“Versatile for many business needs”
Pros
It works for much more than just a SaaS CRM. A wide range of business needs can be handled with it which makes it a very flexible tool overall.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is how often it pushes feature package upgrades when all you really need is a single feature.

“Strong ecosystem and customization”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of SFDC is its ecosystem. Being one of the earliest SaaS platforms, it helped shape many of the approaches that are standard today. Since it's cloud-based, there's no hardware to manage and you can start using it right away. Sales Cloud is highly customizable and a lot of the default built-in features are already useful from day one. It also gives you plenty of flexibility to adjust the interface and create the reports and dashboards needed for forecasting. When something isn't included natively, the Marketplace usually has an answer because there are hundreds of add-ons and products built around SFDC. If you want one central source of truth for customer data, SFDC does that very well.
Cons
Building an SFDC setup that can scale properly requires a great understanding of schema design. It's more advanced than what standard support typically covers so bringing in costly consultants often becomes necessary. Support can be helpful but response times do sometimes fall behind the expected SLA. It's also worth noting that many of the platform's products come with specific limitations and at some point you may run into a cap that ends up triggering a sales alert.

“Lead tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping track of new leads felt really easy and the alerts helped me stay on top of each client's needs. I also appreciated having documentation of every interaction since it made it much easier to see what had already been done to keep in touch.
Cons
It felt like this software was built more with larger companies in mind. Since our business is small, we weren't really able to make full use of all the features it offers.

“CRM for admissions”
Pros
This is a very good CRM for us. We use it to manage leads, contacts and the entire admission process and it handles all of that really well.
Cons
The downside is the cost. It's very expensive, the development charges are also quite high and it's been difficult to find the right developer.

“Analytics and pipeline visibility”
Pros
After five years of using it at three different SaaS companies and after working with tools like Bullhorn, HubSpot, Outreach and Zoho, this one still stands out for its strong data and analytics. The information is very accessible and the deal pipeline management and visualization are especially useful. We can build dashboards with a variety of metrics and while other platforms offer something similar, this one goes much deeper in terms of detail and granularity.
Cons
One thing that still frustrates me is how cluttered the platform can feel and some team members struggle to find their way around it. From an operations standpoint, getting into very specific levels of detail and automating things into another month can become pretty manual. It's not a deal breaker but it does take extra time to get everything set up and populated properly for each individual rep or for the sales team overall.

“AI analytics for customer success”
Pros
This cloud solution delivers a very results-focused approach and its AI-driven analytics do a strong job of addressing many of our more complex customer issues. The answers and solutions it provides have really become a core part of our customers' success which also supports our own continued growth and success.

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about since this solution really lives up to its name.

“Metrics with business impact”
Pros
Metrics performance is something I really appreciate here and overall it feels like a very capable tool. I had tried the integration before but after testing it further with the rest, it showed a lot of potential.

“Sales team toolkit”
Pros
From daily follow-ups to appointment planning, the memos, customer tracking database, task scheduler and scheduling tools have become core parts of every salesperson's routine here at the dealership. It's not just very user-friendly but also genuinely helpful for everyone working within a specific sales group.
Cons
The notification system could feel more simple and the overall concept and design need to be smarter to get the most value out of the platform. For instance, the dashboards could be clearer and having to remove so many tabs ends up slowing down the interface. On top of that, customizable reports and a wider range of additional components would be really valuable improvements.

“Trusted solution with lasting stability”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how long this software has been established. That history gives me confidence that I won't suddenly have to deal with product shifts, management turnover or other disruptions that could impact my access to it.
Cons
The cost is definitely on the high side and any customization usually means paying extra for a build. For a newer company, that upfront investment can be pretty substantial. Support can also be hit or miss when it comes to detailed knowledge and a lot of the time we end up resolving issues on our own more quickly.

“Growth engine for teams”
Pros
When customers are the priority, it feels like one of the best platforms to support that. We've used it across multiple areas of the business, including sales, marketing, advertising, workflows and customer engagement. It helps automate operations quickly without needing a high level of expertise, thanks to its user-friendly interface. Overall, it's an advanced solution that helps optimize the business based on customer and client needs.
Cons
Only downside from my perspective is that it can feel expensive for beginners or certain types of businesses. Even so, I still think it's worth the investment because it helps grow the business automatically and can increase profits over time. In that sense, it really feels like a win-win kind of purchase.

“Strong features for growing teams”
Pros
This platform comes packed with a huge range of features and it lets us handle a lot of different tasks and management needs all in one place. That said, for a smaller business, getting everything set up takes a significant amount of time and resources unless you're willing to pay a pretty large fee to have someone else do it.
Cons
A lot of the more appealing features take either advanced knowledge, a major time investment or a lot of money to outsource. The integrations are excellent too but not if you're on the "Essentials" package. Because we use Essentials, we miss out on so many of the available integrations. For a company our size, moving to another package doesn't really make sense but staying where we are means losing access to many of the integrations that would be most useful.

“CRM that shines after setup”
Pros
After it's configured the right way for your specific needs, it performs far better than any other cloud-based CRM I've used.

“Better contracts and proposals”
Pros
Using it has helped my company run more efficiently and the overall experience has been very positive. The system is fairly quick to learn, simple to work with and it makes sending contracts and putting together proposals much easier than doing everything manually.
Cons
One part that could definitely be better is the interface since it feels a bit awkward at times. Still, I trust the developer will improve it soon.
