Pros

Second Nature has been a highly effective AI-powered platform for strengthening sales skills. It supports training through realistic scenarios that sales specialists can practice with. The platform also makes it possible to track and assess the progress and performance of sales reps throughout the training process. Another big advantage is that the training can scale without limits on the number of users pngkettukking.

Cons

The built-in AI has been outstanding and has fully lived up to everything we expected from it. At this point we really have not come across any downsides.

Pros

The interface is simple and well organized which makes the overall UI/UX is clean and pleasant to use. It has also done a good job of training the sales team on the key measures and strategies they need to follow. Another big plus is having VoIP and video call recordings available later for reference.

Cons

Since we put it in place I really have not come across anything negative to mention. It has been excellent overall.
