“All-in-one database hub”
Pros
Running a massive company database feels much more manageable with this tool. It covers a wide range of needs in one place, including lead generation, lead management, pipeline handling, fundraising and campaigns. It really brings everything together.
Cons
The design could still be more creative. The older classic layout felt the least inspiring and while the new version has definitely taken a step forward and looks more appealing, it still has room to become even better visually.

“Access from any device”
Pros
Overall, this software has been the best option for us. You can get to it from any device and it's very simple to use.
Cons
To really get it up and running properly and keep benefiting from it over time, you need a strong development team behind it.

Its flexibility goes way beyond what most people would expect and you can connect just about everything into it.

“All the tools we need”
Pros
Usability matters a lot to me and the rest of my team and this gives us everything we need without feeling awkward or hard to work with.
Cons
There's a lot in the product that we still don't take full advantage of so I can't really point to anything I dislike most. The parts we do use have been working really well for us.

“Not built for nonprofits”
Pros
There are several ways to customize constituent details.
Cons
This software wasn't really designed with nonprofits in mind so it doesn't offer the best tools for capturing or managing the most important information nonprofit organizations need.

“Stronger pipeline visibility”
Pros
Having this system in place has given our team a huge set of tools for tracking client interactions quickly and efficiently. As a result, they stay much more consistent with follow-ups and always have a better sense of where each prospect stands at any moment. When they review their pipeline and feel the current opportunities aren't enough, it pushes them to contact new prospects sometimes trying a different communication channel or a new sales tactic to broaden their chances. We've also noticed deals are closing faster than before because they can instantly see the status of each interaction and remind themselves to follow up again when a client hasn't responded.
Cons
At this point, I honestly can't point to anything I genuinely dislike. We're still fairly new to the platform but everything we've put into use so far has worked out really well.

“Customization and integrations”
Pros
After going through all the related features, I can say this is an outstanding service for handling business data, contacts, workflows and all kinds of operational information. The level of customization for specific business needs is incredibly valuable and the ability to connect with social media, web portals and other tools makes it even more impressive.
Cons
Getting our business onboarded to it was challenging. Configuring the customizable features was confusing and really required help from an expert. It also was not very simple at the beginning although it became much better once we got familiar with how it works.

“All-in-one and highly flexible”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how well it connects with existing systems and I'd definitely recommend moving more of your work into it since having everything in one place is really useful. It's also very adaptable to different requirements and if the built-in features don't fully cover what you need, you can create your own apps to fill the gap. On top of that, it's user-friendly, simple and organized with a clear structure which also makes it easier to support.
Cons
Don't really see any downsides. If there's ever a tool or idea missing, it can usually be built internally by creating your own app.

“Fantastic CRM for learning”
Pros
This is easily the most incredible CRM platform I've come across. Several friends strongly recommended it as a starting point and it has really helped me grow my knowledge and build my career.
Cons
Honestly, I love all the features they provide for learning and improving your own knowledge. The guidance feels friendly and the whole experience gives you a warm welcome into the modern business world.

“Flexible setup and endless modules”
Pros
Its flexibility during implementation makes a big difference and the process goes especially well when you work alongside a reliable partner.
Cons
With how modular the IT ecosystem is, I haven't really felt that anything was missing. Features can always be expanded and there's also the store where you can find all kinds of modules, connectors and more.

“Reliable tools”
Pros
Handling multiple chats and calls is pretty easy with this and getting to Knowledge Base articles is simple. The tools perform really well overall and I haven't run into any issues using them.
Cons
There's a glitch in the chat section when logging case notes. If I complete the top part with the categories and related details, saving the notes can cause the category field to bug out and keep loading forever. The workaround has been to save the notes first or refresh the entire page if it gets stuck again.

“Ticket tracking and SLA management”
Pros
Managing and tracking tickets, along with SLAs, has been very convenient for both my collaborators and me. It has also been an excellent tool for measuring performance which I really value.
Cons
A downside for me was that some features were assigned by group instead of by individual user. Because of that, certain users needed additional features and I ended up having to split them into smaller groups.

“Productive tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping a high-performing team on track is outstanding with this software. It lets me monitor activities by minutes and hours and the different reports for each team member make it much easier to improve efficiency and overall productivity.
Cons

“Sales forecasting tools”
Pros
Packed with features, this tool is still very user-friendly. Some of the biggest advantages are sales data tracking for specific time periods, multiple attributes and fields for deeper analysis and fast import/export options. It also helps with follow-ups, gives detailed pipeline insights, offers quick dashboards, includes a variety of ready-made reports and is very useful for sales forecasting.
Cons
It is definitely a strong solution for enterprises but the pricing could be lower so it can appeal to a wider audience and more businesses.

“CRM and automation”
Pros
Right away, it works really well as both a CRM and a platform for automating internal workflows. The out-of-the-box features already cover the full sales process and it can also be expanded further to handle things like CPQ, quoting and other added functionality.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. Licensing is quite expensive and since it's priced per user with additional restrictions inside each license, you really need to review everything carefully before buying.
