CRM with top service

Pros

Getting started with it is easy, the service has been excellent and deployment and day-to-day management are very simple.

Cons

It's a really strong CRM solution though the pricing feels a little high for small and mid-sized businesses.

All the right adjustments

Pros

It has all the complexity adjustments I need and that really helps with my day-to-day work.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it at this point, I've gotten used to it completely.

Feature-rich and widely available

Pros

One thing that really works in its favor is how universally deployed it is. It also offers more functionality than we'll probably ever need so we're not stuck searching for workarounds or missing features elsewhere.

Cons

The pricing is a downside, along with the inflexible annual contracts. It feels unfair that if we need to remove licenses, we still have to keep paying for them until the contract ends.

Excellent sales and ERP visibility

Pros

It gives us strong control over sales and orders and it also connects well with our ERP systems so data stays updated and the reporting we need for decision-making is always available.

Cons

At this point, it has met all of our company's expectations.

Automation and integrations

Pros

Right out of the box, it comes with a wide range of features that are immediately usable. It makes it possible to build plenty of automations and connect other systems to the platform with less effort and in a more dependable way. It also offers multiple options for introducing new capabilities into the system while following best practices.

Cons

Support could definitely respond faster than the current turnaround times. Pricing would be more appealing if larger bundle purchases came with better discounts on the platform. The UI also has room for improvement especially with updated color palettes and quicker visual changes without running into browser cache issues.

Versatile features and simple navigation

Pros

Managing everything in one place feels easy, the navigation is clear, the functionality is quite varied and integrations with other tools are simple to set up.

Cons

One limitation is the lack of an automation option for data entry and it also relies on external integrations for some tasks.

No-code setup

Pros

Point-and-click setup makes this platform manageable even for someone with little to no coding background. Creating fields, setting validations, building workflows and handling automation can all be done without writing any code at all. Creating fields, setting validations, building workflows and handling automation can all be done without writing a single line of code.

Cons

The training keeps getting more complex and feels like it never really ends. The web screens are often confusing and hard to move through without proper training. At times, the pages feel cluttered with too much information which can be overwhelming. Loading can also be a bit slow especially when scrolling across multiple tabs.

Reliable API and call handling

Pros

Using the API has been a really positive experience and the platform is very simple to work with. The 5-9 extension also performs really well and helps a lot with managing calls efficiently.

Cons

My only concern is that in our industry, calls can sometimes last longer than three hours and the system may lose information during those extended calls. It would be better if support for the 5-9 extension were improved to prevent calls from dropping.

Forecasting and AI tools

Pros

Having forecasting this detailed makes revenue planning much more predictable. I can keep a full view of the entire pipeline and the company right inside the CRM without needing to jump between tools. Forecasts are available instantly and it's simple to update them whenever needed. The data insights and predictive AI also help a lot when making revenue-focused decisions. Another big advantage is the inbox functionality which really turns email into a stronger sales channel. Its AI-powered features improve sales productivity while analytics and email tracking make it easier to work smarter and push deals ahead faster from anywhere. On top of that, Process Builder is one of the most valuable parts of the software. It lets us automate business workflows and permission requests through a easy point-and-click setup. Automated email alerts for certain deal sizes, automatic task assignments as deals move through stages and similar workflow automations make this one of the most essential features in the platform.

Cons

The product itself is excellent to use overall. The only issue is that when you go into customized usage, things become more difficult because of the technical complexity involved.

Highly customizable

Pros

One of the best parts is how much you can customize it. It can be adjusted to match your sales workflow and broader business processes based on how your teams operate. It's very flexible overall although getting everything set up can be complicated and usually takes a lot of time and planning. The integrations are also strong, it connects with just about anything you'd need.

Cons

Having most of the information available on a single page is definitely useful but in our case there are far too many field options to choose from which can make the screen feel cluttered. I also wish the interface were more polished. Another frustration is how often it times out, since logging back in requires 2FA, having to re-enter so frequently becomes a hassle. On top of that, the spammy email notifications it sends are incredibly annoying. I created an email rule to delete them but that really should be something users can configure directly.

Friendly UI with versatile tools

Pros

Right from the start, the interface feels very user-friendly and simple to navigate. The software's multi-purpose functionality, along with how efficiently it helps complete tasks, is easily its biggest advantage. Another plus is that it requires very little maintenance which makes it especially practical and convenient for small businesses to use regularly.

Cons

One thing that could make it even better is a more feature-rich backend panel since it feels like there's room to expand the functionality there. Also, if the pricing were reduced a little, it would likely become a much more attractive option for many other small businesses.

All-in-one sales tracking

Pros

This has been a really great choice for an all-in-one sales management CRM. It lets you follow progress from the very first contact all the way through closing which has made a big difference in how organized and focused I stay with sales management.

Cons

One area that could be better is the transparency between this system and other tools. If it worked more like a full sales platform, there might not be a need to rely on another system at all. At times, the data also feels a little tough although that could be related to how the administrator originally configured it.

Responsive support and simple workflow

Pros

It becomes very easy to use once you get familiar with how it works and the customer support is better than most, they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful when you need assistance.

Cons

I just wish the mobile version adapted better to my phone especially on a Samsung Galaxy.

Scratchpad integration is fantastic

Pros

Using this has been a really positive experience. I'd highly recommend getting Scratchpad with it when you purchase since that integration makes it simple for our whole team to keep the pipeline updated every day. Ironclad is also a strong CLM option to pair with it because the integration works really well.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and building reports was not the most simple thing to pick up. It also doesn't feel any faster than Classic and still seems to have some issues.

All-in-one with research tools

Pros

Having everything in one place is really helpful and it's a big plus that the program also includes research tools built right in.

Cons

One downside is that access to certain sections you later realize you need has to be requested and that process can take a bit of time.

Helpful dashboards for everyone

Pros

The built-in dashboards are really useful, both for our team and for people at the management level.

All leads in one place

Pros

Having all of our leads and sales automatically pulled into a single platform has been the biggest benefit. It keeps the data organized really well and the system is simple to use overall.

Cons

The part I like least is the automated email builder. It feels awkward and it often generates content that looks messy or ends up formatted incorrectly.

Fantastic collaboration and visibility

Pros

Right away, the user-focused design makes a big difference. Behind its social network-style interface, it offers powerful tools for managing the entire sales process from start to finish while also gathering all the relevant information about the people involved. The system naturally promotes teamwork and the collaboration groups make it very quick and simple to share tips and advice within specific focus groups. I also appreciate the different visualization options for presenting data since they let users spot the metrics they care about at a glance and even build their own custom metrics.

Cons

One area that could use a bit more attention is the Knowledge section and the article editor, as both could be improved with added functionality. Other than that, I'm genuinely very satisfied with the system.
