“love the self-service features”
Pros
This solution has been very user friendly and supports a learn-by-doing approach. The self service features are simple and user friendly which makes daily use simple. It also provides strong transparency and centralized access to data and it integrates well with our existing systems.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into any issues. It's doing exactly what we need it to do.

“needs cost-center filtering”
Pros
Sievo's spend analytics has been remarkably simple and user friendly. Since going live we've seen a noticeable rise in data driven initiatives, even from people who previously rarely used data in discussions. The design follows a very FAQ style approach so most questions can be answered in just a few clicks. And whenever something does come up, the support team and our customer success manager have been very responsive and quick to help us find a solution.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much to complain about. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the ability to restrict data visibility by cost center or project which isn't available right now. Adding that would make it possible to expand beyond procurement teams to a broader group of users who only need to review spend related to their own cost center or project.

“Strong dashboards”
Pros
Using it has not been a hassle. The dashboards look good, it's simple to work with and the implementation and SAP integration went really well. Customer support has also been excellent and there are plenty of customization options available. It works very well for weekly, monthly, yearly and even one-off reporting needs.
Cons
When it comes to more advanced analysis, it's usually better to export a report from the tool and handle that work outside the platform. Also invoices cannot be viewed directly in it unless it's customized for that and having that built in would be a big improvement.
