“Centralized cloud access”
Pros
Using this cloud-based tool has made our work faster, smarter and more reliable. It acts as one centralized place where we can keep customer details, sales records and company information together. Customers can also log their requests or concerns with us without any hassle which makes communication much easier.
Cons
It's fast and secure and I can use it conveniently across different devices. The on-the-go access is especially useful for tracking sales and keeping customer information updated wherever I am. Its customization options also help us organize daily work data in a practical way. Overall, having everything available in one place makes it very convenient.

“Helpful lead and sales tracking”
Pros
It keeps all of our leads and properties in one place which makes things much more organized. I can also see a clear breakdown of each sales rep's activity along with the sales volume for the properties we manage.
Cons
There are a few too many navigation paths in the system and that can make it harder to stay focused on a single lead.

“simple lead management”
Pros
When it comes to lead management, this has been my favorite option to use. The interface feels simple and it doesn't take much training time to get everything set up and ready to start using.
Cons
At the same time, I've noticed that quite a few people struggle with it especially users who aren't very comfortable working with software solutions.

“Flexible CRM for sales tracking”
Pros
It really helped us put a proper sales process in place. The CRM comes with excellent features that can be adapted to different business models and products. It's a very effective way to document sales activity and analyze data and at this point I wouldn't want this organization to be without it.
Cons
Sometimes it can feel a little slow or laggy. The setup also took a fair amount of time with our team of five although that was partly because everything needed to be customized for our business.

“Automation boost”
Pros
The automation capabilities are incredibly strong and the clicks-not-code approach lets us build powerful workflows that make our users far more efficient without needing a full-time developer to handle every change.
Cons
The platform is extremely powerful but it really works best when your business process fits neatly within what it's designed to support.

“Flexible CRM with clear visibility”
Pros
After using it in our business for more than 10 years, it has proven to be an excellent tool. It's a strong CRM and the part I appreciate most is the interface. It's user-friendly and gives us the information we need without much hassle. It also connects well with other applications and the customization options make it capable of growing alongside your business. Over the years, I've watched the platform evolve and one thing that has always stood out is how quickly I can pull up relevant customer or lead details. Being able to view the full history of customer activity and engagement is another really valuable feature. Overall, it's a great fit for businesses of any size.
Cons
A major frustration for me has been the online documentation. Since the switch to this tool's interface a few years ago, it's very common to come across older help articles that are outdated and no longer apply to the current version. The online support area feels cluttered too which makes it harder than it should be to find what you need. On top of that, once you're a customer, the Account Executives tend to push additional features and upgrades pretty frequently.

“Pipeline updates that work”
Pros
A few times throughout the day, I refresh my dashboard just to see my pipeline change as leads move into opportunities through my partners. It does exactly what I need it to do and that reliability has been a big plus.
Cons
Reporting side could be more simple. I'd really like it to be simpler to pull in the specific data I need and narrow it down the way I want.

“Overpriced and unsupported mess”
Pros
Honestly, there's nothing positive I can point to here. It's severely overpriced, the costs are ridiculous and there's basically no support. They push products you don't even need and without technical support, you can't really use them anyway. On top of that, they expect you to hire an so-called implementation partner that charges a fortune, then takes months to customize everything while both sides keep billing you. It feels like a complete ripoff.
Cons
This software is wildly overpriced and comes with almost no support. They sell you extra products that aren't necessary and since there's no proper technical help, those products end up being useless. Then you're forced toward an implementation partner that also charges an arm and a leg and the customization drags on for months while both the vendor and the partner charge you. Overall, it feels like a total ripoff.

“Essential for account tracking”
Pros
Handling 75 software accounts would be nearly impossible without this tool. I keep an open task for every client which helps me stay on top of follow-ups and makes sure I don't miss a chance to connect. Every task is recorded so there's always a clear history available not just for me but also for anyone who may need to step in and take over my accounts later.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I wish we had access to more modules to help manage existing accounts. I know the functionality is available but right now we're mainly focused on the sales side and don't have all of those modules in place.

“Helpful phone integration”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and the part I appreciate most is how well it connects with phone software. Once a phone number is registered in the application, account details auto-populate which makes the whole experience much better and more convenient as a user.
Cons
There are only a couple of tabs that seem unnecessary to us although it hasn't been a major problem since they're still manageable. It just feels like there may be a few more tabs included than really needed.

“Reliable reporting and performance”
Pros
Right away, the reporting stands out as the best I've worked with. SFDC feels very logical and simple as a CRM and it has easily been the most stable and dependable platform we've used since it never seems to go down. It also connects easily with several other solutions and we've never run into issues on the integration side. Another big advantage is how reliable and flexible it is overall since we've always been able to tailor the platform to fit our business needs. The automation features are a huge benefit too, helping us a lot with managing, coordinating and tracking our outbound activities.
Cons
The only downside is the visual design. Compared with other CRM tools I've seen, the interface doesn't feel very creative or fun.

“Accessible lead tracking”
Pros
Being able to use it comfortably on my phone and other smaller devices has been a big plus. It's also done a really good job helping us keep our leads, tasks and meeting deliverables organized and on schedule.
Cons
At this stage, I really don't have any downsides to point out. We'll see how that changes with continued use but for now it has been meeting our needs well.
