“easy linkedin profile import and live chat

Pros

What I like most about Skylead is how easy it is to import and reach out to LinkedIn profiles that I have found and scraped through other accounts. The quick and easy live chat support you guys have is also a huge plus.

Cons

The fact that we could not upload and automate PDF files is a bit disappointing and I also think the blacklist option is not quite good enough for what we need.

Pros

I really appreciate the pre set up campaign templates so I do not have to build everything from scratch every single time.

Cons

I am still waiting for the option to use multiple email addresses when sending automated messages for more than one marketing client through my LinkedIn.

It is really simple to set up. In about fifteen minutes I can have my first campaign up and running without any hassle.

Cons

I have only been working with Skylead for a few months now and honestly I have not found any flaws yet.

The biggest thing for me is that it saves me an unparalleled amount of time compared to doing things manually.

Cons

For me personalizing the sequences is a little hard because you end up targeting so many people at once. Because of that the messages can seem a bit robotized according to some prospects.

To me the prospecting integration with LinkedIn events and Sales Navigator is absolutely great.

Cons

The UI dynamic display of the campaign is hard to use and the documentation feels weak when you are trying to figure things out.

I like that I can manage this entire account directly through Skylead without having to go to the LinkedIn interface at all.

Cons

It can be a little finicky to load up Sales Navigator lists but once you get the hang of it everything is fine.

“LinkedIn integration and smart sequences

Pros

So far I really like the integration with LinkedIn and having the flexibility to create my own smart sequences. I also enjoy the dashboard where I can easily monitor and review all the metrics. Skylead makes it easy to message contacts directly from the dashboard which is much cleaner and easier than going into LinkedIn to do it. The UI is easy to use and I am able to customize things however I like. They have really made it easy to manage campaigns and generate highly targeted leads that actually convert. One of my favorite features is the flexibility to run multiple campaigns at once and the smart sequence is honestly awesome.

Cons

One thing that did frustrate me was that when I started creating a smart sequence and got interrupted or had to do something else, I could not save my progress. There does not seem to be much flexibility to go back and edit certain parts of the campaign after you start.

Pros

I have tested so many softwares for lead generation and Skylead is definitely the best out of all of them. It has every feature you could possibly need for lead generation plus some really cool extras. You can basically save money by getting Skylead because you do not need to pay for extra software on top of it. It is truly all in one.

“Unlimited contacts for customer development

Pros

Actually I love that the tool allows unlimited contacts with potential leads. It is a great tool for finding people for customer development.

Cons

With smaller audiences or targeting smaller groups, campaigns are not that effective. It is slow into contacting people and often finishes the campaign too fast. I also experienced some problems with downloaded audiences because there are certain rules for CSV that are not mentioned anywhere unless you ask support directly.

Pros

The campaign feature is my absolute favorite. I love how easy it is to put together and the fact that once I get a connection I know they will receive another message unless they respond. It is so quick and easy to add them back into the campaign if needed. Skylead is so simple to use and runs in the background which means I can go in once or twice a week to add people back into campaigns or transfer interested leads to our CRM to work on. This is a huge time saver and a great addition to my lead generation toolkit.

Cons

The ability to add leads individually with just a click of a button to Hubspot or Salesforce would be extremely handy without having to add Zapier as another product to our list.

Pros

Well the sequences are built really well and I love the level of personalization you can achieve with them.

Cons

There are some minor changes that would make it a little easier to use overall.

Pros

It has full, rich features combined with a logical interface and twenty four hour customer care. It is easy to set up and manage. This platform has important features that others are simply missing.

Cons

None so far honestly. You should put this on your shortlist for sure.
