“so perfect”
Pros
Overall technology behind this platform is seriously impressive. Between the new-version experience, the mobile apps, the classic view that longtime admins will appreciate and the API integration options, it comes together into a really strong platform for growing and improving a business.
Cons
Switching over from third-party CI/CD tools like Flosum to the DX stack has been challenging. Adding Git and VS Code into the workflow is definitely attractive but DX still doesn't feel mature enough for complex orgs that have a broad range of components.

“Flexible customization for agility”
Pros
The level of customization really helps our team stay agile and adapt the system to the way we work.
Cons
Any downside seems more related to how we're using and setting it up so the limitations may be on our end rather than the software itself.

“Sales funnel tracking hub”
Pros
Keeping my sales funnel organized has been much better with this tool. It makes it simple to find every lead and account quickly and I can stay on top of tracking and following up with my leads every single day.
Cons
There are a lot of different ways to accomplish the same task and that can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

“perfect contact tracking features”
Pros
A great piece of software overall. It handles the job well by letting you track contacts, assign tags and keep your customer lists organized. It does what it's meant to do and serves its purpose.
Cons
The downside is the price which is quite high and the setup process is difficult. IT consultants cost a lot and maintaining the product isn't simple either. With how much technology has advanced, it feels like there should be a better option out there that's more user-friendly for both regular users and administrators.

“Lead generation solution”
Pros
Lead generation by itself makes this product worth the investment. On top of that, the custom app creation and deployment add even more value. It's a huge platform that can be shaped into just about anything you need and handle almost any use case you can think of. The training materials and learning resources also do a really good job of setting people up for success.
Cons
If I had to point out anything, it's that the platform offers so much that it can feel overwhelming at first especially if you try to tackle everything on your own. That said, it's not really a negative as much as a side effect of how much the product can do.

“simple deal tracking and Gmail integration”
Pros
Right from the start, this has been very user-friendly for the end user. The Gmail integration works really well and having access on both mobile and desktop makes it even more convenient. Deal tracking feels very simple and it also gives admins great visibility into what other users are doing and whether they're hitting the goals that have been set for them.
Cons
One limitation is on the documents side, where it doesn't fully work with Google Drive. You can attach documents that were already uploaded to Drive but you can't upload files directly from it.

“Customization options”
Pros
Customization side of this software is a real standout and offers a lot of flexibility.

To really make the most of the customization tools, you'll probably want a developer or coder on your team.

“Valuable dashboards for account trends”
Pros
Dashboard features are really useful for tracking how specific accounts have performed over time, broken down by region and product.
Cons
Pulling data across multiple years can be slow. Comparing territory performance against quotas or goals still has to be done in Excel Online because quotas can't be uploaded into SFDC.

“easy reports and customization”
Pros
Compared with other tools built for the same purpose, this one has been a breath of fresh air. I've used plenty of alternatives that were so frustrating they made me want to throw my computer through the wall but that has never been the case here. The layout feels simple and genuinely user-friendly. Usually, if I'm curious about how to do something, I can find the feature exactly where I'd expect it to be. It's also highly customizable which I really value. As a corporate trainer, I don't need all the same functions that recruiters or sales managers rely on so I can keep those out of view and focus on what matters to me instead, reports, jobs, candidates and similar tools I actually use. My favorite part is the range of reports I can create. Even better, they're simple to save and can be refreshed with just one click. That makes reviewing data much easier and a lot less stressful.
Cons
One issue we've run into even if it sounds minor, is with new users getting stuck in a kind of password reset loop. When they click "reset password," they receive an email with a link but after opening it, they land on a screen asking for their email address again to reset the password. That triggers another email and the whole cycle starts over. We've figured out that if one of our administrators resets the user manually, it usually fixes the issue. The downside is that when someone needs a password reset, they often have to be fully reset as a user instead. At this point, we still haven't found a real workaround for it.

“CRM and automation”
Pros
Everything about it feels incredibly simple to use. It's an excellent tool for sales and marketing and on top of that, it stands out as the best CRM I've worked with.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price since it's very expensive. That said, the automation is excellent and can be set up really well if your team has the internal resources to handle it.

“excellent for sales tracking”
Pros
Using this CRM has been a big plus for my work. It helps a lot with building reports to monitor sales statistics and keep partner relationships organized. In a business development role, it also allows me to stay on top of important, business-critical activities and connections. It keeps a wide range of information stored and organized which is essential for what I do.
Cons
One challenge is that the backend administrative side can be fairly complex and takes quite a bit of training to understand well. Since creating dashboards and reports is not my strongest skill, it can feel overwhelming at times. That said, the support network is very strong and helpful whenever assistance is needed.

“Good email marketing but limited free plan”
Pros
Their email marketing tool works really well and it's fairly simple to use. They also do a good job of explaining how everything works which helps a lot when getting started.
Cons
Free version offers much less than the paid one so you end up spending more time working around limitations than you would if you were paying for it.

“Useful features and constant upgrades”
Pros
Using it feels pretty easy and the platform keeps adding and improving features on a regular basis. The most valuable tools for me are contact tracking and the ability to connect with other platforms like Google.
Cons
At times, it can feel a bit overwhelming and you really need help from support to build a customized dashboard and layout that fits the way your business is set up.

“Automation with costly licensing”
Pros
Back when we rolled out Salesforce, it was the industry standard and definitely priced like it. At the time, we had 2 sales reps and 6 PMs using it. The customization options and automation were fantastic and gave us a lot of value. Moving customers from sales over to customer success was also a really useful part of the platform for our team.
Cons
Software was expensive and the licensing process was made overly complicated and confusing by the sales rep. After we committed to the product, that rep basically disappeared and the new one gave us the impression that we just had to deal with what we already had. We also wanted to adjust our model but at that time the system didn't allow us to do it. In the end, we let the license expire and switched to another product.

Pros
Using it feels very simple and the level of customization is impressive. On top of that, the support team is fantastic and the training system does a really good job of helping you get up to speed.

“Flexible CRM with useful reports”
Pros
Across the business, it covers a wide range of needs and I mainly use it as a CRM where it does exactly what I need. The sales funnel can be customized to match our process and we're also able to pull reports in the way that works best for us.
Cons
Hardest part for me has been the setup and finding help when something comes up. There's no in-person support so you usually have to dig through the FAQ and that takes a lot of time.

“Email integration keeps everything connected”
Pros
Having email integration alongside project management was absolutely essential for handling the full client relationship from start to finish.
Cons
There are a lot of features packed into the system so it really takes some reading and learning to use it properly. It's pretty easy to make a mistake and if you don't catch it early, you may end up having to go back and fix things later.

“Versatile across departments”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that the features support both our program team and our development department so we don't have to rely on two separate data systems.
Cons
I do wish the training were stronger and more user-friendly especially for someone who isn't very tech-savvy but still needs to learn the system and run reports.
