“Fully customizable tool”
Pros
It can be tailored to handle just about anything your team needs. It's a highly customizable platform that lets you run your business day-to-day exactly the way you want especially if you have a strong admin managing it.
Cons
One frustrating part is how often feature requests seem to get ignored. Some have been sitting there for well over a decade even when they look like they should be fairly quick to fix.

“Integrations and customization”
Pros
Right away, the level of flexibility and customization in this system feels incredible. Pretty much any integration you can think of, it seems fully capable of handling.
Cons
If there's one thing that could be improved, it's how the overall data structure is explained to new users. Most people aren't familiar with relational databases or object-based architecture and having a clearer explanation of how the data connects to other data would make it much easier for them to learn the system and become proficient with it.

“Reliable CRM with reporting”
Pros
This has been a fantastic addition to my workflow. It has saved me a lot of time and made day-to-day tasks much more manageable which lets me focus on other priorities. The features are genuinely useful and simple to work with and it fit into my existing business processes without any hassle. I'd happily recommend it to others.
Cons
It has become one of the CRMs I rely on the most and definitely one of my favorites. The reporting tools are clear and user-friendly, the integrations with other systems work easily and the customer support team is consistently excellent. The only thing I'd really want added is a more powerful social media marketing feature.

“Reliable reports and Excel exports”
Pros
Biggest advantage for me is how accurate the data is. When you run the report you need, the numbers are there exactly as expected. Being able to export the data into an Excel sheet is also extremely valuable because it lets us do even more with the information afterward. Overall, it's one of the biggest platforms out there and there's a reason it's so widely used. We really wouldn't be able to do our work the way we do without a program this capable.
Cons
One downside is that it does take some training before someone can use the software successfully. I wouldn't say it's unfriendly but it's definitely not the kind of tool a person can jump into and immediately know how to use. Since it's such a large program, proper training really matters. Without that, data can be entered or stored incorrectly which makes it far less useful in the end.

“market leadership”
Pros
There's a wide range of functionality packed into it and the reporting capabilities are especially powerful. People at different levels across the organization can get access to the data and dashboards they need. In the enterprise CRM market, it still stands out as the industry leader and I haven't seen another competitor that really matches it in that space.
Cons
Getting it set up and fully adopted can be difficult. In many cases, you end up needing help from a system integrator or consultant just to get started properly. Support for mid-market customers also feels limited and when extra guidance is needed, the cost for that additional help can be too high.

“All-in-one sales tracking”
Pros
Working with the team is much better with this software. It handles collaboration, reporting and sales funnel tracking really well and it basically includes everything we need to stay on top of the whole process.
Cons
Interface feels a bit awkward at first but after using it for a while, it becomes something you adjust to.

“Flexible reports and family tracking”
Pros
Being able to create and organize families is really useful. I also appreciate that everything can be exported to Excel for later analysis. The custom report options are a big advantage since reports can be generated based on specific requests. Having it available on Android is another big plus especially during meetings when I need to pull up stats right away. The option to add a picture is helpful too.
Cons
There's barely anything to complain about. The only thing I'd want is the ability to add more than one picture.

“Built to scale”
Pros
Everything about it feels very detailed and well structured. Whether you're using it as an admin or a regular user, there's a role and a workspace that fits. That level of detail is really what separates a company that's just getting by from one that can truly scale and stay on top of everything.
Cons
This really isn't aimed at someone just getting started or a team wanting a CRM with only around 2,000 prospects. It's much better suited to larger organizations that already have a strong database. It handles large volumes of data extremely well but if you don't have that kind of data, it can feel like more than you actually need.

“Quote-to-cash solution”
Pros
Built around the way a business actually works, Sales Cloud can be customized to match your sales process quite well. It gives thorough support across the full sales cycle especially for quote-to-cash management. Since it's a cloud-based product, it works across platforms and can be accessed anytime from anywhere which is very convenient. It also comes with integrated mobile support. On top of that, it offers a feature-rich cloud environment where more than one software solution can be built and developed.
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the expensive side. The UI still has room for improvement to make the customer experience more polished. There are also too many scrolls and screen refreshes at times which makes usage a little uncomfortable.

“Custom cloud insights we trust”
Pros
It quickly became an essential part of our strategic meetings. The information it provides is really valuable, the customization options are strong and being cloud-based is a big plus. Implementation wasn't difficult and it gives people at every level of the organization the ability to carry out analysis.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost since it's one of the priciest CRMs on the market. There's also a learning curve that can take around 3 to 4 months.

“Helpful account history hub”
Pros
Getting around it feels pretty simple and it's easy to dig into past account data. It's been a reliable source of truth for historical opportunities and sales spend and I also appreciate that it links directly to the admin campaign pages.
Cons
Figuring out how to update direct billing contacts and billing details isn't very clear. It often feels like there's always one more section that needs to be edited, page refreshes don't always load everything properly and sometimes I'm randomly blocked from updating something I should have access to in my current role.

“great dashboard but lag persists”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the dashboard. It makes it very simple to bring data from reports into the dashboard and use it in a practical way.
Cons
There has been noticeable lag while using the tool although that could be related to our bandwidth or the laptops we're working on. We're also currently reporting several issues that come up during daily use.

“Task tracking and reminders”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized and the team aligned is where it really helps. It makes it much easier to track open issues and sends timely reminders so resolutions don't get missed.
Cons
Package pricing could be more customizable based on an organization's specific needs. That would make it more appealing to a wider small business audience and could help expand its reach overall.

“Reliable reports and autobilling”
Pros
Real-time reporting, a user-friendly setup and automatic billing make this really practical to use. It also helps a lot that technicians can complete things directly while out in the field. Automatic reminders, text messaging and the other built-in tools keep everything moving without much extra effort.
Cons
Follow-up selection process could be better since it has to be entered manually. If that step is missed, the follow-up can easily get overlooked.

“excellent lead generation partner”
Pros
It has become my go-to companion for lead generation work. While handling daily tasks and building databases, this tool keeps everything productive and makes the process much more comfortable. I'm satisfied with how well it performs especially when it comes to consistently delivering quality leads.
Cons
Feature I appreciate the least is the pricing since it isn't exactly cheap. Still, it feels worth maintaining because it continues to provide quality leads on a regular basis.

Pros
Back in 2009, I started using this software for lead generation and it's still doing exactly what I need. It helps me keep all my leads organized and makes it possible to build a really great database.

“Great contact records but poor volunteer tools”
Pros
One thing this software does really well is contact information. It covers just about everything you'd want to store, name, address, multiple email addresses, several phone numbers and even birthdate. It also shows whether the person is connected to another group organization or family member which is very helpful.
Cons
Volunteer management, on the other hand, is absolutely awful here. I would not recommend using it to track volunteer hours at all. There's no way to record a clock-in or clock-out time and having to choose between confirmed or completed just makes it more confusing. The entire workflow feels illogical for managing volunteers.
