“Helpful interface and guided workflow”
Pros
Even with its wide range of features, the interface feels user-friendly and leaves a good impression. Tools like Sales Path, SLA Milestones and the Activity Timeline make navigation clearer and give users helpful direction along the way.
Cons
One major downside is the poor customer service. Reaching a support representative is difficult and quick assistance really matters because waiting too long for answers can end up costing a lot of money.

“Fast access and simple workflow”
Pros
Everything feels quick to access and easy to use. It's really that simple.
Cons
A few limitations are tough to work around. One example is sending quotes to clients for signing on a new contract. It looks like we can only create those when there's an opportunity attached. That slows things down for us since clients often need a new quote for reasons other than product changes.

“Better teamwork and more selling time”
Pros
Working with my sales team across the country has been a big plus. It cuts down on meetings and the constant need to send reports since the head of the division can just log in and pull the information directly. That frees up a lot more time for actual selling and cold calling instead of getting stuck in admin work.
Cons
Getting everything set up and fully running does take a while. Still, if you put in those extra hours at the beginning, it really pays off over time.

“Useful pipeline hub but dated design”
Pros
Our team has a great place to enter information and it does a good job of keeping management informed about the pipeline and how prospects are moving through it.
Cons
Overall format feels pretty outdated and I really wish the interface looked cleaner. A lot of the features are not simple to use and there's also far too much included that, in my opinion, just isn't necessary or gets left unused.

“Reliable legacy solution”
Pros
Throughout my four years at a subsidiary of a Top 500 US-based company, I genuinely enjoyed using it. It was our legacy system and we continued relying on it even after the company was acquired.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it.

“Dashboards and flexible sales workflows”
Pros
This tool is very user-friendly. Everything I need to understand about my business is available in one place which makes day-to-day work much easier. I also really value how customizable the reports and dashboards are since we can adapt them to fit our exact needs. The platform handles a wide variety of tasks and honestly, it feels like one of the best CRMs out there. The data in the system is especially useful because it lets you build nearly any sales process you need to support better business decisions.
Cons
There really are not many negatives worth calling out. That said, response time could be better when working on data formatting tasks because it can feel a bit slow. I'd also like to see broader integration with other applications especially for exporting data so we do not have to duplicate the same work in multiple places.

“CRM with endless possibilities”
Pros
After working with this CRM for 9 years as an administrator, developer, project manager and technical consultant, I can say it has been an outstanding platform throughout. I've implemented it in 3 major companies and that journey brought many achievements and awards. The software is powerful, powerful, flexible, agile and versatile and it played a big role in helping both me and the companies stay ahead of the competition. I value it because I understand how to use it to reach my goals and the CRM offers countless possibilities that many users may not even realize at first.
Cons
My only concern is the pricing especially since currency fluctuations in some countries can have a serious impact. Regional account managers should really review license costs when major exchange rate changes happen.

“Highly customizable and scalable”
Pros
One of the best things about this IT platform is how customizable it is. You get useful features right out of the box but beyond that, it really comes down to your imagination and technical ability in terms of how far you want to take it. The system can also scale as your needs grow and if you want to expand beyond just Sales, there are add-ons you can purchase or enable to help manage multiple parts of your business.
Cons
One thing to watch out for is that it's possible to over-engineer the system or build in too many customizations which can end up limiting you later. That said, there are plenty of resources available to help guide you in the right direction.

“Detailed reporting that delivers”
Pros
One of the best parts is the reporting. It offers really detailed reports for tracking, coaching, our sales team, retention efforts and even the recruiting team which makes it very useful across different areas of the business.
Cons
There are a lot of features which is a big plus but it would be even better if the service included some kind of structured onboarding or training course to help new users learn how to make the most of everything available.

“Better visibility for growth”
Pros
Getting everything integrated has been a long and ongoing process but the platform is definitely useful for moving the business forward. It gives us more interaction with customers and much better visibility overall.
Cons

“Highly customizable reporting hub”
Pros
Right away, the flexibility of this product stood out. It felt like I could tailor almost everything to fit my needs and building reports was very easy as well.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price which is pretty high. And even though there's a lot you can customize some fields still don't allow changes you'd reasonably expect to make. There's also a large community board but official documentation and clear instructions for using the service can be hard to find at times.

“Sales tracking that delivers”
Pros
After nearly two years of using it, I can say this probably isn't the only top-performing IT tool available but it does come with strong and effective features that have given my team a major boost in sales. What makes it stand out is the feature set. Even though our first experience with the software led to a lot of losses because we weren't familiar with it yet, we eventually got past that. With time and practice, we learned how to use it properly and gained full control over managing our sales representatives. The most exciting part has been having complete visibility into our sales performance while also being able to connect with clients in a secure way.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is that two-factor authentication is enabled by default on my account while in other software it is usually optional. It's not necessarily a bad feature but there are times when it feels inconvenient especially when I need to access the tool quickly.
