Pros
The tool is honestly impressive how much this tool includes for the price. It works as a true multichannel outreach platform so I can automate both LinkedIn and email campaigns together in one intelligent sequence. Another big plus is that there's no limit on how many email accounts I can connect which lets me send far more emails each day than I normally could. The built-in email discovery and verification is also very accurate. I barely see any bounces now and it has helped me reach a much larger number of people. The image and GIF personalization is a nice extra too. It's not something I absolutely need but my leads seem to really enjoy it. They also recently added a free email warmer which makes the overall package even better.
Cons
The only real downside for me is the lack of native CRM integrations at the moment. It's not a deal breaker because I can still connect it to my CRM through Zapier but having direct syncing built in would make the process a little more hassle free. Other than that it has been an excellent addition to my outreach workflow.
