“simple and impactful tools”
Pros
Getting around the platform feels pretty simple and our team has been able to add other capabilities that make the system even more user-friendly and more valuable for everyday work.
Cons
At this stage, for the type of work I do, the system already provides everything I need.

“Outlook cloud workflow boost”
Pros
Using the cloud right inside Outlook has been a big plus since we no longer have to go back and wrap up emails and calls separately.
Cons
At the start, it would crash occasionally before the update and I had to restart my computer to get it open again but it's working well now.

“Organized internal communication”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about this tool is how it improves communication for internal customer service. We get flooded with emails all the time so having a separate place to organize conversations and work through problems is really helpful and much better than managing everything through long email threads.
Cons
Sometimes the software can feel a bit frustrating because of the extra steps it requires. For instance, you have to complete field A before you're allowed to move on to field B.

“Lead tracking done right”
Pros
Keeping tabs on leads, projects and contracts is very easy with this software. It makes it simple to see which stage everything is in, who the customer is and what each project involves.
Cons
The navigation felt a little confusing in the beginning although it became much more manageable once I got used to how it works.

“Client tracking and analytics”
Pros
Keeping up with multiple clients used to be a real challenge especially when trying to remember who, when and where for each one. Using this has made me feel much more in control of both my business and my client management. I'm now able to stay on top of every client, build my own database for each of them and clearly track my progress all the way through to completion. The analytics have also been very valuable, helping me improve my business, understand my clients better and see how I'm performing overall.
Cons
One thing I'd really like is the option to add more types of reminders instead of only upcoming birthdays. I try to stay connected with clients in a personal way, whether that's for anniversaries, their children's birthdays and other important dates because I truly believe in celebrating those moments with them. At the moment, I still have to keep a separate spreadsheet to manage all of that.

“Modern design and tracking tools”
Pros
Using this software has been a really positive experience especially because it's so simple to work with. The interface looks polished, modern and current. On top of that, the range of tools for tracking call records, storing customer information and tagging data for analysis feels hard to beat.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about the software during the time I've been using it. That could always change later but nothing stands out right now.

“CRM with smart analytics”
Pros
Running multiple projects feels much more organized with this CRM and it works really well for organizations that need a strong system in place. The analytics graphs give a clear picture of project progress which makes planning and business strategy decisions much more informed. One of the biggest advantages is how well it integrates with other software, adding even more value to the platform. Beyond project tracking, it also does a great job of helping manage the resources assigned to the work.
Cons
Because the software is so versatile, it can feel a bit complicated at first. After using it regularly though, its real strengths become much more noticeable. The dashboard could still be more user-friendly and simpler to handle. Also, duplicating multiple entries is slow in the current version so hopefully that gets improved in future updates.

“Simple customer tracking”
Pros
Getting around this software is very easy. It makes it simple to stay on top of customer tracking and monitor account progress without much effort.
Cons
Personally, I do not use it for reporting. I also do not build many lists so at this stage I am not using all of its features.

“Feature-packed but pricey”
Pros
It comes with a lot of CRM functionality but I don't use enough of those tools for it to really make sense for my business.
Cons
There are definitely cheaper options out there, including some free ones, that could handle what I need just as well. The only reason I'm using this platform is because I'm tied to another business that relies on it. I'm not using it for sales at all, mostly just as a database for my current clients. Because of that, the monthly cost feels excessive especially since I only log in when I need to add new clients and hardly spend any real time in the system otherwise.

“Handy issue tracking by email”
Pros
Keeping track of our relevant issues is very convenient and it's simple to pull up and list everything we need. Replying to open issues through email is also really helpful and makes staying on top of them much more manageable.
Cons
Editing a reply through email can be frustrating and not very flexible. There are also times when case-related email updates don't come through which ends up slowing down our response time.

Pros
It works for just about everything, from tracking sales to storing contact data and pulling together an overall sales analysis in one place.

“Sales pipeline visibility”
Pros
Across the business, it brings together data from multiple platforms and helps us stay ahead of the entire sales pipeline instead of reacting to it later.
Cons

“CRM with rich integrations”
Pros
Being a well-known brand, it really lives up to its promise of being the only CRM you'll need. Between its user-friendly setup and the many integrations it offers with other software, this CRM stands out as one of the top options for medium to large businesses on the market.
Cons
For smaller businesses, this CRM can feel too awkward and packed with more features than necessary. While a larger organization may appreciate the many input fields, smaller teams can find the whole CRM process overly complicated and less easy than it should be. Customization can also feel somewhat restricted depending on how advanced the changes need to be.

“flexible workflows”
Pros
One of the first things I noticed was how easy the setup process was. It has turned out to be an excellent system for managing our work and improving visibility into our processes.
Cons
Reporting could definitely be more simple and the value of the tool really depends on careful planning and configuration. The dashboards are not always as clear as they could be and working across multiple tabs tends to slow the interface down. More report customization and additional feature options would be welcome improvements. There is also an issue where, if a user creates a record and later becomes inactive, that record cannot be edited unless an administrator reassigns ownership first. Duplicate and matching rules should really be enabled automatically during CRM implementation to help protect data integrity. Salesforce.com is a very complex platform and if it is not set up properly, it can create problems later as companies grow and change. This is not really a functionality problem but I do think it.com should advise customers more directly on what specialized units they need and optimize the system for scaling as the organization expands.

“Helpful case tracking updates”
Pros
Keeping tabs on where a case stands is really useful, whether the ticket is still open or already closed. The status updates help a lot and it also makes it convenient to reach out directly to the person assigned to the ticket.
