“Better service and insights”
Pros
It helps the business run more efficiently by letting us deliver better service to customers and giving us data we can review and analyze for important business decisions.

Pricing is on the expensive side especially since we have to pay extra for add-ons to unlock more features.

“Stable and highly customizable”
Pros
A very stable platform with an extensive knowledge base, plus plenty of customization options while still guiding you toward industry best practices.
Cons
Initial implementation could use stronger support. It would help if the consultants listened more carefully and kept track of the high-level requirements that had already been shared.

“CRM with deep customization”
Pros
Right away, the polished interface gives it a very professional feel and I'd easily put it among the top CRM platforms out there. It's highly flexible and configurable which makes it excellent for tracking sales and managing leads. That's a big plus for any business because users can quickly access key information and keep a close eye on every client interaction. From creating objects to setting up layered security, it offers a high level of customization to match specific business requirements. Its broad feature set and strong integrations make it a powerful solution especially for enterprise companies handling large accounts.
Cons
One of the biggest downsides of this software is how complex it can be. You really need a capable development team not only to implement it properly but also to keep getting long-term value from it.

“Handy automation across devices”
Pros
Being able to access it from any device is a big plus and the automation features combined with easy project management make day-to-day work much more manageable.

There's definitely a steep learning curve at the beginning and the web interface could be simplified to make it more simple.

“Forecasting and customization”
Pros
Plenty of flexibility is built in, with strong customization options, excellent forecasting and workflows that move forward automatically when specific conditions are met. It also sends email notifications at the right time and supports multiple fields which makes managing information much more practical.
Cons
It would be even better with stronger integration support for third-party tools since that could cut down on duplicate entries when syncing databases and date-related information.

“Best CRM with a friendly layout”
Pros
Out of all the CRM tools I've used, this one stands out as the best. The layout is excellent and even though it has a lot of depth and complexity, it still feels user-friendly to work with.
Cons
Pulling reports isn't very easy and it takes fairly in-depth training to really understand how to do it properly.

“Reporting that delivers”
Pros
There are plenty of ways to use this software depending on your goals and data retention needs and I really appreciate being able to build custom reports with data tailored to exactly what I want to focus on.
Cons
Because the platform has so many layers, it can feel overwhelming at first to learn and figure out which parts you actually need and want to use.

“Enterprise-ready flexibility”
Pros
Right away, the flexibility stood out. It adapts well to the specific needs of our organization, from custom object development to layered security settings. We're able to use it for client management as well, including emails, tasks, maps and route planning. When reports are needed, it's possible to quickly adjust them to pull the exact results you're looking for. The dashboards are also useful for sales reps who want to monitor their progress throughout the year. With its broad feature set and strong connectivity, it becomes a very capable system especially for enterprise-level clients handling a high volume of accounts.
Cons
One issue is that the data format is not always very clear or easy to read and the reporting area can be quite sensitive even to small changes. The occasional cache refresh problem can also be frustrating because it sometimes interrupts proper use of flows. On top of that, the CRM itself, along with a few features, can be somewhat buggy from time to time.

“Sales standard in one place”
Pros
Across a wide range of roles, this software stays relevant which is a big reason I value it so much. Once you learn how to use it, kind of like Microsoft Word, that knowledge carries over into all kinds of jobs since it's basically the gold standard for sales. Another big plus is having all of my information kept in one place. I'm not constantly jumping between different programs because everything I need is already built into it.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints. The only downside is that it does take some time to learn your way around the software and get comfortable navigating it.

“All-in-one client tracking”
Pros
Everything feels very user friendly and having all of my client information kept in one place has been a huge plus. The reporting tools are really valuable, with lots of options to choose from and it helps a lot with keeping up with meetings and similar tasks. The chat feature is also a big benefit. I also really appreciate being able to subscribe to reports and make adjustments whenever needed.
Cons
Reporting can take a little figuring out at times. There are moments when no data shows up and usually that means some of the filters need to be adjusted. It can be a bit confusing at first so it helps to spend some time exploring how it works.

“Handy tracking and scheduling”
Pros
Keeping up with accounts and scheduling activities feels very manageable with it. If you have the right products in place, you can also connect your email and keep track of that activity too.
Cons
Switching from the classic version to this, the experience felt a bit awkward and some views just don't seem to save properly. Because of that, I end up having to rebuild those views each time I need to pull certain data.

“Real-time forecasting and customer history”
Pros
There's a wide range of functionality built into it and a lot of it is genuinely useful in day-to-day work. For setting up new tasks and keeping track of existing ones, the charting and note-taking features are especially important. One thing I really appreciate is its ability to generate realistic sales forecasts, with reports that are based on real-time data rather than outdated numbers. It's also very helpful that we can quickly pull up a customer's communication history, including past conversations and discussions, along with their phone number and email details.
Cons
After a few months of using it, I really haven't run into any major problems. That said, there are quite a few smaller tools and features that need a lot of attention and training before a team can use them properly and get the most value out of them.

“versatile CRM leader”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how many modules it offers so it goes well beyond being just a CRM. It's consistently recognized as a leader in the CRM space and the fact that my company has rolled it out in three separate implementations says a lot about how appealing its features and overall capability are.
Cons
Because it's such a large and dynamic platform with so many modules available, there can be times when the documentation feels a little outdated or not as complete as I'd want. That said, with a system this broad, that's somewhat understandable.

“Helpful for sales tracking”
Pros
After spending some time with this platform, it has genuinely helped me keep track of my sales and follow the progress of my marketing action plans. The system is simple to work with and provides a very practical service especially for beginners getting started with relationship-based sales.
Cons
The platform is fairly complete but you still need to understand how to manage your strategy and have some basic knowledge of applications and programming tools. Because of that, it may not be accessible to everyone especially small businesses or solo entrepreneurs trying to run their business without too much complexity.
